以花期非洲凤仙(Impatiens wallerana Hook. f.)为试验试材,研究外源亚精胺(Spd)对100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下非洲凤仙生理特性以及总黄酮含量的影响.设置不同浓度的Spd处理组:0 mmol/L、0.2 mmol/L、0.4 mmol/L、0.6 mmol/L、0.8 mmol/L,测定处理时间12 d下非洲凤仙各项生理指标及总黄酮含量.盐胁迫下,非洲凤仙中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白降低,抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性降低,脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量升高,膜脂过氧化程度加剧;经Spd处理后,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量均升高,抗氧化酶活性呈上升趋势,丙二醛含量降低,总黄酮含量升高.研究表明,外源Spd可以缓解盐胁迫对非洲凤仙的伤害,提升总黄酮含量且以0.6 mmol/L Spd处理效果最佳.  相似文献

采用培养皿发芽法,研究了水杨酸浸种对盐胁迫下西瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,300mmol/L NaCl溶液浸种显著降低了西瓜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数及胚根长和胚芽鲜重;1.0mmol/L以下浓度水杨酸浸种使盐胁迫下西瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长量随水杨酸浓度提高而显著增加;2.0 mmol/L水杨酸浸种对盐胁迫下西瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长无明显影响,3.0 mmol/L水杨酸浸种进一步降低了盐胁迫下西瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长量。结果说明,较低浓度水杨酸浸种可缓解盐胁迫对西瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用,减轻西瓜种子萌发期盐胁迫伤害的最适水杨酸浓度为1.0 mmol/L。  相似文献

本试验对稻种进行不同浓度的水杨酸浸泡处理,采用琼脂培养法,在50mmol/LNaCl胁迫下对水稻进行培养.水稻三叶一心期测量各项生理指标.结果表明:水杨酸浸种处理与空白对照相比较,水稻幼苗叶绿素含量增加,过氧化物酶活性提高,电导率降低,丙二醛含量降低.不同的水杨酸处理浓度相互比较,得出:0.1g/L的水杨酸处理浓度在50mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,能够最有效地提高水稻幼苗的抗性.  相似文献

研究CaCl2浸种处理对NaCl胁迫下鸡冠花种子萌发的缓解效应。结果表明,NaCl胁迫抑制了鸡冠花的萌发和生长,NaCl浓度高于100mmol/L时,抑制作用显著加强;较低浓度的CaCl2浸种能缓解鸡冠花种子受到的盐胁迫伤害,而浓度过高,缓解作用减弱甚至消失;试验中CaCl2以80mmol/L的浸种效果最好,在各种浓度盐胁迫下,均能提高种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数,促进胚轴和胚根的生长。适宜浓度的CaCl2浸种能够缓解盐胁迫对鸡冠花种子萌发和生长的抑制作用。  相似文献

采用不同浓度镧处理小麦幼苗,并测定生理指标,研究镧对小麦幼苗生长及部分生理特性的影响。结果表明:低浓度La3+(0.1、0.5mmol/L)提高了小麦植株SOD活性,随着镧浓度增高,酶活性逐步降低,2mmol/L La3+显著增强POD活性;La3+浓度为1.5、2mmol/L时MDA含量增加显著;La3+浓度在1mmol/L及以上,叶绿素含量减少显著,继续培养至两周后各处理根系干物质重都比对照少。表明叶绿素含量、根系POD活性、MDA含量和干物质重可以作为耐镧小麦筛选指标。  相似文献

在室内盆栽条件下,研究了不同质量浓度钼酸铵浸种对鲜食油菜生长、Vc含量及全氮含量的影响。结果表明,不同质量浓度的钼酸铵溶液浸种均能提高油菜整个营养生长阶段的鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量、Vc含量和全氮含量。其中钼酸铵质量浓度为0.5-1.5g/L范围内,油菜鲜重、干重、叶绿素含理、Vc含量和全氮含量随钼浓度的升高而增加。尤其以钼酸铵质量浓度为1.0-1.5g/L溶液浸种效果较好,与对照相比,油菜鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量、Vc含量和全氮含量分别增加16.86%-40.36%,10.00%-24.76%;23.09%-42.89%,11.82%-32.82%,10.60%-18.24%。显著性检验分析表明,质量浓度为1.0g/L和1.5g/L钼酸铵溶液处理油菜种子与对照相比差异均达显著水平;质量浓度为2.0g/L钼酸铵溶液处理油菜种子的鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量、Vc含量及全氮含量均低于质量浓度为1.5g/L钼酸铵溶液处理,但高于对照。  相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models.
