通过传统的SLP方法的缺陷的分析,结合模糊理论和SLP,形成了模糊SLP理论。在此基础上,进行了SLP方法中的作业单位非物流相关程度和作业单位的综合相关程度的模糊计算设计,并应用该理论对具体实例进行方案选优,较好验证了模糊SLP理论相对于传统SLP理论的优越性,为设施布置方案提供了新的思考角度和解决方法。  相似文献

以中国矿业大学木工实验室为例,分析了原实验室布局使用中存在的问题,利用SLP(systematic layout planning)系统布局规划方法,对实验室物流关系、非物流关系进行分析,在综合考虑各要素相关关系,包括占地面积、应急处理、教学管理等因素后,得出实验室设施优化布局最终方案。通过对比分析论证了SLP在实验室设施布局中的有效性,为实验室科学布局规划提供了一种科学的研究方法。  相似文献

Children with developmental language disorder (DLD) exhibit weaknesses in the syntactic aspects of language that affect their spoken language (i.e., speaking and listening) and written language (i.e., reading and writing). Speech-language pathologists (SLP) who work with children with DLD are the team member with the greatest expertise in syntax. However, emerging data suggest that speech-language pathology (SLP) students and SLPs have limitations in their explicit syntax knowledge that may affect how they assess and treat the language and literacy knowledge and skills of children with DLD. Additionally, there is a lack of data on the outcomes of professional development specific to syntax. This paper reports on the effects of self-paced, online learning modules on SLP graduate students’ explicit syntax knowledge. Thirty-six SLP graduate students completed online syntax learning modules that taught four pairs of syntactic structures. SLP graduate students experienced a treatment effect from two of the four online training modules. Treatment effects seemed to be influenced by the syntactic skill being treated, by prior knowledge of that particular syntactic structure, and by other environmental factors, including training program. Although future studies should explore these factors further, the outcomes of this pilot study are the first to report on a way to improve SLP graduate students’, and potentially SLPs’, explicit syntax knowledge.

Emerging approaches to achieving high quality learning in higher education emphasise the need for learning to be viewed and facilitated in terms of integrated teaching‐learning elements; a range of linked experiences; clearly articulated processes and expectations; high relevance of material to student experience and the “real world”; student‐centred practice; development of lifelong learning skills; and the teacher as designer and facilitator of the environment, rather than as instructor. The Subject Learning Plan (SLP) provides a medium for designing and articulating details of a subject environment and culture having these characteristics. We contend that the quality of student learning, by design and through process, can be enhanced through the use of media such as a SLP. This position is defended with reference to an account of the genesis, design, implementation and student evaluation of a SLP in a specific context.  相似文献

Sixty‐six students completed two questionnaires to describe their approaches to study and the relationship to their personal preference for either the conventional lecture (CL) or self‐learning package (SLP) as methods of instruction. The students were randomly assigned to either an SLP and a CL group and received instruction on the same topic. Then, six weeks after the lecture all students were given a 30‐minute test to examine their level of understanding. Ten students, chosen at random, were interviewed further to assess their attitude towards learning. The inference drawn from the results is that more students preferred CL to SLP, however there was no correlation between students’ study approach and their preference for different teaching methods, nor did the study demonstrate that either method of instruction was superior when measured by test performance, suggesting a need to review independent study packages to better match student needs. Interview analysis showed that the students were highly dependent on reassurance from their lecturers, emphasising the negotiated nature of learning.  相似文献

The professions of social work (SWK) and speech language pathology (SLP) often involve the provision of services to a diverse group of client populations in a variety of settings; this is particularly true when meeting the complex needs of children and their families. It is widely accepted that collaborative treatment approaches utilizing multidisciplinary teams is an effective method of practice when serving children who are developmentally delayed or challenged, yet there is little information in the literature regarding the quantity, quality, and efficacy of collaboration among professional disciplines serving child populations. This article addresses the identified gap in the pedagogical literature regarding collaborative case management approaches between social workers (SWKs) and speech language pathologists (SLPs) using a case example describing a child in need of early intervention services. Following the case study, sample assessment questions are provided (utilizing the professional standards from both SWK and SLP) as a measure of professional competency and practice behavior. Finally, a discussion of the practical ways SWKs and SLPs can be trained in order to be mutually supportive in meeting the needs of children requiring multidisciplinary services through a collaborative or trans-team approach is provided.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine the application of anatomy and neuroanatomy knowledge to current practice of speech‐language pathology (SLP), based on the perceptions of practicing SLPs, and to elicit information on participants' experiences of learning these subjects in their primary SLP degree with a view to inform potential curriculum development. A qualitative approach was taken to the collection of data. Eight practicing SLPs from four settings were interviewed. The critical incident technique, together with further probing, was used to elicit information. Interviews were transcribed and later thematically analyzed. This study found that knowledge of anatomy and neuroanatomy was perceived to be important by SLPs across all settings, to varying degrees, with a greater application in acute hospital settings. Negative experiences in studying this material were reported across all settings regardless of country of study. Participants discussed ways to increase students' motivation to learn this challenging material. Relevance of material demanded by students may be enhanced if active learning methods were used to teach anatomy/neuroanatomy, including case‐based learning and with vertical and horizontal integration of material to provide a cohesive, spiral curriculum. Speech language pathologists (SLPs) have developed specialized knowledge about oral language and its relationship to early literacy development that can be particularly useful to early childhood educators. The purpose of this article is to highlight ways in which an SLP can support early childhood teachers in a Response to Intervention role by assessing and facilitating young students’ early literacy acquisition. In this article, we observe students who are struggling to attain one of the Common Core State Standards, discuss factors that may inhibit their typical development of early literacy, and illustrate several evidenced-based instructional practices to assist young students who struggle with reading to achieve success.  相似文献
