中国新课程改革的亮点之一“综合实践活动”，从实施之初就引起了广泛关注。日本以发展“生存能力”为目标的“综合学习时间”也从2002年起在全国范围内开设。从本质上来看，中国与日本政治体制不同，“综合实践活动”也与“综合学习时间”在实施背景、课程的目标、内容等方面有诸多差异．但中日这两大课程都强调学生能力的培养，要求赋予学校、教师、学生相应的自主权、选择权，包括学校直接管理、教师和学生自行研制和学生自我研究学习。 相似文献

“综合学习”可谓是近期日本教育课程改革的新举措之一。就“综合学习”的必要性,日本中央教育审议会在第15次会议的报告中指出：“综合学习”是实施国际理解教育、信息教育和环境教育等的需要。从另一个角度讲,“综合学习”是对解决当前日本学校教育中所存在的问题的一个尝试。其历史背景可归纳为两点：其一,“综合学习”可以说是对过去以单一教学科目为主的教学内容和方法的反思;其二,是为了解决当前存在的“三无主义”和唤起学生的学习欲望。在日本部科学省的指导下,目前展开了各种类型的“综合学习”活动。但它毕竟处于探索阶段,目前这一学习活动的顺利开展还存在一定的障碍。尽管如此,“综合学习”作为课程改革的尝试,其目的与学习方式对实施素质教育,特别是对实施个性化教育的我国,应该说具有一定的参考价值。 相似文献
