A novel cement matrix smart piezoelectric composite and its application as sensing element are presented. A cement matrix smart piezoelectric composite piece encapsulated in a cement mortar formed a practical sensor, and it was tested on material test system with cyclic loading. According to the theoretical analysis, the function of the cement matrix piezoelectric sensor output voltage was expressed in terms of the magnitude of the input cyclic loading amplitude and frequency. The curve fitting of gain function that is defined as sensor‘s gain factor under different frequencies of input loading was carried out. From the results of curve fitting, it is found that the cement matrix smart piezoelectric composite has a simple relationship between input loading and output voltage. Therefore the cement matrix piezoelectric composite sensor is suitable to be applied in structural health monitoring.  相似文献

The China’s high-speed railway is experiencing a rapid growth. Its operating mileage and the number of operating trains will exceed 45 000 km and 1500 trains by 2015, respectively. During the long range and constant high-speed operation, the high-speed trains have extremely complex and varied work conditions. Such a situation creates a huge demand for high-speed train on-board monitoring. In this paper, architecture for high-speed train on-board monitoring sensor network is proposed. This architecture is designed to achieve the goals of reliable sensing, scalable data transporting, and easy management. The three design goals are realized separately. The reliable sensing is achieved by deploying redundant sensor nodes in the same components. Then a hierarchal transporting scheme is involved to meet the second goal. Finally, an electronic-tag based addressing method is introduced to solve the management problem.  相似文献

本钢采用FTSC短流程工艺生产热轧卷板时,因钢中[Al]、[N]、[B]控制不当,生成[AlN]及[BN]析出造成晶界脆性,二冷水量冷却不均、钢板在弯曲和矫直时产生边裂。文章通过控制钢中[Al]、[B]的含量,减少中碳钢生产过程中增氮、降低薄板坯二冷水量等措施,减少了边裂缺陷的发生。  相似文献

Magnetorheological (MR) fluid is a kind of smart material whose rheological properties can be rapidly varied in magnetic field. To make full use of the advantages of MR fluid to devices, a model of double-ended,shear-combined and valve-typed MR damper is designed and manufactured, and the dynamic properties under sinusoidal excitations are experimentally studied. The experiment results show that the maximum damping force of the MR damper at the full magnetic intensity reaches about 20 k while the maximum power required is less than 50W, which predicts that the MR damper will be a powerful measurement for semi-active vibration control of civil infrastructures.  相似文献

为了使学科赛事的实践经验能与更多人分享,对全国大学生"飞思卡尔"智能车竞赛中常见的三类问题(控制算法的选择、车模机械改装、电磁传感器布局)进行了研究,通过理论计算、模拟仿真以及借鉴现场调试经验对这三类常见问题进行了剖析,并给出了可行的解决方案。智能车的角度控制和速度控制分别采用PID控制算法和模糊控制算法,同时在恶劣条件下用模糊控制算法对PID控制算法进行补充,达到提高系统鲁棒性的目的;给出了如何合理地调整车模前束角和重心这两个重要机械参数的方法,突破当前智能车速度的瓶颈;提出了一种双水平线圈的改进方案,节约成本的同时增强了电磁传感器的灵敏度,并且通过增加竖直方向的线圈提高了智能车的前瞻性。  相似文献
