为了测定润神口服液对小鼠体力的影响,我们用低水温(9-13℃)游泳试验对它们进行了实验观察。结果显示注射润神口服液1号的雌鼠体力增强(P<0.05)。注射润神口服液2号的雌、雄鼠体力均明显增强(P值分别<0.05和0.01)。实验观察还显示小鼠体力增强与进食量无关,与饮水量增加及全身机能改善可能有关。  相似文献

应用溶血素测定方法检测润神口服液对小鼠抗体产生的影响,发现2号口服液比1号口服液有更好稳定体液免疫功能的作用,并且能使雌鼠有效拮抗环磷酰胺的免疫抑制作用(P<0.05)。伴随该实验的饮食测定,以及自然感染死亡率的观察、体力增强测定、常压耐缺氧试验等佐证资料说明,2号口服液确有“扶正固本”的功效,从而提高、稳定机体免疫功能。同时提示2号口服液如在抗肿瘤化疗中应用,可能会明显提高疗效,提高抗感染能力,减轻副作用。  相似文献

目的:为探讨黄芩水提物的抗缺氧作用,用小鼠制备模型进行耐缺氧研究.方法:采用小鼠常压缺氧模型、对抗异丙肾上腺素模型、对抗亚硝酸钠动物模型,腹腔注射黄芩水提物,测定其存活时间.结果:黄芩水提物能显著延长常压缺氧条件下小鼠的存活时间(P<0.01);能显著延长腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素小鼠在常压缺氧条件下的存活时间(P<0.01);对小鼠亚硝酸钠中毒无明显的缓解作用(P>0.05).结论:黄芩水提物具有增强小鼠耐缺氧能力的作用.  相似文献

[目的]研究景天胶囊对缺氧小鼠的保护作用;[方法]采用常压密闭缺氧和亚硝酸钠中毒缺氧的方法,观察景天胶囊对小鼠耐缺氧作用的影响;[结果]景天胶囊能明显延长小鼠在常压缺氧条件下存活时间(P<0.05);明显延长小鼠的亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间(P<0.01),提高小鼠耐缺氧能力;[结论]景天胶囊对常压密闭缺氧和化学性缺氧小鼠有保护作用。  相似文献

目的:研究大黄素对脑缺血再灌注小鼠记忆功能的保护作用.方法:采用改进的Himori法暂时性阻断小鼠两侧颈总动脉制备脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,进行避暗实验、穿梭实验、常压耐缺氧实验、断头耐缺氧实验和亚硝酸钠中毒耐缺氧实验,观察大黄素(10.0,1.0,0.1 mg·kg-1,ip)对脑缺血再灌注小鼠记忆功能和耐缺氧能力的影响,并对各剂量组小鼠脑组织和血液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)活力和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活力进行测定.结果:大黄素可改善脑缺血再灌注损伤所致的记忆功能障碍,明显延长小鼠耐缺氧生存时间,增加GSH-PX和SOD活力.结论:大黄素对脑缺血再灌注损伤小鼠记忆功能有保护作用,其作用机制可能是通过增强抗氧化酶GSH-PX和SOD活力,提高脑组织对氧自由基的清除能力和耐缺氧能力,从而减轻缺血再灌注引起的脑组织损伤.  相似文献

目的:观察玛咖多糖胶囊对小鼠抗疲劳、耐缺氧及免疫功能的影响。方法:采用负重游泳试验观察玛咖多糖胶囊对小鼠的抗疲劳作用;采用断头试验观察玛咖多糖胶囊对小鼠耐缺氧的影响;测定小鼠胸腺和脾脏重量,比较玛咖多糖胶囊对免疫器官指数的影响。结果:玛咖多糖胶囊能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,增加断头小鼠呼吸次数和呼吸维持时间,显著提高胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结论:玛咖多糖胶囊具有抗疲劳,提高耐缺氧能力和增强免疫功能作用。  相似文献

观察四君子汤对小鼠抗疲劳、耐缺氧能力的影响,并探讨其作用机理.方法:用水提醇沉法制得四君子汤.取小鼠160只,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ四组,Ⅰ和Ⅲ组灌胃、Ⅱ和Ⅳ组腹腔注射四君子汤.各处理组给药浓度分别为0.5g/mL、1.0g/mL、1.5g/mL,给药量均为0.2mL/10g,对照组给予等量生理盐水.连续6天,在最后一次给药30min后,进行负重游泳及耐缺氧试验,测定小鼠的存活时间.结果:在耐缺氧试验中,腹腔注射高剂量(1.5g/mL)四君子汤作用效果明显(P<0.05),其他各处理组小鼠在不同的抗应激试验中生存时间均比对照组延长,但差异不显著(P>0.05).结论:灌胃和腹腔注射四君子汤水提醇沉液对小鼠均有一定的抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用.  相似文献

目的:为了观测润神口服液对小鼠的急性毒性作用。方法:给小鼠腹腔注射润神口服液,持续观测5~6d,计数小鼠死亡率,按概率单位法目测该口服液LD_(50)半数致死量。结果:LD_(50)为42.17ml/kg体重。结论:润神口服液毒性非常低,而且部分毒性原因是由于门服液pH偏低,大剂量注射引起酸中毒引起的。实验小鼠脾脏明显增重,可能与免疫力增强有关,而且存活小鼠体力明显增加(P<0.05)。  相似文献

