新中国成立60年来,党和国家对民族教育的认识日益深化。在民族教育价值论方面,党和政府不仅重视民族教育对于实现民族平等、增进民族团结和维护国家统一的意义,而且强调了其对于民族地区经济社会发展的价值,将其视为促进民族地区政治、经济、文化、社会和谐发展的基础性工程;在民族教育方法论方面,强调民族教育的改革与发展要实事求是,从民族和民族地区实际出发,因民族、因地区制宜;在民族教育发展战略思路方面,强调要加大对民族教育的投入与扶持力度、实施＂低重心＂的发展战略、大力发展民族师范教育培育合格民族师资、加强对民族教育的组织领导。新中国建立以来民族教育观念的创新与更新,为新中国民族教育的发展提供了认识基础。Abstract： In sixty years after the founding of New China,the Party and the state have deepened understanding of ethnic education.In value theory of ethnic education,our party and the state not only attach importance to significance of ethnic education in realizing ethnic equality,enhancing national unity and protecting national integrity,but also lay stress on its value in economic and social development of ethnic regions and regard it as the basic project of promoting harmonious development in politics,economy,culture and society of ethnic regions.In methodology of ethnic education,stress is laid in carrying out reform and development according to reality of ethnic groups and ethnic regions.In development strategy of ethnic education,the emphasis is put on increasing input and support for ethnic education,implementing development strategy of＂low barycentre＂,developing ethnic normal education to cultivate qualified ethnic teachers,and strengthening leadership for ethnic education.Since the founding of New China,innovation and change in ethnic education concept have provided basic understanding for the development of ethnic education in China. 相似文献

校本教研是提高民族贫困地区民族中学教师专业素养的重要途径,是解决民族贫困地区民族中学教育研究领域长期存在的理论与实践相脱离问题的一种有效尝试。研究表明：目前民族地区民族中学校本教研现状令人担忧,存在着诸如教研动机不强、研究主体缺位、研究意识淡薄、功利性明显、形式主义泛滥等问题。这就要求我们要强化＂教研强校＂的观念,积极开展调查研究,调动教师教研内需,促使校本教研主体回归,强化教研过程管理,切实保障校本教研落到实处。Abstract： School-based teaching research is an important approach to improving professional quality of ethnic middle school teachers in ethnic poverty-stricken areas.It is also an effective way to solve the problem of disintegration between theory and practice in studies on ethnic middle school education in those areas.This study shows that the current situation of school-based teaching research in ethnic middle school of ethnic regions is not satisfactory.There exist many problems such as lacking motive,main body and consciousness but having strong utilitarianism and overflowing formalism in teaching research.Therefore,we should intensify the idea of＂running school through teaching research＂,vigorously carry out action research,boost teachers’ internal need for teaching research,promote the return of subject of teaching research,enhance management of teaching research process,and safeguard the implementation of school-based teaching research. 相似文献

基于问卷调查及访谈,对云南、贵州、四川及重庆等民族地区的中学科技校本课程开设现状进行了调查研究。结果显示：西南民族地区大多数中学都开设了科技校本课程,其中开设劳动技术课程比例最大,其次为科学知识、科学实验、科学史、科技与社会、科技制作、研究性学习等课程。研究还表明,具有民族特色的校本课程开设还不够丰富,这说明西南民族地区在挖掘本地科技课程资源方面还有较大的空间。Abstract： Through questionnaires and interviews,an investigation was conducted to study the present situation of school-based science courses at middle schools in ethnic regions of Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan and Chongqing.The results showed that school-based science courses have been opened at most middle schools in southwest ethnic regions.Among the courses,labor technique course takes up the largest proportion,followed by courses of scientific knowledge,scientific experiment,history of science,science and society,scientific craft,research learning.While,there are not many school-based courses with ethnic characteristics,which shows that there is still a large room for exploration of local resources of science course in the southwest region. 相似文献

随着经济社会的发展和西部大开发的深化,教育经济研究视野逐步向民族地区拓展并呈现出研究地位渐升、范围渐宽、成果渐多的趋势。民族教育经济研究成果为民族地区教育事业改革和发展作出了重大理论贡献。但其研究还存在前瞻性研究不足、忽视民族地区特殊性和民族性、专门研究人才缺乏和方法缺失等问题。构建完整的研究体系,设立依托中心培养专门研究人才,关注民族教育、文化和经济的联动共生将是民族教育经济研究努力的方向。Abstract： With the development of economic society and the further development of the West,studies on educational economy have gradually developed in ethnic regions with higher level,wider range and more achievements,which have made a great theoretical contribution to the reform and development of education in ethnic regions.However,some problems still exist in the research such as lacking foresight,neglecting special and ethnic characteristics of ethnic regions,and lacking research specialists and methods.Efforts should be made in building a research system,setting up centers to train professional talents,and attaching importance to interaction among ethnic education,culture and economy. 相似文献

A good teacher is often depicted by virtue of certain isolated competencies, such as knowledge, skills and attitudes. Teachers＇ identity and their spiritual and emotional integrity are often ignored. This paper reports a qualitative study of the professional identity of an English teacher in a middle school to understand the identity and ex-pertise of a beloved teacher. Through interviews and classroom observation, the study reveals （1） that the teacher who owns a more advanced diploma or profes- sional certificate but confines himself/herself to transmitting only formal knowledge is not well received by his/her students, and （2） that the teacher who is appreci- ated by his/her students teaches with heart and integrity of identity, and possesses a capacity for connectedness among his/her personal experience, subject, social context and students＇ needs. The study triggers some implications for pre-service teacher education in China. The authors argue that teacher education programs must concern themselves with nourishing persons rather than technicians who are merely equipped with competencies. 相似文献

2006年春季我国在西部实施农村义务教育经费保障措施,至今已在全国城乡推广开来。湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州是民族聚居地区、农村地区和贫困地区在地理空间上为交互＂叠加＂关系的地区。如何把国家对该地区有限的义务教育投入进行优化配置,提高教育质量和相关制度建设,树立民族地区可持续减贫的理念,使有限的公共财政支出发挥更大的绩效是亟待解决的问题。本研究深入恩施州几县市进行实地调查,分析恩施州义务教育经费新机制实施之后经费的投入和使用状况,从而发现存在的问题并提出相应的政策建议。Abstract： The financial guarantee mechanism for rural compulsory education in the Western China started in the spring of 2006.By now,it has been carried out in urban and rural areas all over the country.Hubei Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is not only a compact community of minorities but also a poverty-stricken rural area.The problems demanding prompt solution are how to optimize limited disposition of the state input for compulsory education in this region,how to improve education quality and construct relevant systems,and how to uphold the concept of sustainable poverty reduction in ethnic regions to give full play to better performance of limited public finance expenditure.In this study,a field investigation was made in a few counties in Enshi Prefecture to analyze financial input and application after the implementation of the new financial mechanism for compulsory education so as to find out problems and put forward policy suggestions. 相似文献
