影响方解石去除水体中高浓度磷酸盐的因素   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过探讨方解石去除水体中高浓度磷酸盐的影响因素,为能够有效地对工业废水中磷酸盐污染物进行深度处理提供理论基础。研究了典型pH值条件下以及水体中可能存在的其他离子对方解石去除磷效率的影响。结果表明,pH值显著影响方解石对高浓度磷的去除,当pH=6.0时,方解石溶解游离出的Ca2+与水体中的H2PO4-形成磷酸钙的沉淀,同时溶液中的其他离子(例如Mg2+,SO42-,NH4+和草酸)对方解石去除磷起到抑制作用。当pH=10.0时,方解石对磷的去除主要以吸附过程为主,溶液中的Mg2+对方解石去除磷有促进作用,NH4+与草酸都对其有抑制作用,而SO42-的影响作用不明显。当Mg2+和NH4+共存时,通过生成磷酸铵镁沉淀物与方解石共同去除水体中的磷。  相似文献

Calcium carbide slag, generated in the hydrolysis process of calcium carbide, is an potential carbon capture reagent because its main ingredient is Ca(OH)2. Calcium carbide slag, a by-product of a resin factory was used as carbon capture reagent. The change of pH and electrical conductivity (EC) of the calcium carbide slag slurry with different solid-to-liquid ratios, as well as the capture efficiency and dynamics under different temperatures and flow rates of CO2 were studied. The properties of solid were characterized with XRD, TG-DTA, SEM and FT-IR before and after capturing carbon. The results show that the change of pH and EC were greater with low solid-to-liquid ratio than that with high solid-to-liquid ratio. The analysis of XRD and SEM show that the content of CaCO3 increased significantly, which improved that Ca(OH)2 and free CaO were reacted with CO2. The results of TG-DTA and FT-IR show that the physicochemical properties and microstructure of the slag changed after capturing CO2 because of the increase of CaCO3 content. All the results mentioned above improve the feasibility of utilizing calcium carbide slag to capture CO2 and offer a practical way for carbon emission reduction and disposal of wasted calcium carbide slag.  相似文献

通过试验,利用不同细度、不同掺量的矿渣微粉等量置换混凝土中的水泥,研究混凝土性能变化趋势,以期达到优化矿渣微粉应用参数和使用效果的目的。试验结果表明:在配制C40混凝土时,矿渣细度控制在500m^2/kg左右,掺量20%∽60%时,混凝土的工作性和力学性能均得到较好的发挥。  相似文献

采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸四酸体系溶解、蒸干古炉渣样品,用10%(V/V)盐酸溶液溶解残渣至清亮,定容于100 mL容量瓶中,分取10 mL样品溶液,在2%(V/V)盐酸介质溶液中连续测定铜、铅、锌。试验优化了仪器工作条件,探讨了试样的溶解体系、待测溶液酸度、共存元素干扰对测定的影响,建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定古炉渣样品中铜、铅、锌的分析方法,对方法标准曲线及其检出限进行了研究。方法检出限为0.66~2.78μg/L,回收率为97%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)1.4%~5.0%。通过标准加入法和方法对照试验,其准确度能满足分析测试要求。方法简便快捷,易于掌握,适合古炉渣样品的快速测定。  相似文献

The simultaneous sorption behavior and characteristics of cadmium (Cd) and sulfamethoxazole (SMX) on rice straw biochar were investigated. Isotherms of Cd and SMX were well modeled by the Langmuir equation (R2 >0.95). The calculated maximum adsorption parameter (Q) of Cd was similar in single and binary systems (34129.69 and 35919.54 mg/kg, respectively). However, the Q of SMX in a binary system (9182.74 mg/kg) was much higher than that in a single system (1827.82 mg/kg). The presence of Cd significantly promoted the sorption of SMX on rice straw biochar. When the pH ranged from 3 to 7.5, the sorption of Cd had the characteristics of a parabola pattern with maximum adsorption at pH 5, while the adsorption quantity of SMX decreased with increasing pH, with maximum adsorption at pH 3. The amount of SMX adsorbed on biochar was positively correlated with the surface area of the biochar, and the maximum adsorption occurred with d 250 biochar (biochar with a diameter of 150-250 μm). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) showed that the removal of Cd and SMX by rice straw biochar may be attributed to precipitation and the formation of surface complexes between Cd or SMX and carboxyl or hydroxyl groups. The results of this study indicate that rice straw biochar has the potential for simultaneous removal of Cd and SMX from co-contaminated water.  相似文献

This study deals with the recycling of carbon steel slag (CSS) to produce self-consolidating concrete (SCC). Since the chemical composition of CSS is similar to that of Portland cement or blast furnace slag (BFS), it is expected to behave similarly. In the current study, the pozzolanic activity index of CSS is examined. Furthermore, the use of CSS as a pozzolanic material to partially replace Portland cement in the production of SCC is tested. We designed concrete mixtures with different water-to- cementitious material ratios (w/cm) keeping water and superplasticizer (SP) contents constant. Results showed that the design and performance of all the concrete mixtures used in this investigation were comparable to those of SCC and high performance con- crete (HPC). However, compared to ordinary plain concrete (OPC), the additional CSS content increases the setting time. In the CSS mixtures set for 90 d, compressive strengths of 86%, 134% and 121% were attained as compared to the control concrete; the corresponding w/cm ratios were 0.28, 0.32 and 0.40, respectively. Verifying the soundness of the SCC for meeting the criteria for HPC, the ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) of CSS was found to be comparable to that of ordinary concrete. In conclusion, the recycling of CSS can be advantageously employed in the production of SCC.  相似文献

