利用三波长近红外肌氧无损监测系统,对赛艇运动员在赛艇测功仪上做不同负荷运动时肌氧的变化进行了无损、连续、实时监测,并将受试者测量结果与在运动中血乳酸和心率等参数的变化进行了对比研究。结果表明:随着负荷的改变,肌氧含量的变化较为明显;肌氧的相对变化与运动负荷之间至现规律性的变化;肌氧浓度与血乳酸浓度具有高度的相关性。  相似文献

采用近红外无损肌氧监测系统,对赛艇运动员在递增强度运动时骨骼肌组织中肌氧的变化进行监测,测定不同运动员的肌氧含量相对有效下降值(Deff),并测定最大摄氧量(VO2max)。将监测到的Deff与VO2max的变化作对比研究,以期探讨骨骼肌组织中肌氧含量的相对变化与VO2max的变化规律及相关关系。研究结果显示运动中肌氧含量的相对有效下降值与最大摄氧量存在相关性,这为用无损伤技术监测人体运动时氧化代谢能力提供了新的途径。  相似文献

文章报道了江西省赛艇运动员的积分肌电阈均值,指出赛艇运动员的积分肌电阈与乳酸无氧阈、3000米耐力跑成绩,以及6分钟划船测功计全力划行的平均功率,都呈高度相关;同时,发现优秀选手组,不仅在3000米耐力跑成绩和6分钟划船测功计全力划行的平均功率上高于一般选手组,而且在积分肌电阈值上,也高于一般选手组。说明运用积分肌电阈评定赛艇运动员的有氧耐力是可行的。  相似文献

本文研究了不同训练水平男子赛艇运动员与健康大学生在进行不同强度负荷后,血浆心钠素与心血管功能的变化,探讨了系统赛艇训练对心脏内分泌及其功能的影响。结果提示系统赛艇训练不影响安静时的血浆心钠素水平,但可提高运动中心钠素对负荷明显反应的强度阈,运动中检测血浆ANP水平的变化,可以用来评价赛艇运动员的训练水平和心脏储备能力。  相似文献

应用NIRS技术无损监测赛艇运动员在递增负荷运动时骨骼肌氧含量的相对变化,并同步监测受试者气体代谢部分指标的变化特征,分析二者之间的相关关系,以期为运动员有氧代谢能力的评定寻求新的检测方法与手段。结果表明,肌氧含量的相对变化能较好地反映出运动负荷的变化,因而肌氧含量的相对变化可作为评定运动员有氧代谢能力的敏感指标。  相似文献

分析上腹部(腹直肌)肌肉肌电变化特点,找出肌电变化的一般规律,减少训练调控过程中的盲目性,为科学训练提供参考依据。采用文献资料法、实验和数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过收集右侧和左侧(腹)肌肉的肌电图,观察分析肌肉肌电变化特点。结果表明:仰卧起坐运动中左右腹直肌的积分肌电值存在明显的差异,左腹直肌积分肌电大于右腹直肌积分肌电,左右腹直肌的振幅、肌电均方根均无显著性差异。在仰卧起坐运动过程中左腹直肌的收缩强度较大,左腹直肌比右腹直肌先进入疲劳,左右腹直肌参与活动的运动单位数目、放电频率同步化程度具有相似性。  相似文献

为了解肌肉疲劳时神经肌肉系统兴奋性的变化规律,以10名健康男子为对象,采用随意性最大的肌肉收缩(V组)和电刺激诱发肌肉收缩(E组)的两种运动形式,对足背屈运动引起胫骨前肌疲劳时的胫骨前肌和比目鱼肌的表面肌电图(sEMG)和诱发肌电图(evoked EMG)进行了观察。结果发现:(1)V组和E组的sEMG积分值和平均频率均出现了降低的趋势,而且E组的变化较为明显;(2)E组的胫骨前肌(主动肌)Mmax和H/Mmax明显降低下,比目鱼肌(拮抗肌)Mmax和H/Mmax在胫骨前肌疲劳后则无明显变化;(3)V组胫骨前肌与比目鱼肌的H/Mmax在疲劳发生后均表现出显著低下,但二者的Mmax却无明显变化。结论:肌疲劳时不但主动肌脊髓运动神经元受到了抑制,拮抗肌脊髓运动神经元也受到了类似的影响,但由于肌肉收缩方式不同而上述变化并不完全一致。  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the modifications in the control of the biceps brachii (agonist) and triceps brachii (antagonist) muscles during the learning of two elbow flexion tasks in sixteen college-age women. A positioning and a coincidence task were each performed at 40° and 200° per second angular velocity while bipolar surface electrodes recorded the electromyographic (EMG) activity of the muscles involved. Data on the EMG activity, angular kinematics, and timing and angular displacement error were quantified and subjected to statistical analyses. The results of the error analyses indicated that subjects did learn the various tasks over the 120 trials. Because there were no significant changes in the angular velocity patterns over trials, the EMG activity modifications are suggested to reflect differences in the control of the muscles monitored during the movements. In addition, EMG activity pattern modifications which occurred in discrete portions of the movements in both muscles indicate an increased cocontraction of the opposing muscles as subjects learned the tasks. Temporal periods in which modifications were observed appear to represent the critical periods in each movement task.  相似文献

