本研究目的是探讨运动身体自我对大学生体育内在动机的影响机制。通过对480名大学生进行身体自我、心理需要感知和体育内在动机等问卷的测量和分析。结果显示,青少年的体能素质和体型管理等变量对大学生体育内在动机产生直接效应,并且体能素质、技能素质、身体健康、运动效能、体型管理和负面修饰等变量分别通过能力感、自主感和归属感等心理需要变量间接影响大学生体育内在动机。  相似文献

目的:以基本需要理论为基础,探讨感知到的教练员自主性支持通过基本心理需要为中介对运动员疲劳和训练满意感影响的路径模型。方法:质性研究和量化研究相结合。对13名国际健将级运动员进行访谈,并对840名大学生运动员进行问卷调查,运用SPSS17.0和AMOS18对数据进行统计分析,建立结构方程模型。结果:教练员自主支持、3种基本心理需要与疲劳负相关,与训练满意感正相关。教练员自主支持预测3个基本需要,即能力需要、关系需要、自主性需要正向预测训练满意感,负向预测疲劳。结论:基本需要理论在中国运动员中是适用的,能力需要和关系需要是教练员自主支持和疲劳、训练满意感的中介。  相似文献

基于自我决定理论(SDT)构建结构方程模型(SEM),探究教练员自主支持、基本心理需要与自主性动机影响运动员心理疲劳的路径机制。结合本土化研究取向,采用问卷调查法对344名现役少体校排球运动员进行整群抽样调查,利用AMOS19.0对SEM进行验证。研究结果:(1)教练员自主支持、基本心理需要与自主性动机均可显著预测运动员心理疲劳(P<0.001);(2)基本心理需要、自主性动机在教练员自主支持与运动员心理疲劳间起显著中介作用,具体由3条路径产生的间接效应组成,即教练员自主支持→基本心理需要→运动员心理疲劳(β=-0.26,P<0.001)、教练员自主支持→自主性动机→运动员心理疲劳(β=-0.04,P<0.001)、教练员自主支持→基本心理需要→自主性动机→运动员心理疲劳(β=-0.09,P<0.001);(3)基本心理需要、自主性动机在教练员自主支持与运动员心理疲劳间起部分中介作用,基本心理需要→自主性动机的链式中介起完全中介作用。结论:通过SEM拟合度验证,有效支持自我决定理论预测模型可以有效解释中国运动员心理疲劳程度。教练员自主支持、基本心理需要的满足和自...  相似文献

教练员领导行为对团队绩效和运动员正面积极行为的研究在运动心理学领域受到广泛关注,但其内在作用机理与规律仍然是理论黑箱。基 于目标导向理论的激励氛围和基于自我决定理论的基本心理需求,为此提供了一个全新的解释框架,成为连接教练员外部激励与运动员内部动机 形成的桥梁与纽带。教练员通过其领导行为营造出任务导向型激励氛围,诱发运动员的激励内化,进而促进运动员正面积极的行为取向。以参加 2013年全国361°排球锦标赛的运动员为样本,通过结构方程法探究了教练员领导行为、激励氛围与运动员激励内化及其行为倾向选择的相关关 系。在教练员领导行为方面,社会支持、训练指导和正面反馈等行为是促进运动员激励感知与内化的内在驱动力与关键因素;同时,教练员所营造 的任务导向型激励氛围是链接教练员行为和运动员激励内化的中介条件;在激励内化方面,教练员激励氛围需要通过运动员自主感,特别是团队归 属感的形成才能发挥效力。  相似文献

目的:探讨青少年运动员公正世界信念、感知教练支持、运动环境公正与运动成绩间关系。方法:采用青少年运动员公正世界信念量表、感知运动环境公正量表、运动员感知教练员社会支持问卷,对946名青少年运动员进行测量,并获取其全年参加市级及以上级别比赛成绩。结果:1)青少年运动员公正世界信念、感知教练支持、感知运动环境公正、运动成绩彼此间显著相关;2)感知教练支持、感知运动环境公正在青少年运动员公正世界信念和运动成绩间起链式中介作用,其效应值为0.05,占总效应的13.9%。结论:青少年运动员公正世界信念能通过感知教练支持和感知运动环境公正的链式中介作用间接影响运动成绩。  相似文献

