旅游资源潜力是遗产地旅游发展综合潜力的基础和重要组成部分。作为是一种新型的旅游资源,农业文化遗产具有活态性、复合性、动态性、脆弱性、原真性、独特性等特点,这些特点是农业文化遗产地的旅游资源评价需要考虑的重要因素。本文构建了农业文化遗产地旅游资源"主体-辅助,有形-无形"分类体系和"资源特征-旅游发展适宜性"的评价体系,突出强调遗产资源旅游可进入性方面的特征,并以浙江省青田县为例进行了案例研究。研究结果表明:浙江青田"稻鱼共生"系统农业文化遗产资源潜力最大的区域是包括方山、山口、鹤城等9个乡镇在内的农业文化遗产资源优势突出、旅游发展可进入性高的东中部地区,也是该县农业文化遗产旅游发展的优先区域。而西南部农业文化遗产主体资源("稻鱼共生"系统)面积小,交通条件相对较差,加大基础设施建设力度,重视独具特色的自然景观是该区配合全县农业文化遗产旅游发展的重点方向。  相似文献

旅游发展是农业文化遗产动态保护和适应管理的重要举措,有针对性地、科学地掌握其旅游资源利用特征是成功发展旅游的前提和基础.本文以技术型(浙江青田)、景观型(云南红河)和遗址型(江西万年)农业文化遗产地为例,开展了农业文化遗产地旅游资源利用特征对比研究.研究建立了以主体旅游资源特征、辅助旅游资源特征、外部因素特征以及客源与市场特征为内容的农业文化遗产地旅游资源利用特征评价体系,构建了农业文化遗产地旅游资源可持续利用模式分析的“优势—劣势-状态-响应”概念模型,提出技术型农业文化遗产地旅游资源可持续利用采用“市场带动资源模式”,景观型采用“资源带动市场模式”,遗址型采用“节事活动带动模式”,可为案例区及其它相似区域农业文化遗产旅游资源持续利用提供参考.  相似文献

农业文化遗产在概念上等同于世界文化遗产,是一种刚刚引起关注的遗产类型。学术界对该类遗产的研究才刚起步,其中关于农业文化遗产地旅游方面的研究更少。农业文化遗产地具有非常丰富的旅游资源,其合理开发能对区域经济、社会、文化、生态等产生积极的影响。同时,区域社会经济各要素对农业文化遗产保护和开发也具有重要作用。本文通过文献分析和问卷调查,讨论了“稻鱼共生”全球重要农业文化遗产旅游资源开发和区域社会经济发展之间的相互关系。研究表明,目前遗产地旅游资源的开发和地区GDP增长、居民生活水平提高、旅游就业以及传统文化等因素密切相关;而青田县区域经济较为落后、华侨之乡带来的适龄劳动力缺乏对于旅游资源有保护作用,瓯越文化、石雕文化、名人文化、华侨文化与田鱼文化综合形成的特定地域背景和文化形态,对于青田县旅游资源的开发具有明显的促进作用。  相似文献

科学认定和评价资源是旅游开发利用的前提,其中资源旅游开发的时段选取和空间选定问题尤为重要。本研究以贵州从江“稻田养鱼”农业文化遗产资源为例,立足“遗产资源—旅游开发”两方面、“时间—空间”双维度构建指标体系,对遗产资源旅游开发的时空适宜性进行了定量评价。结果表明:①夏初(6月)和秋季(9月~10月)是从江县遗产资源旅游开发的最佳季节(月份);②东北部的“斗里-西山-雍里-丙妹-高增-贯洞-洛香-庆云”是目前进行旅游开发的最佳区域;受旅游可进入性差的影响,西南部各乡镇遗产资源的旅游开发适宜度较低;③提高下江镇遗产资源的景观优势度和完整度可贯通东北—西北部适宜区构筑旅游大区,提升全县的旅游吸引力。  相似文献

