Pleurotus Ostreatus液体发酵生物学特性与产毒条件的探索 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
本试验着重探讨了粗皮侧耳在液体发酵条件下产生杀线虫毒素的影响因子，试验结果表明：粗皮侧耳液体发酵的最适温度为28℃，最适pH值范围5．0～6．5，群体发酵生长规律符合“S”型增长曲线，营养生长期8～10天，指数增长期从发酵的第2天开始，至第8天结束，对发酵液的活性初步测定结果表明，指数增长期间不产生杀线虫毒素，产生杀线虫毒素的时间在稳定期后期至衰亡期。活线虫及其未灭菌代谢物、酵母膏(1％)、乙醇(3％)能显著提高粗皮侧耳发酵液中的杀线虫毒素浓度。 相似文献

1977至1982年在广东四会大沙区大田试验获得的27个生命表资料,按各年同一世代进行统计,平均得出:第2—6代由卵至成虫的存活率分别为9.07,1.39,0.02,0.48,0.17(%):死亡主要出现在卵和1,2龄幼虫阶段,死亡率达72～98%;种群增长指数(I)值2—6代分别为5.1705,0.8859,0.0129,0.2804和0.0845,第2代最高. 关键因素分析表明:1—2龄幼虫期,3—5龄幼虫期和蛹期的失踪对总K值的波动影响较大.相关回归分析回归系数1—2龄失踪为0.3450.3—5龄为0.3331,蛹为0.2602.因此,1—2龄和3—5龄失踪为关键因素,其次为蛹期失踪. 相似文献

采用滤纸药膜法,研究大蒜、生姜提取物对花斑皮蠹幼虫的驱避作用.结果表明:大蒜、生姜提取物在高浓度(100%)时,对花斑皮蠹幼虫均具有较强的驱避活性,20%时具有一定的驱避作用或引诱作用,在较低浓度(4%)时多表现为引诱作用.随着处理时间的延长,作用效果逐渐下降.培养皿直径大小对活性强弱有一定影响,尤其是在较低浓度(4%)时,随着培养皿直径的增大,引诱效果显著增强. 相似文献

通过＂水琼脂平板移行法＂和＂玻管法＂,研究了松材线虫拮抗细菌Bacillus sp.NS-3和真菌灰葡萄孢引诱线虫的能力.结果表明：初始随着作用时间的延长,细菌引诱线虫能力增加,NS-3在72小时（3天）达到对线虫的最大吸引,而随着作用时间的继续延长,细菌吸引线虫能力下降,最后细菌NS-3对线虫的吸引力为负值,从而说明线虫对致病细菌NS-3有趋避行为;真菌灰葡萄孢对松材线虫的诱引能力比较稳定,线虫对真菌没有趋避行为.进一步研究发现,枯木浸出液诱引线虫能力最大,其次是菌株NS-3的发酵液,然后是灰葡萄孢真菌的发酵液.而且,枯木浸出液和灰葡萄孢真菌的发酵液煮沸后诱引线虫能力均有所下降,但差值不大,说明枯木和真菌中对松材线虫起诱引作用的物质并没有因高温而完全失去;而细菌菌株NS-3的发酵液的发酵液煮沸后诱引线虫能力急剧下降,从而推测细菌中诱引线虫因子为挥发性的物质. 相似文献

本文报道了地老虎六索线虫(Hexamermis agrotis Wang et al)和白色六索线虫中华亚种(Hexamermis albicans Sinensis Wang etWang)对小地老虎(Agrotis Ypsilon Rottemberg)、烟青虫(Helicthisassulta Guenee)、甜菜夜蛾(Laphygma exigua H ǖbner)、豇豆荚螟(Maruca testulalis Geyer)、甘薯麦蛾(Brachmia trianuuellaHerrich—Schaffer)的人工感染实验。其中前三种被感染成功,寄生率分别为29.4%,50.0%,71.4% ;线虫幼虫浸染缩主后在其体内的平均寄生历期分别为12.8天,9.8天,11.2天.本文还初步分析了六索线虫产卵、孵化以及感染期幼虫等方面的生物学特性,并结合这几种重要蔬菜害虫在大田发生的规律,指出如把六索线虫作为自然天敌资源用于对蔬菜害虫的生物防治,具有长期多效的优越性。建议大力加强对其自然资源分布的调查和开发应用研究. 相似文献

小圆皮蠹Anthrenus verbasci Linnaeus在安徽1~2年发生一代,以不同龄期的幼虫越冬,4月下旬部分越冬幼虫化蛹、另一部分继续以幼虫形态存在直至再次越冬.5月上中旬成虫羽化,5月中下旬产卵,每雌产卵4~45粒,6月上中旬卵孵化,以幼虫为害昆虫标本和各种仓储物.常温下各虫态历期分别为;卵期19.7天,幼虫期5~7个月(越冬期除外),蛹期13.8天,雌虫寿命为21.4天,雄虫寿命为16.3天.食料和温度严重影响其生长发育速度.用1.5%甲敌粉放入标本盒内进行防治. 相似文献

笼养黑颈长尾雉于三月中下旬开始产卵，五月下旬产卵结束。其产卵数和受精率与其繁殖发情的高峰期有一定相关性。对199♂—1998年按1♂：2—3♀配比的2笼5只3龄雉；2001～2003年按1♂：3—4♀配比的6笼21只1—3龄以上黑颈长尾雉所产的卵及受精率进行比较和研究。同一繁殖期，不同个体或同一繁殖群在不同繁殖期，其产卵数与产卵日期不同；不同龄期(一龄、二龄、三龄)其产卵数和受精率不同。三龄雉最高，一龄雉最底，二龄雉居中。雌雄雉的配比对卵的受精率有较大影响，按1♂：2—3♀的配比方式进行饲养，以提高茏养黑颈长尾雉的繁殖率。 相似文献

Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching. 相似文献
