This paper presents a data-driven predictive control method for optimizing the energy consumption of air-cooled data centers with unknown system model parameters. First, based on the measurable data of the studied system, the subspace predictive control (SPC) method is adopted to improve the energy use efficiency of the data center by regulating the power allocation of the server racks and the supply temperature of cold air, while ensuring the safe operating environment of the electronic equipment. Furthermore, a reasonable event-triggered law is designed to solve the problem of the low computational efficiency of the conventional SPC method. The simulation results illustrate that the designed event-triggered law can improve the computational efficiency of the algorithm while maintaining the control performance of the algorithm, which verifies its application prospect in practice.  相似文献

To decrease the communication frequency between the controller and the actuator, this paper addresses the spacecraft attitude control problem by adopting the event-triggered strategy. First of all, a backstepping-based inverse optimal attitude control law is proposed, where both the virtual control law and the actual control law are respectively optimal with respect to certain cost functionals. Then, an event-triggered scheme is proposed to realize the obtained inverse optimal attitude control law. By designing the event triggering mechanism elaborately, it is guaranteed that the trivial solution of the closed-loop system is globally exponentially stable and there is no Zeno phenomenon in the closed-loop system. Further, the obtained event-triggered attitude control law is modified and extended to the more general case when the disturbance torque cannot be ignored. It is proved that all states of the closed-loop system are bounded, the attitude error can be made arbitrarily small ultimately by choosing appropriate design parameters and the Zeno phenomenon is excluded in the closed-loop system. In the proposed event-triggered attitude control approaches, the control signal transmitted from the controller to the actuator is only updated at the triggered time instant when the accumulated error exceeds the threshold defined elaborately. Simulation results show that by using the proposed event-triggered attitude control approach, the communication burden can be significantly reduced compared with the traditional spacecraft control schemes realized in the time-triggered way.  相似文献

This paper investigates the event-triggered control problem for networked control systems subject to deception attacks. An improved event-triggered scheme is proposed to reduce transmission rate by using both the information of the relative error and the past released signals. Under the proposed event-triggered scheme, a new switched time-delay system model is proposed for the event-triggered control systems. Based on the new model, the exponential mean-square stability criteria are derived by using the constructed Lyapunov function. Then, a co-design method is developed to obtain both trigger parameters and mode-dependent controller gains. Finally, the proposed scheme is verified by an unmanned aerial vehicle system.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of event-triggered finite-time control for networked switched control systems with extended dissipative performance. Different from previous event-triggered results of switched systems, we propose a novel event-triggered method that allows more than once system switching over an event-triggered interval. By using a new Lyapunov function method, we discussed the finite-time extended dissipative analysis of the closed-loop networked switched systems. The controller gains and event-triggered parameters are obtained by solving some LMIs. Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This article investigates the finite-time consensus problem for the attitude system of multiple spacecraft under directed graph, where the communication bandwidth constraint, inertia matrix uncertainties and external disturbances are considered. An event-triggered communication mechanism is developed to address the problem of communication bandwidth constraint. In this event-triggered mechanism, spacecraft sends their attitude information to their neighbors only when the given event is triggered. Furthermore, an adaptive law is designed to counteract the effect of inertia matrix uncertainties and external disturbances. Then, a finite-time attitude consensus tracking control scheme is proposed based on the event-triggered communication mechanism and adaptive law. The proposed control scheme can guarantee the finite-time stability and convergence of the multiple spacecraft systems and exclude the Zeno phenomenon. Finally, simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with integrated event-triggered fault estimation (FE) and sliding mode fault-tolerant control (FTC) for a class of discrete-time Lipschtiz nonlinear networked control systems (NCSs) subject to actuator fault and disturbance. First, an event-triggered fault/state observer is designed to estimate the system state and actuator fault simultaneously. And then, a discrete-time sliding surface is constructed in state-estimation space. By the use of a reformulated Lipschitz property and delay system analysis method, the sliding mode dynamics and state/fault error dynamics are converted into a unified linear parameter varying (LPV) networked system model by taking into account the event-triggered scheme, actuator fault, external disturbance and network-induced delay. Based on this model and with the aid of Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional method, a delay-dependent sufficient condition is derived to guarantee the stability of the resulting closed-loop system with prescribed H performance. Furthermore, an observed-based sliding mode FTC law is synthesized to make sure the reachability of the sliding surface. Finally, simulation results are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, an event-triggered joint adaptive high-gain observer design method is proposed for a class of nonlinear systems that are characterized by an unknown parameter entering the system state equations. The main difficulty in the observer design is that the event-triggered mechanism (ETM) is affected by variable delayed-sampled data and the system’s unknown parameter. To overcome this difficulty, a closed-loop output predictor is incorporated into the design of the event-triggered mechanism to compensate for the sampling and the delay affecting the system outputs. To prevent the Zeno phenomenon, and to guarantee the exponential convergence of the observer, an exponential decay factor is considered in the ETM. The effectiveness of our proposed observer is demonstrated through numerical simulations, experiments and performances comparison with previous works in the literature.  相似文献