水稻是世界上最主要的农作物之一。长期以来,亚洲许多地方一直有在稻田中养鱼(并作或连作)的传统。据历史记录和考古研究成果,中国稻田养鱼的历史可以追溯到2000多年以前。稻鱼共生系统不仅是一种独特的生产方式,而且还是一种具有丰富内涵的传统文化。稻鱼共生系统可以提供多种产品和服务功能:保障粮食安全,提高营养水平,增加农民收入,防止疟疾传染,生物多样性保护,病虫害控制,促进授粉过程,促进碳氮循环,水土保持,以及文化传承和休憩等。但是,正像其他许多传统农业技术一样,由于受到快速经济增长、城市化和现代农业技术的影响,稻鱼共生系统也面临着严峻威胁。中国是联合国首批农业文化遗产保护试点国家之一,浙江省青田县龙现村的传统稻鱼共生系统被列为首批试点之一,其目的就是开发出一种农业文化遗产“动态保护和适应性管理”的方法论并进行推广。 本文是按照粮农组织要求所编制的项目实施的国家框架,在全面分析中国,特别是青田稻鱼共生系统发展历史和基本特征的基础上,确定了项目实施的总体目标和具体目标。根据项目的总体要求和稻鱼共生系统在我国的发展前景,预期的主要成果包括:建立国家农业文化遗产认定标准体系,确定国家农业文化遗产名录,并作为推荐为全球重要农业文化遗产的基础;促进将全球重要农业文化遗产中具有重要意义的农业生物多样性的保护和适应性管理纳入国家有关部门的保护和发展规划与政策中;通过对社区广泛参与,促进试点地方的具有全球意义的农业生物多样性得到可持续的利用与保护,并通过采取适当的技术和政策手段促进传统农业系统生态过程与文化过程的发展;将试点所得到的经验向更大范围进行推广,建立国家农业文化遗产保护网络,促进全球农业文化遗产网络的建立。此外,还介绍了为达到这些目标所应采取的措施和开展的具体活动,提出了促进机制建设、资金支持、社会发展、生态保护的可持续性途径,给出了促进项目实施的具体执行框架和各利益相关方的责任与义务。  相似文献

【目的】自2002年联合国粮农组织启动“全球重要农业文化遗产(GIAHS)”保护与发展项目以来,相关工作取得积极成效,但也一直存在农业文化遗产本底资源不清的问题。本文旨在探索用模型方法识别农业文化遗产地潜在分布区域,为进一步明确农业文化遗产的本底资源提供数据支撑。【方法】从传统种质资源的角度出发,将最大熵模型用于识别农业文化遗产地的潜在区域。以中国传统枣类种质资源为例,给出了第一张中国传统枣类农业文化遗产地的潜在区域图。【结果】以传统枣类为栽培核心的农业文化遗产潜在区域主要集中在黄河中下游,河北、山西、陕西、河南和山东5个省份是高潜力分布区和中潜力区分布较集中的区域,其中河北省高潜力区面积居全国首位。通过概率密度函数耦合适宜区面积,得到临猗县、盐湖区、献县等20个高潜力分布区是下一步发掘和保护工作的重点。【结论】本文证实了以核心种质资源分布为抓手,可以从理论上识别农业文化遗产的潜在分布区域。同时,本文方法具有推广性,可以为实地调研节省大量人力与物力,有助于从国家层面把握中国农业文化遗产的本底资源,为其进一步发掘、保护和传承利用奠定基础。  相似文献

现代农业在带来粮食高产的同时也造成难以治理的农业污染和生态环境破坏,因而现代农业发展开始转向保护生态环境、可持续的农业形式,出现了如有机农业、绿色农业等农业发展模式。传统农业地区一般处于经济落后的地方,往往还保持着传统农业生产方式,有着较好的农业生态环境。这些地区的农业发展不能再重复传统农业到现代农业再到有机农业的过程,但由于经济条件的限制也无法直接开发有机农业。贵州省从江县是一个典型的传统农业地区,生物资源、劳动力资源及生态环境有一定的潜在优势,但受耕地资源、经济资源及技术条件制约,从总体看,农业经济发展水平低。在这种情况下,从江县农业发展应根据其资源禀赋,因地制宜,引入有机农业思想,生产高品质农产品;发展特色农产品,加强产业化建设;引入生态农业思想,高效利用资源;发挥民族地区优势,发展农业生态旅游,丰富农业形式。同时,随着拥有“稻-鱼-鸭”共生系统的从江县侗族地区成为“全球重要农业文化遗产”保护试点之一——浙江省青田县的协作点,其农业发展将迎来新的发展机遇。  相似文献