以钢渣及蒙脱石为原料,工业淀粉为添加剂,制备钢渣-蒙脱石颗粒吸附剂并将其做为实验材料,研究了其对水中Pb2+的吸附性能,探讨了影响吸附的因素.研究结果表明:钢渣-蒙脱石颗粒吸附剂在溶液pH为7和吸附反应时间120min的条件下吸附效果最佳.在此环境条件下,吸附剂用量为9.0g/L、对初始浓度为100mg/L的 Pb2+溶液的去除率可达到93%,钢渣-蒙脱石颗粒吸附剂在以上条件下对Pb2+的吸附量为10.3mg/g;钢渣-蒙脱石颗粒吸附剂吸附重金属离子时可用二级动力学方程进行拟合,对Pb2+的相关系数为0.9993;且符合Langmuir方程,其相关系数为0.9929;对Pb2+的理论饱和吸附量为12.61mg/g.  相似文献

Glass-ceramics obtained from the electric arc furnace molten slag of incinerator fly ash was produced by applying nucleation and crystallization through heat treatment process. The effects of nucleating agent (TiO2 and Cr2O3)on the crystallization kinetics and heat treatment schedule of the slag were investigated. The results show that the nucleating agents changed the crystallization phase and morphology of the obtained glass-ceramics. The optimum heat treatment schedule of the glass with TiO2 was determined as nucleation at 952 K for 1.5 h and crystal growth at 1258 K for 1.5 h, while those values with Cr2O3 were estimated at 971 K for 2 h and at 1 238 K for 2 h. TiO2 acting as nucleating agent could decrease the activation energy of the slag and shorten the total thermal treatment time in comparison with Cr2O3. The glass-ceramics obtained under the optimum heat treatment condition was environment-friendly and had remarkable physical/mechanical properties and chemical durability.  相似文献

配制了一批不同龄期的C30矿渣粉煤灰混凝土,进行全面系统的试验研究与对比分析.研究了粉煤灰、矿渣和减水剂对混凝土强度性能的影响.试验结果表明:C30矿渣粉煤灰混凝土的矿渣最佳掺量为20%~30%;掺入减水剂后,更使混凝土的孔隙率减小、界面改善、泌水性降低并易于施工;同时,混凝土的抗压强度得到明显提高.  相似文献

针对电石炉的三相电极电流耦合和PLC的控制特点,提出了一种基于PLC的模糊控制方法,将多变量模糊控制器分解成3个多输入-单输出的模糊控制器.系统硬件由PLC及其输入/输出模块组成,其控制功能由PLC程序实现,并成功应用电石炉控制系统中,实现了电极调节的模糊解耦控制.现场运行数据表明,该控制系统可靠性高,控制效果良好.  相似文献

利用柚子皮纤维素制备新型黄原酸酯(SCX),对废水中Cd2 进行吸附研究。通过对影响其吸附效果的SCX用量、Cd2 初始浓度、pH值、反应温度、吸附时间等因素进行吸附实验。结果表明:当废水中Cd2 初始浓度为15mg/L时,0.022gSCX对Cd2 去除率高达99.36%,其吸附容量达33.87mg/g,具有良好的吸附性。SCX对Cd2 的吸附符合Langmiur和Freundlich方程。  相似文献

An improved configuration of the membrane stack was adopted in the electrodeionization (EDI) cell to prevent precipitation of bivalent metal hydroxide during the running. The operational parameters that influenced the removal of copper ions from the dilute solution were optimized. The result showed that a moderate decrease in the inlet pH value and a moderate increase in the applied voltage could achieve a better removal effect. The steady process of electroplating wastewater treatment could be achieved with a removal efficiency of more than 99.5% and an enrichment factor of 5-14. The concentration of copper in purified water was less than 0.23 mg/L. This demonstrated the applicability of recovering heavy metal ions and purified water from electroplating effluent for industrial reuse.  相似文献

以工业固废镍渣为原料,采用机械力化学制备单组分镍渣基地聚物。研究碱激发剂种类和碱掺量对镍渣基地聚物砂浆抗压强度的影响规律,结合XRD、SEM及EDS等试验对水化产物进行表征。结果表明:当碱激发剂为复掺Na2SiO3/Na2CO3,wNa2O=6.5%时,单组分镍渣基地聚物28 d抗压强度可达68.96 MPa。单掺NaOH对镍渣活性激发效果有限,单掺Na2SiO3和复掺Na2SiO3/Na2CO3激发效果显著,单掺Na2SiO3和复掺Na2SiO3/Na2CO3不能使地聚物的矿物组成发生较大改变,但可以显著提高反应体系中凝胶产物的生成量,改善地聚物微观结构的致密程度。  相似文献

废弃混凝土磨细粉是将废弃混凝土经过清洗、破碎、筛分的剩余物,再次利用粉磨设备处理后得到的一种混合物.将这种磨细的混合物作为混凝土外加掺合料替代水泥.考虑到该品种掺合料性能单一的特点,将其与磨细矿粉复合后替代水泥,研究其对混凝土的性能影响.通过对比试验证明,这种复合不仅能够提高混凝土的性能,而且还可进一步提高掺合料的掺量,使废弃混凝土的再利用水平得以提高.  相似文献
