<正> (一) 阮大铖四种曲是指明末戏曲家阮大铖现今仍传于世的四种传奇,即《春灯谜》、《牟尼合》、《双金榜》、《燕子笺》。阮大铖(1587——1646),字集之,号圆海,一号石巢,又号百子山樵,安庆府怀宁县(今安徽安庆市)人,一说为桐城(今属安徽)人。万历四十四年(1616)丙辰科进士。天启初(1621)由行人擢给事中。同邑左光斗为御史,有声于朝野,大铖倚为重。不久,丁忧归。天启四年(1624)吏科都给事中缺,按次序,应大铖当选。光斗招之,但赵南星、高攀龙、杨涟等以大铖轻躁,不可当此重任,拟选用魏大中。大铖补工科,甚愤恨,乃暗地投靠阉党,得遂所愿。大铖始依附魏忠贤,然犹畏东林攻己,未一月,上章请归里。魏大中乃掌吏科都给事中职,大铖迁怒 相似文献

方以智、阮大铖两大家族世居桐城,向来友善。但在明季崇祯时,因阮大铖为阉党余孽,名列“逆案”,遭复社清流痛恨;而方以智加入复社,劝钱澄之退出中江社,彼此怨隙遂生。复社刻《留都防乱公揭》斥逐阮氏,阮以为方氏主谋,且与复社势同水火。当方以智父方孔熠系狱,阮幸灾乐祸。弘光初立,阮一朝得势,立即捕杀复社成员和方以智,以报私恨。二人的恩怨,其实是阉党势力与复社之间不可调和的党争延续和矛盾逐步激化的反映,发人深思。 相似文献

桐城遭乱,阮大铖避居南京图谋再起,复社清流作《留都防乱公揭》驱逐之。此揭实为吴应箕主笔,崇祯戊寅（1638）写于无锡顾杲家中,次年南京乡试得以广泛传播＂南中＂,而非有些记载所言写于南京。写作缘起亦有多种说法,但指向一致,意在抨击阮大铖。阮大铖对此揭反应强烈,得势后对复社成员疯狂报复。这一事件对晚明及弘光政局走向都产生了重大影响。 相似文献

立嗣是传统中国家庭无男性子嗣时传承要事,同为近世汉族政权,宋朝秉持夫亡妻在从其妻的原则,嗣父母择选嗣子时自由度较高。明朝时孀妇立继权先限缩后放宽,并将适格承继者顺序法定化,公权力介入私法关系,打破宋朝择继的自由选择权。明初宗族势力的强大和礼制的渗透,致使士大夫修法时有强制立嗣倾向,同时明确禁止异姓承嗣。宋、明两代士大夫作出并立双嗣裁决是在理学指导下的经权司法实践,综合考虑情理法后妥协为之。宋代并继书判表现为存在异姓承继人的并立、维护前嗣子的妥协并立两种情况;明代为调和应继、爱继的并立,亲族为争产签立合同并继两种。因身份承继与财产继受紧密关联,致使并继虽有救急之功,却易埋下日后争产的弊端。 相似文献

阮大铖之死,诸史籍记载不一,有随清军征闽途中暴亡、畏罪自尽、为满清兵卒挤坠山崖乃至冤魂索命等多种说法,而以前两说影响最大,并载《明史》阮大铖本传中。本文综合官修史书、文人笔记、内廷档案等多种材料,推断阮大铖系顺治三年(1646)八月从清军入闽时猝死于仙霞岭,其他各说均不足采信。阮大铖传奇之作关目新异,迥迈时流,于古雅经史及底下之书两无所取,常将个人遭际及亲朋故旧现实经历加以变化后谱入传奇。本文参照有关史料,探究出其传世剧作中部分本事。 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex. 相似文献