This paper studies event-triggered synchronization control problem for delayed neural networks with quantization and actuator saturation. Firstly, in order to reduce the load of network meanwhile retain required performance of system, the event-triggered scheme is adopted to determine if the sampled signal will be transmitted to the quantizer. Secondly, a synchronization error model is constructed to describe the master-slave synchronization system with event-triggered scheme, quantization and input saturation in a unified framework. Thirdly, on the basis of Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, sufficient conditions for stabilization are derived which can ensure synchronization of the master system and slave system; particularly, a co-designed parameters of controller and the corresponding event-triggered parameters are obtained under the above stability condition. Lastly, two numerical examples are employed to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of reliable controller design for event-triggered singular Markov jump systems with partly known transition probabilities, nonlinear perturbations and actuator faults is studied. To mitigate the burden of data transmissions over network, two event-triggered schemes with different triggering conditions are introduced. The switch law between the two event-triggered schemes is governed by a random variable with Bernoulli distribution. Taking nonlinear perturbations and actuator faults into account, the resulting closed-loop system is converted into a time-delay singular Markov jump system with partly known transition probabilities. Sufficient conditions of stochastically admissible for the resulting closed-loop system are obtained in terms of a group of linear matrix inequalities. The co-design of desirable reliable controller and weighting matrices of event-triggered schemes is presented. Finally, two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the developed results.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of asynchronous H filtering for singular Markov jump systems with redundant channels under the event-triggered scheme is studied. In order to save the resource of bandwidth limited network and improve quality of data transmission, we utilize event-triggered scheme and employ redundant channels. The redundant channels are modeled as two mutually independent Bernoulli distributed random variables. To formulate the asynchronization phenomena between the system modes and the filter modes, the hidden Markov model is proposed so that the filtering error system has become a singular hidden Markov jump system. The criterion of regular, causal and stochastically stable with a certain H performance for the filtering error system has been obtained. The co-design of asynchronous filter and the event-triggered scheme is proposed in terms of a group of feasible linear matrix inequalities. Two examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper is focus on an event-triggered control design problem for nonlinear networked control systems with missing data and transmission delay in the interval type-2 (IT2) fuzzy form. An event-triggered controller is presented under a sampled-state-error mechanism. By dividing the event-triggered interval into some subsets, stability analysis is carried out based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF), and the stability of the closed-loop system is ensured. The proposed design is applied to the continuous stirred tank reactor system (CSTR) and the manipulator system. The control strategy is effective, and the merit of the event-triggered mechanism is indicated.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the decentralized event-triggered H control for switched systems subject to network communication delay and exogenous disturbance. Depending on different physical properties, the system state is divided into multiple communication channels and decentralized sensors are employed to collect signals on these channels. Furthermore, decentralized event-triggering mechanisms (DETMs) with a switching structure are proposed to determine whether the sampled data needs to be transmitted. In particular, an improved data buffer is presented which can guarantee more timely utilization of the sampled data. Then, with the proposed DETMs and data buffer, a time-delay closed-loop switched system is developed. After that, sufficient conditions are presented to guarantee the H performance of the closed-loop switched system by utilizing the average dwell time and piecewise Lyapunov functional method. Since the event-triggered instants and the switching instants may stagger with each other, the influence of their coupling on the H performance analysis is systematically discussed. Subsequently, sufficient conditions for designing the event-triggered state feedback controller gains are provided. Finally, numerical simulations are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of discrete-time event-triggered H control for networked cascade control systems (NCCSs) with time-varying network-induced delay. First of all, an event-triggered scheme is introduced to this system for reducing the unnecessary waste of limited network bandwidth resources. Considering the effect of time-varying delay, a new mathematical model for this system is constructed. In this paper, based on the model and Lyapunov functional method, the co-design method of event-triggered parameter, state feedback primary controller and secondary controller with H performance is derived via linear matrix inequality technique. To illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, a simulation example considering a main steam temperature cascade control system is given. The proposed method emphasizes the application in the corresponding industrial control systems, it can be found that this method is superior to the one in some existing references, and the provided example demonstrates the effectiveness of the co-design method in the networked cascade control systems with event-triggered scheme.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of distributed event-triggered controller design for networked control systems (NCSs) with stochastic cyber-attacks. A decentralized event-triggered scheme is introduced to save the energy consumption and alleviate the transmission load of the network. Each sensor can make its own decision to determine whether the sampled data is delivered to the network or not. By taking two kinds of random cyber-attacks into consideration, a novel mathematical model is constructed for distributed event-triggered NCSs. Sufficient conditions which can guarantee the stability of the control system are obtained by applying Lyapunov stability theory, and the design method of the controller gain is presented in an exact expression. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of distributed event-triggered sliding mode control (SMC) for switched systems with limited communication capacity. Moreover, the system output and switching signals are both considered to be sampled by distributed digital sensors, which may cause control delay and asynchronous switching. First of all, a novel distributed event-triggering scheme for switched systems is proposed to reduce bandwidth requirements. Then, a state observer is designed to estimate the system state via sampled system output with transmission delay. Based on the observed system state, a switched SMC law and corresponding switching law are designed to guarantee the exponential stability of the closed-loop system with H performance. Finally, an application example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the event-triggered fault estimation and fault-tolerant control for continuous-time dynamic systems subject to system fault and external disturbance under network environment. Firstly, based on the event-triggered sampling, a fault diagnosis observer is constructed to estimate both the system state and the system fault simultaneously, and a multi-objective constraint is established to guarantee the estimation accuracy. Based on the estimated system state and fault signal, a fault-tolerant controller is proposed to compensate the influence of occurred faults and maintain the system performance. The event-triggered scheme and the fault-tolerant controller are co-designed to guarantee the required performance of faulty system and reduce the consumption of communication resources. Finally, simulation results of an F-404 aircraft engine system are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper investigates the event-based consensus problems for linear multi-agent systems under directed network topology. First, a new event-triggered control method is proposed for the leader-following consensus problem of agents under directed graphs. Then this new method is applied to the cluster control problem under special topological conditions. The new event-based control scheme is better than some existing literature in the following aspects. 1) The graph only needs to contain a spanning tree instead of being required to be strongly connected graph or undirected, and the triggering function is state-dependent rather than time-dependent. 2) Some parameters are designable for the trade-off between the event interval and the performance of the controlled system. Besides, the optimization of some parameters is studied to reduce the trigger frequency. All the agents can achieve consensus with an exponential speed when communications among follower agents are intermittent, and Zeno behavior is excluded under the proposed method. 3) When applying this method to the cluster control problem, agents in the same cluster share the same form of triggering function. Cluster consensus can be achieved regardless of intra- and inter-cluster relative coupling strength under the event-triggered control framework.  相似文献

