In this paper, we study the synchronization problem of a class of chaotic neural networks with time-varying delays and unbounded distributed delays under stochastic perturbations. By using Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, drive-response concept, output coupling with delay feedback and linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach, we obtain some sufficient conditions in terms of LMIs ensuring the exponential synchronization of the addressed neural networks. The feedback controllers can be easily obtained by solving the derived LMIs. Moreover, the main results are generalizations of some recent results reported in the literature. A numerical example is also provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the obtained results.  相似文献

This article concentrates on pinning synchronization and adaptive synchronization problems of complex-valued inertial neural networks with time-varying delays in fixed-time interval. First, regarding complex-valued inertial neural networks model as an entirety instead of reducing this system to first-order differential equation, separating the real and imaginary parts of this system into an equivalent real-valued one, and establishing a novel Lyapunov function, the fixed-time stability for the closed-loop error system is guaranteed via partial nodes controlled directly by a new pinning controller which involves the state derivatives and other proper terms. Then, from the point of saving cost and avoiding resources waste, a new pinning adaptive controller is further developed and sufficient condition ensuring the adaptive fixed-time stability for the closed-loop error system is also derived. In the end, the effectiveness of these results is verified by a numerical example.  相似文献

In this paper, adaptive fixed-time synchronization(FTS) of stochastic memristor-based neural networks(MNNs) with discontinuous activations and mixed delays is investigated. Both continuous and discontinuous activation functions are discussed for stochastic MNNs. Meanwhile, a feedback control strategy and a new adaptive control strategy are proposed to ensure FTS of stochastic MNNs. Since the MNNs are right-hand discontinuous systems, the set-valued mapping and differential inclusion theory are used to deal with its discontinuity. Synchronization criteria and the settling time (ST) are obtained with the aid of some lemmas and mathematical inequalities under corresponding control schemes. It’s worth noting that the ST can be adjusted to desired value by controller parameters regardless of the initial values. Finally, the feasibility of theoretical results are proved via simulation results.  相似文献

Finite-time and fixed-time synchronization (FAFS) of coupled memristive neural networks (CMNNs) with discontinuous feedback functions are explored in this paper. Firstly, a more comprehensive stability theory is systematically established. Secondly, by designing adaptive feedback controller and discontinuous feedback controller, both finite-time and fixed-time synchronization can be realized through regulating the main control parameter. Thirdly, 1-norm and quadratic-norm Lyapunov functions are considered simultaneously in this article, while in estimating the settling time, the former one is more accurate than the latter one under the same synchronization criteria. Finally, in numerical simulation, the analysis and comparison of the proposed controllers are given to show the effectiveness of the corresponding results.  相似文献

In this paper, the fixed-time synchronization between two delayed complex networks with hybrid couplings is investigated. The internal delay, transmission coupling delay and self-feedback coupling delay are all included in the network model. By introducing and proving a new and important differential equality, and utilizing periodically semi-intermittent control, some fixed-time synchronization criteria are derived in which the settling time function is bounded for any initial values. It is shown that the control rate, network size and node dimension heavily influence the estimating for the upper bound of the convergence time of synchronization state. Finally, numerical simulations are performed to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the control methodology by comparing with the corresponding finite-time synchronization problem.  相似文献

This work realizes lag quasi-synchronization of incommensurate fractional-order memristor-based neural networks (FMNNs) with nonidentical characteristics via quantized control. The motivations behind this research work are threefold: (1) quantized controllers, which generate discrete control signals, can be more easily realized in computers than non-quantized controllers, and can consume smaller communication capacity; (2) incommensurate orders in a single FMNN and nonidentical characteristics in drive-response FMNNs are inescapable due to the differences among the circuit elements used to implement FMNNs; (3) convergence analysis of delayed incommensurate fractional-order nonlinear systems, which is the basis for the derivation of synchronization criterion, has not been handled perfectly. As an effective tool for convergence analysis of delayed incommensurate fractional-order nonlinear systems, especially for estimation of ultimate state bound, a vector fractional Halanay inequality is established at first. Then, a quantized synchronization controller, in which the dead-zone is introduced into some logarithmic quantizers to avoid chattering phenomenon, is designed. By means of vector Lyapunov function together with the newly derived vector fractional Halanay inequality, the synchronization criterion is proved theoretically. Lastly, numerical simulations supplementarily illustrate the correctness of the synchronization criterion. In contrast with the hypotheses in the relevant literature, the hypotheses in this paper are weaker.  相似文献

