中共十八大报告将生态文明建设提升到中国特色社会主义事业总体布局的战略层面,这是马克思主义中国化的新进展。马克思的自然生态环境内因论认为,自然生态环境和劳动一样是物质财富的源泉,是人类物质生产实践活动的内在要素,决定着社会经济运行与发展的结果。马克思的自然生态环境内因论是生态文明建设的理论先声。东西方主流经济学大都没有将生态系统和经济系统作为一个有机整体来看待,以至于单纯经济增长型发展占据主导地位,成为生态文明建设的瓶颈。只有重视自然生态环境在人类物质生产实践活动中的内在作用,把脱离消费资料生产而片面、孤立的增长生产资料生产的发展方式转变过来,才能真正实现生态文明。 相似文献