An event-triggered leader-following consensus problem for multi-agent systems with nonlinear dynamics was investigated in this study. The interaction topologies among the agents that we considered are randomly switched ones, governed by a semi-Markov process with partially unknown rates. By building the state error model between the leader and followers, the consensus problem is first converted into a stability problem. Moreover, an event-triggered transmission scheme based on sampling data was proposed to reduce communication redundancy. The consensus controller and event-triggered parameters can be designed effectively. By constructing a Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) with a triple integral, the sufficient conditions required to guarantee the event-triggered consensus can be reached with respect to the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Ultimately, the validity of the theoretical results is demonstrated by a numerical example.  相似文献

The problem of event-based H filtering for discrete-time Markov jump system with network-induced delay is investigated in this paper. For different jumping modes, different event-triggered communication schemes are constructed to choose which output signals should be transmitted. Through the analysis of network-induced delay’s intervals, the discrete-time system, the event-triggered scheme and network-induced delay are unified into a discrete-time Markov jump filter error system with time-delay. Based on time-delay system analysis method, criteria are derived to guarantee the discrete-time Markov jump error system stochastically stable with an H norm bound. The correspondent filter and the event-based parameters are also given. A numerical example is given to show that the proposed filter design techniques are effective and event-triggered communication scheme can save limited network resources greatly.  相似文献

The problem of event-triggered leader-following consensus control for semi-Markov multi-agent systems is investigated in this paper. A semi-Markov process is used to describe the sudden parameter changes between every agent. An adaptive event-triggered control strategy is proposed to make a balance between reducing unnecessary communication and meeting the required performance. A control protocol which can resist actuator faults is used to ensure the reliable leader-following consensus. By employing the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional method, some sufficient conditions are provided to guarantee that the leader-following consensus can be achieved in mean-square sense. The consensus controller and the event-triggered parameter can be co-designed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a F-404 aircraft engine system.  相似文献