This investigation establishes the global synchronization of an array of coupled memristor-based neural networks with delays. The coupled networks that are considered can incorporate both the internal delay in each individual network and the transmission delay across different networks. The coupling scheme, which consists of a nonlinear term and a sign term, is rather general. In particular, it can be asymmetric, and admits the coexistence of excitatory and inhibitory connections. Based on an iterative approach, the problem of synchronization is transformed into solving a corresponding linear system of algebraic equations. Subsequently, the respective synchronization criteria, which depend on whether the transmission delay exists, are derived respectively. Three examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theories presented in this paper. The synchronization of the systems in two examples cannot be handled by existing techniques.  相似文献

This paper investigates global asymptotical synchronization between fractional-order memristor-based neural networks (FMNNs) with multiple time-varying delays (MTDs) by pinning control. Two classes of coupling manners, static manner and dynamic manner, are introduced into the pinning controller respectively. For the case of static coupling, to make the controller exclude fraction, 1-norm Lyapunov function and fractional Halanay inequality in MTDs case are utilized for synthesis of controller and convergence analysis of synchronization error. For the case of dynamic coupling, a fractional differential inequality is proved and discussed in an elaborate way, and then global asymptotical synchronization is analyzed by means of Lyapunov-like function and the newly-proved inequality. Lastly, numerical simulations are carried out to show the practicability of the pinning controllers and the feasibility of the obtained synchronization criteria.  相似文献

This paper deals with the synchronization control of a class of delayed neural networks using a fast fixed-time control theory. By employing Lyapunov stability theory, a novel sufficient criterion is derived such that two neural networks can be synchronized within a fixed-time. Compared with some existing results, the proposed controller can render two neural networks faster synchronized. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the criterion.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the asymptotic stability of fractional-order fuzzy neural networks with fixed-time impulse and time delay. According to the fractional Barbalat’s lemma, Riemann–Liouville operator and Lyapunov stability theorem, some sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the asymptotic stability of the fractional-order fuzzy neural networks. Two numerical examples are also given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

In a fixed-time control system, the convergence rate and the fixed settling time are two important performance indexes. In this paper, a novel fixed-time control law is proposed and designed to control a class of coupled delayed Cohen-Grossberg neural networks to achieve synchronization with fast convergence rate within a fixed settling time. It should be emphasized that the derived settling time approach can provide a tighter settling time to more effectively reflect the performance for fast convergence rate of the considered controlled system. Moreover, to show the advantages of the proposed fixed-time control law and the derived fixed settling time approach, the existing related control laws and fixed settling time approaches are further discussed. In addition, the obtained fixed-time synchronization control theory is applied to a secure communication scenario, which further shows the feasibility and innovation of the addressed theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the global projective synchronization in fixed time for complex dynamical networks (CDNs) with nonidentical nodes in the presence of disturbances. Firstly, in order to realize the fixed-time projective synchronization of CDNs with matched disturbances, the second-order sliding mode is established, and the global fixed-time reachability of sliding manifolds is analyzed. The fixed-time stability of the sliding mode dynamics is also proved analytically based on Lyapunov stability theory. Moreover, the fixed convergence time of both reaching and sliding mode phases can be adjusted to any desired values in advance by the choice of the designable parameters. Secondly, in order to realize the fixed-time projective synchronization of CDNs with mismatched disturbances, a super-twisting-like (STL) controller, which does not require the information of the derivative of the sliding variable, is designed, and the synchronization condition is addressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). By the proposed controllers, continuous control signals can be provided to reduce the chattering effect and improve the control accuracy. Finally, two numerical examples are given to demonstrate the validity of the theoretical results and the the feasibility of the proposed approaches.  相似文献

