数字参考咨询服务是以因特网为信息传输介质,通过网页、留言板等方式,为满足读者信息需求的一种服务。数字参考咨询服务存在异步参考咨询服务、同步参考咨询服务以及合作参考咨询服务三种模式。高校图书馆为了更好的深化数字参考咨询服务,可以考虑采取以下几种措施:加强网络设施建设、建立智能化数字咨询系统、建设"特色化"信息源、提供"个性化"信息服务、开展馆际合作,构建合作式数字参考咨询服务平台和加强人员培训,提高参考咨询馆员素质。 相似文献