考查大学生体育课对休闲时间身体活动行为的贡献,构建适合大学生的跨情境预测模型,为干预大学生的身体活动行为提供理论依据。假设大学生体育课上的三重相关效能(推论自我效能、他人效能、自我效能)可以影响大学生对体育课的自主性动机和积极的情绪体验,并进而影响其休闲时间身体活动的自主性动机和行为。研究采用心理测量法,选取482名大学生参与研究,研究材料为《三重相关效能量表》、《因果关系感知量表》、《锻炼诱导情绪量表》、《锻炼动机量表》和《体育活动等级量表-3》,通过结构公式模型检验各变量之间的关系。研究结果显示:假设模型的拟合优度良好,对身体活动行为的解释力为18%;体育课的自主动机和情绪体验可显著预测休闲时间的身体活动自主动机,两者共解释其34%的总变异;自我效能可显著正向预测休闲时间的身体活动行为。结论:假设模型是适合大学生身体活动行为的预测干预模型;自我效能和他人效能通过动机和情绪的跨情境迁移作用,积极影响大学生对身体活动行为的参与。研究为干预大学生身体活动行为的增加提供了理论依据,建议干预时重点提高体育课上大学生的自我效能,并促使其产生积极的情绪体验,后续研究应加入纵向干预研究验证假设。  相似文献

The purpose of the present study, grounded in self-determination theory, was to explore the relationship between Paralympic athletes' perceptions of autonomy-supportive coach behavior basic psychological needs, and intrinsic motivation to know, accomplish, and experience stimulation. One hundred thirteen Canadian Paralympic athletes completed an online survey, consisting of measures of coach autonomy support; of perceptions of autonomy, competence, and relatedness; and of intrinsic motivation. Perceived coach autonomy support was a predictor of athletes' perceptions of autonomy and relatedness. Perceived competence was a significant predictor of all three forms of intrinsic motivation, while perceived autonomy was a significant predictor of intrinsic motivation to accomplish and experience stimulation. The results highlight the important relationship between coach behavior and athlete motivation in disability sport.  相似文献

Within the self-determination theory (Deci & Ryan, 2000) framework, research has considered the consequences of coaches' autonomy supportive and controlling behaviors on various athlete outcomes (e.g., motivation and performance). The antecedents of such behaviors, however, have received little attention. Coaches (N = 443) from a variety of sports and competitive levels completed a self-report questionnaire to assess their psychological need satisfaction, well-being and perceived interpersonal behaviors toward their athletes. Structural equation modeling demonstrated that coaches' competence and autonomy need satisfaction positively predicted their levels of psychological well-being, as indexed by positive affect and subjective vitality. In turn, coaches' psychological well-being positively predicted their perceived autonomy support toward their athletes, and negatively predicted their perceived controlling behaviors. Overall, the results highlight the importance of coaching contexts that facilitate coaches' psychological need satisfaction and well-being, thereby increasing the likelihood of adaptive coach interpersonal behavior toward athletes.  相似文献

Research illustrates the positive roles of perceived competence, autonomy, and mastery climate and the negative role of performance climate in student motivation in physical education. Less research has examined perceptions of relationships within this setting (i.e., perceived teacher support and relatedness) and their role in student motivation. The purpose of this study was to test the mediating roles of perceived competence, autonomy, and relatedness in the relationship between social contextual factors and motivation in physical education students (N = 508). Results from structural equation modeling showed that perceived competence, autonomy, and relatedness partially mediated the relationship between perceived teacher support and self-determined motivation and that mastery climate related directly to self-determined motivation. The results highlight the importance of perceived teacher support, mastery climate, and relatedness to motivation in physical education.  相似文献

