新课改要求教师不仅可以“传道、授业、解惑”,而且要具备一定的与其教育教学相关的科研能力。考虑到新课改下提高英语教师教育科研素质的地方性和特殊性,该文针对如何提高西部落后地区英语教师教育科研素质提出了以下建议,即提高教师教育科研意识、重视科研与教学实践相结合、加强教师科研知识和技能的培养及建立教师的评价机制和科研激励机制。以期对英语教师教育科研素质的提高有一定的借鉴作用。 相似文献

破“五唯”政策是目前我国高校对教师评价机制改革的一项重要举措。评价政策变革会影响高校教师教学与科研关系的再平衡行为。文章以天津市高校教师为调研对象,揭示了破“五唯”政策对高校教师教学、科研再平衡关系的影响。结果显示,破“五唯”政策具有一定激励教学付出的效果。基于教师对待破“五唯”政策的基本认知态度和行为反应,文章通过聚类分析将高校教师的教学科研再平衡的行为模式分为五种类型。在破“五唯”政策影响下,五种类型的教师在教学信念、教学效能感和高校激励认同度方面存在显著性差异。 相似文献
