The intensity distribution of depolarized field in the focal region of a high numerical-aperture optical system was investigated and found that the depolarization effect is tunable by the plate. The depolarization effect gains with the increase of the inner convergence angle of the phase plate, goes through a dramatic descent when the angle is larger than 30° and begins to come back when the angle reaches a threshold of respectively 60°and 65° for the orthogonal diffractive field and the longitudinal diffractive fields. This reveals two convergence points where the depolarization effect is the strongest and weakest, respectively, suggesting that the pure phase plate can be a promising method for altering depolarization diffractive fields and constructing optical instruments. 相似文献

本文介绍了许毅近几年提出的关于声调和语调的新见解——PENTA模型。许毅认为基频曲线只是底层声调和语调成分的问接反映，表层声学模式和言语功能之间存在着三重分离：发音实施、目标设定和平行编码。人发音器官的生理制约使得音高变化有最大速度的限制，基频曲线是以渐近线的方式向音高目标靠近的；声凋和语调成分的音高目标设定具有非单值性；基频曲线可以同时兼有表达声调、焦点、新话题、情感等多种功能。 相似文献

毕节方言属于西南官话川黔片,包含阴平、阳平、上声和去声四个声调,其调形格局中高调多,低调少,是一个以高平、高降（包括高微降、全降）和低凹等调形共同组合而成的较为稳定的格局类型。毕节方言当中还存在一些比较特殊的声调现象,包括作为非区别特征的假声和嘎裂声等,这是传统声调研究中没有发现的。毕节方言中阳平调和上声调这两个降调的调头等高,要通过其调尾才能区别开来,这说明声调调尾与声调调头一样也可以作为降调的一个重要区别特征。 相似文献

Antibiotic resistance (ABR) is a significant contemporary socio-scientific issue. To engage in informed reasoning about ABR, students need to understand natural selection. A secondary science unit was designed and implemented, combining an issues-based approach and model-based reasoning, to teach students about natural selection and ABR. This sequential explanatory mixed methods study explored students’ explanations of natural selection. Students created model-based explanations (MBEs) about ABR and verbally explained generalised natural selection during semi-structured interviews. Students’ MBEs significantly increased in natural selection content, and misconceptions about natural selection and ABR significantly decreased after the unit. However, students’ explanations of generalised natural selection differed from ABR explanations. Students struggled to include mutation as the cause of initial variation when explaining generalised natural selection, whereas students included mutation when explaining ABR but often did so after selection pressure. Qualitative analysis indicated students correctly explained ABR or correctly explained generalised natural selection, but none correctly explained both. Students who did understand ABR struggled to apply their understanding to a context other than ABR. This study demonstrates contextual differences in students’ natural selection ideas and provides implications for natural selection instruction. While ABR is a compelling issue to contextualise natural selection instruction, it may be problematic. 相似文献

实验制作了具有10个隔室的厌氧折流板反应器用于探讨其处理高浓度有机污水的性能和运行的稳定性。研究结果表明该反应器在较高有机负荷条件下可以维持较为稳定的运行且表现出优良的COD去除率(85%以上),运行50天后出现颗粒状污泥,颗粒结实而致密。在不同的有机负荷条件下的抗冲击能力强,COD的去除和运行稳定。 相似文献

It is well known that ethacrynic acid (EA) can potentiate the ototoxicity of aminoglycoside antibiotics (AmAn) such as kanamycin
(KM), if they were applied at the same time. Currently, to create the model of EA-KM-induced cochlear lesion in rats, adult
rats received a single injection of EA (75 mg/kg, intravenous injection), or followed immediately by KM (500 mg/kg, intramuscular
injection). The hearing function was assessed by auditory brainstem response (ABR) measurement in response to click and/or
tone bursts at 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, and 32 kHz. The static microcirculation status in the stria vascularis after a single
EA injection was evaluated with eosin staining. The pathological changes in cochlear and vestibular hair cells were also quantified
after co-administration of EA and KM. After a single EA injection, blood flow in vessels supplying the stria vascularis rapidly
diminished. However, the blood supply to the cochlear lateral wall partially recovered 5 h after EA treatment. Threshold changes
in ABR were basically parallel to the microcirculation changes in stria vascularis after single EA treatment. Importantly,
disposable co-administration of EA and KM resulted in a permanent hearing loss and severe damage to the cochlear hair cells,
but spared the vestibular hair cells. Since the cochlear lateral wall is the important part of the blood-cochlea barrier,
EA-induced anoxic damage to the epithelium of stria vascularis may enhance the entry of KM to the cochlea. Thus, experimental
animal model of selective cochlear damage with normal vestibular systems can be reliably created through co-administration

Atypical lipomatous tumor (ALT) of the laryngopharynx is rare. Here we report five cases to demonstrate their clinicopathological
features. The patients were four males and one female, aged 41 to 69 years (median 53.6 years). All tumors (two in the hypopharynx
and three in the larynx) presented as a slowly growing, painless mass. Symptoms included dysphagia (2/5), dysphonia (3/5),
and the feeling of a foreign body in the throat (5/5). Tumors were well circumscribed or focally infiltrative, ranging from
2.0 to 5.0 cm (median, 3.4 cm) in size, and microscopically showed the typical features of lipoma-like ALT. Immunohistochemically,
tumor cells were stained with S-100, vimentin, murine double minute 2 (MDM-2), and cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4). Two patients
had local tumor recurrences at 6 and 14 months after initial surgery during follow-up. ALT of laryngopharynx is an indolent
tumor. Immunohistochemical staining for MDM-2 and CDK4 is helpful in pathological diagnosis. 相似文献

福建是典型的方言区,方言特色明显,由于缺乏进行训练的好教材,普通话教学效果不尽如人意。要在分班的基础上,按方言区划分训练小组,针对每个方言区语音特点,对声母、韵母、声调、变调、轻声、儿化、朗读、说话等内容进行强化训练。要针对问题加强“听”、“说”训练,通过媒体纯正、规范的普通话来纠正、规范自身的问题。对特定专业要加大强化力度,从选修逐步过渡到必修,真正使学生的普通话水平得到提高。一些学生已经能够从长远的职业规划和发展考虑,对普通话的重要性有了充分的认识,并且越来越重视,学校应创造条件满足这部分学生的学习愿望。 相似文献