研究目的:研究把运动员的害怕失败作为中介变量,探索感知的教练员领导行为对运动员心理疲劳影响的解释机制,并着重观察运动员所感知的教练员民主领导行为和专制领导行为的不同作用影响。研究方法:在全国范围内采用随机抽样法,让处于不同项目和不同等级的347名(男性为173人;女性为174)专业运动员完成“运动领导行为量表”、“失败表现评估量表”以及“运动员心理疲劳问卷”,所获数据采用回归和Bootstrap分析,分别对构建的民主领导行为解释假设模型和专制领导行为解释假设模型进行拟合。研究结果:①感知教练员民主领导行为会显著减少运动员的心理疲劳感,而知教练员专制领导行为则会显著增加运动员的心理疲劳;②感知教练员民主领导行为与运动员害怕失败不存在显著相关性,而感知教练员专制领导行为则会显著增加运动员的害怕失败;③由于感知教练员民主领导行为与运动员的害怕失败不具有显著相关性,因此害怕失败在民主领导行为假设模型中的中介解释作用假设不成立;④由于感知教练员专制型领导行为会显著增加运动员害怕失败,所以害怕失败在专制领导行为假设模型中的中介解释作用假设成立。研究结论:通过对运动员所感知到的两种教练员领导行为进行观察,可以发现专制型领导行为对运动员的负面情绪影响是多方面的。它不仅会在训练和比赛的过程中直接引起运动员的心理疲劳,还会通过运动员害怕失败感的叠加效应来增加其心理疲劳。因此,研究建议在运动实践中应该提倡教练员有计划性的多采用民主型的领导行为帮助运动员有效的减少心理疲劳。  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to present a preliminary taxonomy of six controlling strategies, primarily based on the parental and educational literatures, which we believe are employed by coaches in sport contexts. Research in the sport and physical education literature has primarily focused on coaches’ autonomy-supportive behaviours. Surprisingly, there has been very little research on the use of controlling strategies. A brief overview of the research which delineates each proposed strategy is presented, as are examples of the potential manifestation of the behaviours associated with each strategy in the context of sports coaching. In line with self-determination theory (Deci & Ryan, 1985; Ryan & Deci, 2002), we propose that coach behaviours employed to pressure or control athletes have the potential to thwart athletes’ feelings of autonomy, competence, and relatedness, which, in turn, undermine athletes’ self-determined motivation and contribute to the development of controlled motives. When athletes feel pressured to behave in a certain way, a variety of negative consequences are expected to ensue which are to the detriment of the athletes’ well-being. The purpose of this paper is to raise awareness and interest in the darker side of sport participation and to offer suggestions for future research in this area.  相似文献

Self-determination theory suggests that when psychological needs for autonomy, competence, and relatedness are met, participants experience more self-determined types of motivation and more positive outcomes. Limited research has examined this mediational role of self-determined motivation in adult physical activity participants, and very few studies have included assessments of relatedness. This study tested the hypothesis that self-determined motivation would mediate the relationship between psychological need fulfillment and affective and behavioral outcomes. Adult dragon boaters (N = 558) between the ages of 19 and 83 completed a questionnaire on motivational aspects of dragon boating. Competence, relatedness, and autonomy all significantly predicted self-determined motivation, but self-determined motivation only partially mediated their relationship with positive and negative affect. These findings demonstrate the importance of all three needs in adult activity motivation and suggest that the relationships between needs, self-determination, and outcomes may be complex.  相似文献

This study investigated the relationships between perceptions of coach autonomy support, basic psychological need satisfaction and the frequency at which youth soccer players engage in additional soccer activity outside of team sessions. We employed structural equation modelling to test a two-wave (T1 and T2) half-longitudinal study to see if basic psychological need satisfaction mediated the relationship between coach autonomy support and additional soccer activity across a competitive season. The sample consisted of 527 youth soccer players, aged 10–15 years. Results revealed moderate to strong temporal stability for autonomy, competence, relatedness and frequency of additional soccer activity. Furthermore, no support is offered for mediation as T1 coach autonomy support was not related to any of the three basic needs at T2 when accounting for their T1 levels. However, a positive relationship between T1 autonomy and T2 additional soccer activity emerged. This suggests that those who experience high levels of autonomy in the team setting at the start of the season report an increased frequency of additional activity at the end of the season. Results are discussed in light of the Self-Determination Theory and the Trans-Contextual Model.  相似文献
