本研究采用饲养试验与消化代谢试验相结合的方法,根据消化代谢试验的结果,制定出可消化粗蛋白质需要量回归公式,由此求得甘肃白猪20—35、35—60及60—90公斤三个阶段可消化粗蛋白质饲养标准。试验用甘肃白猪去势公母猪24头,窝组设计为三个组,每阶段中期进行一期消化代谢试验。 根据消化代谢试验测得的三组试猪的日增重与日均可消化粗蛋白质摄入量基本数据,经统计处理,求得生长肥育期三个级段每日可消化粗蛋白质需要量回归公式如下: 20—35公斤:y_1:129.4+83.0x_1 p<0.05 35—60公斤:y_2:146.3+80.0x_2 p<0.05 60—90公斤:y_3:164.2+151.2x_3 p<0.01将预期日增重x代入上述相应的公式,即可获得甘肃白猪生长肥育阶段可消化粗蛋白质饲养标准。甘肃白猪三个阶段粗蛋质消化率分别为67.87%、64.80%及66.82%,由此可以求得该猪生长肥育阶段粗蛋白质饲养标准。  相似文献

在饲养水温为28℃、25℃、22℃、19℃、16℃时,水温对金鱼和神仙鱼的呼吸频率的影响均呈线性关系,其回归方程分别为Y=2.622X+43.911(R=0.853)和Y=5.178X-8.994(R=0.827),水温变化对神仙鱼呼吸频率的影响比金鱼明显。另外,28℃与25℃、25℃与22℃时金鱼和神仙鱼的呼吸频率差异不显著(P>0.05),而水温22℃与19℃、19℃与16℃的比较均差异显著(P<0.05)。  相似文献

Sap flow and environmental conditions were monitored at two Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus urophylla S.T.Blake)plantations at Hetou and Jijia, located in Leizhou, Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province. It was found that daily sap flux density (SFD) of Eucalyptus was closely related to daily atmospheric vapor pressure deficit (VPD) (R2=0.76, P=0.01 at Hetou and R2=0.7021, P=0.01 at Jijia) at both sites. No significant relationship existed between daily SFD and mean daily air temperature at both sites. 实验以安徽省岳西县感、抗性不同的猕猴桃品种为研究对象,分别在2005-2006年的不同季节对它们一年生枝条韧皮部可溶性蛋白质含量与抗病性的表现进行相关性研究.结果如下:2005年10月和2006年1月测得可溶性蛋白质含量与相对感病指数之间存在着线性相关性,相关系数为-0.969,-0.887,线性回归方程分别为Y=8.712-50.718 X,Y=34.590-226.357X,且达到显著水平.  相似文献

在水温28℃的条件下,配制3种饲料(饲料I:猪心35%、牛心35%、虾肉30%;饲料II:猪心70%、虾肉30%;饵料III:牛心70%、虾肉30%),进行摄食-生长实验(实验周期为31d),实验鱼47.83-68.26g,测定其最大摄食率(Cmax)、特定生长率(SGR)、转化效率(K)和表观消化率(D)。方差分析表明:不同饲料对七彩神仙鱼的Cmax,SGR和K均无显著影响(p>0.05),其Cmax(湿),K,SGR的平均值是分别为3.00%,7.80%,0.24;而对D有显著的影响(p<0.05),饲料(Ⅰ)和(Ⅲ)的消化率相近,分别为95.58%和95.11%,饲料(Ⅱ)的消化率最低,为93.64%。  相似文献

建立测定芦荟中两种重要微量元素铁和锌含量的分光光度方法,考察了同一个芦荟样品中共同测定铁和锌的分光光度条件以及其他共存元素对测定的影响,确定了最佳测定条件.在最佳测定条件下,铁和锌的线性范围、回归方程、相对标准偏差、检测限和回收率分别为0.08~1.50μg/mL、0.01~0.50μg/mL;Y=0.019 53+0.179 64 X(r=0.999 94)、Y=0.008 89+0.561 38 X(r=0.997 37);4.37%、2.90%;0.03μg/mL、0.008μg/mL;99.0%~109.0%、98.0%~106.8%.分光光度法简便、快速、应用广泛,能够进行多元素的共同测定.  相似文献