Abstract

Pre-programmed and stretch-induced muscle activities of agonist muscles can play important roles during stretch-shortening cycle exercises. It is still not clear how the antagonist muscles function when the drop and rebound intensities are varied during drop jump (DJ) exercises. The purpose of the present study was to examine the regulation of agonist–antagonist muscle activation during DJ with different drop and rebound heights. The subjects performed DJs with two drop heights (0.2 and 0.4 m) and three different efforts (maximal rebound height, 50% effort of maximal rebound height and landing without rebound). Ankle and knee joint angles, and vertical ground reaction force together with an electromyogram of the lower leg muscles (medial gastrocnemius [MG], soleus [SOL] and tibialis anterior [TA]) were measured simultaneously during DJ. Our results clearly showed that the pre-activation of the antagonist TA was increased with increasing rebound height. Our results further showed that the coactivations of agonist and antagonist muscles during the post-impact 30-ms phase were increased with increasing rebound height. These results suggested that not only the pre-programmed agonist MG muscle activation, but also the pre-programmed antagonist TA activation and the coactivation of the post-impact 30-ms phase may play important roles in the control of rebound height.  相似文献

为了揭示自行车运动时大腿和小腿肌群的氧代谢的特征及其肌肉活动量之间的关系,12名健康男子受试者在50、100、150、200、250W等5种负荷强度下,分别进行了6min的自行车踏蹬运动,并采用近红外线光谱和表面肌电图技术,对右侧下肢股四头肌和腓肠肌的氧合血红蛋白/肌红蛋白(oxy-Hb/Mb)与积分肌电图进行了连续性的同步测定。结果发现:股四头肌的oxy-Hb/Mb在50W至150W时下降比较缓慢,200W和250W时下降十分明显;iEMG在50W至150W时缓慢上升,200W和250W时迅速上升。腓肠肌的oxy-Hb/Mb50W至200W时缓慢下降,但在250W时发生快速下降现象;iEMG在50W至150W时缓慢上升,但在250W时则迅速增加。各负荷强度下股四头肌和腓肠肌的oxy-Hb/Mb与iEMG相互之间比较,分别具有明显的相关性。由此推测,运动中两肌的oxy-Hb/Mb整体水平变化及相互间差异,归结于运动时两肌的运动量和负担度。  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the changes in the metabolic state of quadriceps femoris muscles using transverse relaxation time (T2), measured by muscle functional magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, after inactive or active recovery exercises with different intensities following high-intensity knee-extension exercise. Eight healthy men performed recovery sessions with four different conditions for 20 min after high-intensity knee-extension exercise on separate days. During the recovery session, the participants conducted a light cycle exercise for 20 min using a cycle (50%, 70% and 100% of the lactate threshold (LT), respectively: active recovery), and inactive recovery. The MR images of quadriceps femoris muscles were taken before the trial and after the recovery session every 30 min for 120 min. The percentage changes in T2 for the rectus femoris and vastus medialis muscles after the recovery session in 50%LT and 70%LT were significantly lower than those in either inactive recovery or 100%LT. There were no significant differences in those for vastus lateralis and vastus intermedius muscles among the four trials. The percentage changes in T2 of rectus femoris and vastus medialis muscles after the recovery session in 50%LT and 70%LT decreased to the values before the trial faster than those in either inactive recovery or 100%LT. Those of vastus lateralis and vastus intermedius muscles after the recovery session in 50%LT and 70%LT decreased to the values before the trial faster than those in 100%LT. Although the changes in T2 after active recovery exercises were not uniform in exercised muscles, the results of this study suggest that active recovery exercise with the intensities below LT are more effective to recover the metabolic state of quadriceps femoris muscles after intense exercise than with either intensity at LT or inactive recovery.  相似文献