Objective: To investigate the immunological function of a yeast expression system for thymosin α1 (Tα1). Methods: A constructed Tα1 yeast expression system was used to investigate the immunological function of orally administered Tα1. Dried yeast containing three different concentration of Tα1 was fed to normal Balb/c mice and other Balb/c mice whose immunities were inhibited in advance by cyclophosphamide. Synthesized Tα1 peptide was used as positive control and dried yeast with empty plasmid was used as negative control. CD4+ and CD8+ levels were detected by flow cytometry assay. TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-6 and IL-10 levels were detected by liquid chip. Results: In normal Balb/c mice or immune inhibition Balb/c mice, CD8+ levels were significantly increased. Especially in immune inhibition Balb/c mice, CD8+ levels in synthesized Tα1 group (18.77%±4.72%), small dose group (13.48%±6.17%) and large dose group (22.74%±1.09%) were significantly higher than that in empty yeast control group (7.49%±2.14%). Conclusion: Orally administered Tα1 has its certain immunomodulatory function. 目的:探讨小鼠实验性缺氧脑和肺组织丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、乳酸(Lactic acid,LD)含量和乳酸脱氢酶(Lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)活性变化。方法:18只小鼠随机分为3组,①正常对照组;②急性缺氧组;③急性一氧化碳染毒组。分别测定脑和肺组织MDA、LD、LDH含量和活性。结果:急性缺氧组和急性一氧化碳染毒组小鼠脑和肺组织MDA和LD含量显著增高。LDH活性在两实验组小鼠肺组织显著降低,而在脑组织无显著性改变。结论:MDA和LD含量在缺氧早期脑和肺组织是易变化性指标,其改变可能与该组织损伤程度有关。肺较脑对缺氧产生的自由基损伤更敏感。  相似文献

目的:构建2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸(2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid,TNBS)以及恶唑酮(oxazolone,OXZ)诱导的小鼠溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)模型。方法:120只昆明小鼠()随机分为4组(n=30)。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组参照Morris及Walter的方法制备小鼠TNBS模型:Ⅰ组(TNBS溶剂对照组),50%乙醇0.1 m L灌肠;Ⅱ组(TNBS模型组),0.6%TNBS溶液0.1 m L灌肠;两组灌肠给药一次后在d 1、d 2、d 3、d 5、d 7每组处死6只。Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组参照Heller方法制备小鼠OXZ模型:Ⅲ组(OXZ溶剂对照组),皮肤涂抹100%乙醇0.1 m L,每天一次,连续2 d,d 7以50%乙醇0.1 m L灌肠;Ⅳ组(OXZ模型组),皮肤涂抹1%OXZ溶液(100%乙醇溶解)0.1 m L每天一次,连续2 d(致敏),d 7以0.5%OXZ(50%乙醇溶解)0.1 m L灌肠;两组灌肠给药一次后在d 1~d 5每天处死6只小鼠。观察Ⅰ~Ⅳ组小鼠疾病活动指数(disease activity index,DAI)、结肠组织大体损伤指数(colon macroscopic damage index,CMDI)和病理组织学评分(histopathological score,HPS),并检测小鼠结肠组织中髓过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase,MPO)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的水平。结果:两种模型组小鼠DAI,CMDI和HPS均较对照组有明显改变;TNBS和OXZ诱导的结肠炎均可导致MPO明显上升,TNBS结肠炎TNF-α明显上升,OXZ结肠炎IL-4明显下降。结论:TNBS及OXZ均能诱导小鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型。两种模型各有特点,其中TNBS诱导的小鼠溃疡性结肠炎以辅助性T1(helper1,Th1)型炎症反应为主,OXZ诱导的小鼠溃疡性结肠炎以辅助性T2(helper2,Th2)型炎症反应为主。  相似文献

Two experiments assessed the role of aftereffect learning in rats rewarded with sucrose solutions. In Experiment 1, rats were trained in a single straight runway for two trials on each of 18 days, each trial terminating with either large (20% scurose) or small (3% sucrose) reward. The ITI was 3–5 min. The sequence of daily rewards for each of four groups was small-small (SS), small-large, (SL), large-small (LS), or large-large (LL). Response patterning and a simultaneous negative contrast effect were observed in LS and SL relative to the consistently rewarded controls. During 10 massed extinction trials, resistance to extinction was greatest for Group SL, followed in order by Groups SS, LL, and LS. Experiment 2 examined single alternation of large and small rewards administered for 10 trials on each of 31 days with an ITI of 60 sec. Reward for one group was 20% or 3% sucrose while another received 1 or 10 45-mg Noyes pellets. Appropriate patterning developed only in the food-pellet rewarded animals. The overall results suggest that sucrose rewards may produce high-amplitude and long-duration aftereffects which interfere with learning in designs employing several massed daily trials, but which may facilitate learning—relative to food-pellet rewards—with longer intertrial intervals and fewer daily trials.  相似文献