选取70尾2年龄以上的褐牙鲆,测量了全长(X1)、体长、头长(X3)、吻长、体高、尾柄高(X6)和体质量(Y)7项生长性状.采用相关分析、通径分析和多元回归分析,剔除了与全长有共线性的体长及回归方程中不显著的吻长和体高,计算了全长、体长、头长等6个性状与体质量的相关系数以及以全长、头长和尾柄高对体质量通径系数和决定系数,定量分析褐牙鲆生长性状对体质量的影响.结果表明,褐牙鲆6个生长性状均与体质量的相关系数有统计学意义(P〈0.01);头长对体质量的直接影响(0.365)最大;3个主要生长性状与体质量的决定系数和为0.948.应用逐步多元回归方法,建立了全长、头长和尾柄高对体质量的线性回归方程:Y=-4 123.461+34.115X1+168.733X3+412.045X6,相关系数R=0.974.  相似文献

In two experiments, resistance to satiation was compared with resistance to extinction. In Experiment 1, rats given initial trials in a straight-alley runway while satiated failed to show increased resistance to satiation in a later test phase. This negative finding contrasts with the increased resistance to extinction usually found following initial nonrewarded trials in a straight alley. In Experiment 2, rats were extinguished or were run while satiated following deprived acquisition, and then were either shifted to the other condition or maintained under the same condition. A greater response decrement was produced by extinction than by satiation, both when current performance was examined and when the persistent effect of satiation or extinction on later performance was examined. These results show that there are important dissimilarities in the effects of satiation and extinction, dissimilarities that suggest that extinction is more nonrewarding or aversive than satiation. It seems likely that extinction involves processes (such as frustration, arousal of aversive motivation, and conditioned inhibition) not involved in satiation, which account for the greater response decrement in extinction as compared with satiation.  相似文献

Rats received training in which two auditory target stimuli, X and Y, were signaled by two visual stimuli, A and B, and followed by food (i.e., A-->X+, B-->Y+). The test consisted of presentations of X and Y preceded either by the same signal as during training (same trials: A-->X, B-->Y) or by the alternative signal (different trials: A-->Y, B-->X). After 8 training sessions, the animals responded less on same trials than on different trials; this effect was significantly reduced after 24 training sessions. In two additional experiments, animals that had also experienced presentations of A and B alone, either before or during training, showed the opposite pattern of results, responding more on same trials than on different trials. These results are interpreted as being due to the interaction between the effects of occasion setting and negative priming (see Wagner, 1981).  相似文献

Experimental results of an azo dye(reactive brilliant red X-3B,RBR X-3B) decolorization and degradation in a white rot fungal biofilm reactor were introduced and discussed.The fungal biofilm reactor is highly potential for dye decolorization and degradation with the highest decoloring rate of 95% within 96 hours reaction time at initial pH 4.5 under high nirogen level (HN) (24mmol/L ammonium tartrate)condition.Experimental conditions.such as nutrient nitrogen levels in reaction mixture and initial pH,significantly affected dye decolorization and degradation.Effluents from this bioilm reactor can be well treated to meet the discharging requirements by use of chemical flocculation.RBR X-3B was first absorbed onto fungal biomass and then degraded gradually,The SH-13 fungus monopolized the biofilm throughout the experiments,though the reactor was exposed to open air for 4 months.  相似文献

目的:建立骨愈灵片中人参皂苷Rg1和三七皂苷R1的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,乙腈-水(18:82)为流动相;流速1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长203131/1。结果:人参皂苷Rg1的回归方程为Y=2.829X+4.167(r=0.9999,n=5),线性范围为3.0~22.5ug;三七皂苷R1的回归方程为Y=7.580X-3.971(r=0.9996,n=5),线性范围为1.0~7.5ug。平均回收率分别为98.95%、99.27%。结论:本方法准确、灵敏,可用于骨愈灵片的质量控制。  相似文献

建立测定桂花叶中多糖含量的方法。采用苯酚-硫酸法,分别考察该方法的测定波长、精密度、准确度及稳定性。结果表明,测定波长为490rim,多糖得率达11.35%,线性方程为Y=8.82012。X-0.13,线性相关系数r=0.9997,精密度为RSD%=2.28%(n=6),平均标准回收率为98.55%。该方法为桂花叶多糖的测定提供了一种快速简便的技术。  相似文献

为促进肉鸡业的发展,挖掘蛋白质饲料资源以解决当今蛋白饲料不足,开展了该项研究。根据芝麻饼在日粮中的用量,试验设置1个对照组及5个试验组。试验鸡为AA鸡商品代,每组50只,分0—4、 5—8周前后两期。根据增重、饲料报酬、成活率、经济效益等指标综合评定试验结果。结果表明肉用仔鸡日粮中前期芝麻饼适用量为3.0—9.0%,最佳用量为3.0—6.0%;后期芝麻饼适用量为5.5—13.5%,最佳用量为5.5~13.5%;饲料报酬与经济效益得到明显的提高。  相似文献
