伴随中国高等教育的扩招进程,教育失配现象已经在劳动力市场中屡见不鲜。但是,个体在职业生涯中的工作流动能否摆脱教育失配困境?学界对这一问题存在论争。本文聚焦高学历者的职业史,探索教育失配和工作流动的关系,并通过2021年“社会网络与职业经历”调查数据开展实证研究。研究发现：第一,初职岗位教育失配方面,单位体制、学历和性别是重要影响因素。第二,初职岗位的教育失配者,更有可能发生跳槽或外部流动。第三,跳槽或外部流动并不能有效摆脱现职教育失配,也难以提升劳动者的收入水平,而工作晋升则可以有效摆脱教育失配状态和提升收入水平。以上结论预示着,在教育失配者的职业生涯中,工作跳槽并不是摆脱教育失配的有效路径,而工作晋升在一定程度上可以促进教育匹配。 相似文献

通过调查,发现新生代农民工的人力资本存量不足和人力资本增量不大对其职业流动存在显著影响,前者表现为新生代农民工的受教育程度不高和职业培训不足,后者表现为受工资水平低、工作条件差的制约,在知识和技能上的提升有限.新生代农民工大多从事技术含量不高、以体力劳动为主的职业,存在职业流动方向少、职业流动频次高、职业流动质量达不到期望值等问题.新生代农民工改善职业流动质量的策略主要是提高自身人力资本的质和量. 相似文献

调查与考察北京市流动儿童的受教育状况及其与心理健康的关系.结果表明:流动儿童的受教育状况在各指标上均低于城市儿童,且对流动儿童的心理健康产生一定的影响.教育资源指数显著正向预测流动儿童的主观幸福感,显著负向预测内、外化问题行为;师生关系满意度显著正向预测主观幸福感和自尊,显著负向预测内化问题行为;师生冲突性显著正向预测外化问题行为,显著负向预测主观幸福感;师生支持性显著正向预测自尊;学习效能感显著正向预测主观幸福感和自尊;学习自信心显著正向预测自尊,显著负向预测内、外化问题行为;学习兴趣可显著负向预测外化问题行为.对流动儿童教育问题提出建议. 相似文献