The property of input-to-state stability (ISS) of inertial memristor-based neural networks with impulsive effects is studied. Firstly, according to the characteristics of memristor and inertial neural networks, the inertial memristor-based neural networks are built. Secondly, based on the impulsive control theory, the average impulsive interval approach, Halanay differential inequality, Lyapunov method and comparison property, some sufficient conditions ensuring ISS of the inertial memristor-based neural networks under impulsive controller are derived. In this paper, we consider two types of impulse, stabilizing impulses and destabilizing impulses. When the inertial memristor-based neural networks are originally not ISS, by choosing a suitable lower bound of the average impulsive interval, the stabilizing impulses can be used to stabilize the inertial memristor-based neural networks. On the contrary, the inertial memristor-based neural networks are originally ISS, by restricting the upper bound of the average impulsive interval, the ISS of inertial memristor-based neural networks with destabilizing impulses can be ensured. Finally, numerical results are presented to illustrate the main results.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of synchronization on interval type-2 (IT2) stochastic fuzzy complex dynamical networks (CDNs) with time-varying delay via fuzzy pinning control is fully studied. Firstly, a more general complex network model is considered, which involves the time-varying delay, IT2 fuzzy and stochastic effects. More specifically, IT2 fuzzy model, as a meaningful fuzzy scheme, is investigated for the first time in CDNs. Then, with the aid of Lyapunov stability theory and stochastic analysis technique, some new sufficient criteria are established to ensure synchronization of the addressed systems. Moreover, on basis of the parallel-distributed compensation (PDC) scheme, two effective fuzzy pinning control protocols are proposed to achieve the synchronization. Finally, a numerical example is performed to illustrate the effectiveness and superiority of the derived theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper studies the projective synchronization of neural network in complex-valued domain. Both projective factors and neuron state variables are set as complex values in the synchronization process. In our study, unknown network structure and time-varying delays are considered. With the projective synchronization, the network structure will be identified and the problem of bounded time delays can be solved. With Lyapunov–Krasovskii stability theory and adaptive feedback scheme, controllers are designed and the complex projective synchronization is achieved. In the numerical simulation, several complex-valued neural network examples are provided showing the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

Multiplex networks involve different types of synchronization due to their complex spatial structure. How to control multiplex networks to achieve different types of synchronization is an interesting topic. This paper considers the fixed-time synchronization of multiplex networks under sliding mode control (SMC). Firstly, for realizing three types of synchronization of multiplex networks in a fixed time, a unified sliding mode surface (SMS) is established. After that, based on the theory of SMC, a sliding mode controller (SMCr) which is more intelligent and has a simpler form than those in the existing literature is put forward for multiplex networks. It can not only guarantee the emergence of sliding mode motion, but also can realize three different kinds of synchronization by adjusting some parameters or even one parameter of the controller. Based on some theories of fixed-time stability, this paper deduces several sufficient conditions for the trajectories of the system to reach the preset SMS in a fixed time, and derives some sufficient conditions for multiplex networks to realize three different types of fixed-time synchronization. At the same time, the settling time which can reveal what factors determine the fixed-time synchronization in multiplex networks is obtained. Finally, in numerical simulations, different chaotic systems are set for each layer of multiplex networks to represent the nodes of different layers, which can prove that the theoretical results are practical and effective.  相似文献

This paper investigates the delay-dependent exponential passivity problem of the memristor-based recurrent neural networks (RNNs). Based on the knowledge of memristor and recurrent neural network, the model of the memristor-based RNNs is established. Taking into account of the information of the neuron activation functions and the involved time-varying delays, several improved results with less computational burden and conservatism have been obtained in the sense of Filippov solutions. A numerical example is presented to show the effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

This paper considers the synchronization problem of coupled chaotic neural networks with time delay in the leakage term and parametric uncertainties using sampled-data control. Motivated by the achievements from both the stability of neural networks with time delay in the leakage term and the synchronization issue of coupled chaotic neural networks with parametric uncertainties, Lyapunov stability theory combining with linear matrix inequalities is employed to derive sufficient criteria ensuring the coupled chaotic neural networks to be completely synchronous. This paper presents an illustrative example and uses simulated results of this example to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed sampled-data controller.  相似文献

In this paper, the master-slave synchronization of the chaotic Lur’e system (MSSCLS) with time-varying delay is investigated. At first, a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) with nonlinear terms and time-varying delay is constructed. Secondly, when the derivative of LKF is estimated, the improved stability criterion is obtained by considering the relationship between the integral terms generated after using the Bessel-Legendre inequality (BLI) and introducing the integral-term-related free-weighting-matrices. Finally, case studies based on Chua’s circuit are carried out to test and verify the effectiveness of the proposed synchronization criterion, and the results are compared with the latest methods to show the advantages of the proposed synchronization criterion.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of exponential synchronization of coupled complex networks with time-varying delays and stochastic perturbations (CCNTDSP). Different from previous works, both the internal time-varying delay and the coupling time-varying delay are taken into account in the network model. Meanwhile, an impulsive controller is designed to realize exponential synchronization in mean square of CCNTDSP. Combining the Lyapunov method with Kirchhoff’s Matrix Tree Theorem, some sufficient criteria are obtained to guarantee exponential synchronization in mean square of CCNTDSP. Furthermore, we apply the theoretical results to study exponential synchronization of stochastic coupled oscillators with the internal time-varying delay and the coupling time-varying delay. And a synchronization criterion is also obtained. Finally, two numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of our theoretical results and the superiority of impulsive control.  相似文献
