本文在介绍了模块化生产加工系统（MPS）结构和功能的基础上,着重阐述了应用CANopen总线与组态及软PLC软件CoDeSys改造MPS控制系统的方法,监控计算机（PC）运行CoDeSys软件作为主站通过PC适配卡与MPS各工作单元的I／O从站进行通信,构成基于PC与软PLC分布式控制网络;通过组态软件创建动态监控界面,实现对MPS工作过程的实时监控。 相似文献

针对目前工业控制系统体积大、成本高等缺点,开发设计一款基于ARM处理器的低成本嵌入式数控机床控制系统。该系统以ARM9高性能嵌入式处理器为控制核心,嵌入式Linux系统作为软件开发平台,采用MiniGUI实现图形用户界面操作并对整机进行控制,并建立了数控系统的调试环境,对开发的系统软硬件进行联机调试、软件测试和实例加工。测试和实例加工结果表明,基于ARM和嵌入式Linux的数控机床控制系统技术方案是可行的,实现了预期的功能。 相似文献

设计并制作了一款智能交通灯控制系统。交通灯控制系统由单片机、信号灯控制显示电路、数码管控制显示电路以及功能按键电路等部分组成。采用Proteus平台对交通灯控制系统进行了虚拟仿真,并进行了硬件电路的安装与测试。软硬件测试结果表明交通灯控制系统不仅具有交通控制的基本功能,还能够手动按键/串口通信实时调整通行时间。 相似文献

对基于LMS自适应算法的压电驱动器控制通道数学模型辨识方法进行系统研究。压电驱动器控制通道数学模型是基于FX-LMS控制算法的各类主动隔振或主动控制系统开发所必须的条件。首先对其进行详细的理论推导,并对其工程实现进行分析;在此基础上,开发基于LMS算法的压电驱动器控制通道辨识系统;最后应用该辨识系统对某基于压电堆驱动器的一维微振动主动隔振平台的控制通道数学模型进行辨识,以检测所研制辨识系统的可行性和有效性。测试结果表明所辨识的控制通道数学模型可以用于基于LMS自适应算法的控制系统的开发。 相似文献