Aresearch group led by Prof. ZHAI Qiwei from the Institute for Nutritional Sciences under the CAS Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences has discovered that even relatively low doses of resveratrol--a chemical found in the skins of red grapes and in red wine--can improve the sensitivity of mice to the hormone insulin, according to a report in the October,2007 issue of Cell Metabolism. As insulin resistance is often characterized as the most critical factor contributing to the development of Type 2 diabetes, the findings“provide a potential new therapeutic approach for preventing or treating” both conditions, the researchers said.  相似文献

This study examined how students who had no prior experience with videoconferencing would react to the use of videoconferencing as an instructional medium. Students enrolled in seven different courses completed a questionnaire at the beginning of the semester and again at the end of the semester. Students at the origination and remote sites did not differ in their reactions toward videoconferencing but there was a significant difference for gender. Women reacted less favorably to videoconferencing. Compared to the beginning of the semester, students reported significantly less positive attitudes toward taking a course through videoconferencing at the end of the semester. There were no significant differences in students' attitudes toward videoconferencing across courses at the beginning of the semester but there were significant differences across the courses at the end of the semester. The results suggest the need for better preparation for both students and instructors.  相似文献

Ajoint study by Prof. ZHANG Zhibin from the CAS Institute of Zoology and his co-workers from Norway, US and Swiss have indicated that historical outbreaks of migratory locusts in China were associated with cold spells, suggesting that China's projected climate warming could decrease the pest's numbers. A computer-mediated group is a complex entity whose members exchange many types of information via multiple means of communication in pursuit of goals specific to their environment. Over time, they coordinate technical features of media with locally enacted use to achieve a viable working arrangement. To explore this complex interaction, a case study is presented of the social networks of interactions and media use among members of a class of computer-supported distance learners. Results show how group structures associated with project teams dominated who communicated with whom, about what, and via which media over the term, and how media came to occupy their own communication niches: Webboard for diffuse class-wide communication; Internet Relay Chat more to named others but still for general communication across the class; and e-mail primarily for intrateam communication. Face-to-face interaction, occurring only during a short on-campus session, appears to have had a catalytic effect on social and emotional exchanges. Results suggest the need to structure exchanges to balance class-wide sharing of ideas with subgroup interactions that facilitate project completion, and to provide media that support these two modes of interaction.  相似文献

Electronic data interchange (EDI) provides means for interorganizational communication, creates network externalities, requires an advanced information technology (IT) infrastructure, and relies on standards. In the diffusion of such innovations, institutional involvement is imperative. Such institutions contain governmental agencies, national and global standardization organizations, local government, and nonprofit private organizations like industry associations. The last type of organizations we call intermediating institutions. They intermediate or coordinate ("inscribe") the activities of a group of would-be adopters. Unfortunately, little is known of how these organizations shape the EDI diffusion trajectory. In this article we examine one specific type of intermediating organizations?industry associations?and how they advanced the EDI diffusion process in the grocery sectors of Hong Kong, Denmark and Finland. We identify six institutional measures, placed into a matrix formed by the mode of involvement (influence vs. regulation) and the type of diffusion force (supply push vs. demand pull), that can be mobilized to further the EDI diffusion. Industry associations were found to be active users of all these measures to varying degrees. Their role was critical especially in knowledge building, knowledge deployment, and standard setting. Furthermore, institutional involvement varied due to policy and cultural contingencies and power dependencies.  相似文献

This essay focuses on universal service and the Internet as means to support social and political participation. The emphasis on access to telecommunications systems in conventional approaches to universal service is contrasted with access to content. A model of the information environment is described that accounts for the roles of content and conduit, both of which are necessary conditions to achieve true access. The increasing prospects of digital piracy has prompted the perceived need by electronic publishers to adopt technical systems of protection, and governments to reform their copyright laws. This article is a preliminary study of the management of intellectual property by electronic publishers, defined as those involved in the production of online databases, and CD-ROMs. It focuses on three main issues: (1) how electronic publishers view the increasing threat of piracy; (2) the methods of protection employed to protect intellectual property in digital format; and (3) the importance of technological protection of intellectual property in electronic publications. The analysis is based on a sample of 23 UK electronic publishers. The interviews revealed an interesting assortment of protection methods and did not show that technological protection was a preferred way. Instead, the means of protection, in addition to copyright law, comprised niche markets, pricing, trust, bad publicity, and nontechnical and technical means.  相似文献
