【目的】 分析我国基本科学指标(Essential Science Indicators,ESI)化学SCI论文的发文情况以及SCI收录期刊的现状与影响力,指出我国化学科技期刊供给侧与需求侧的不平衡,提出创办我国化学优势学科英文期刊的可行性。【方法】 通过ESI分析我国化学SCI论文的产出情况,结合《期刊引证报告》对我国化学SCI收录期刊的国际影响力、学科分布、出版基本情况进行多方面分析。【结果】 我国化学学科论文发表量在全球居首位,但是我国化学SCI收录期刊数量仅有21种,出现供需不平衡,与美国、英国、德国等国家有一定的差距。【结论】 加强我国化学优势学科领域的英文期刊布局,使化学科技期刊的供给侧与需求侧达到平衡;创办前沿性和交叉性的化学学术期刊,填补学术期刊空白,增强化学学科学术话语权;与国际优秀出版集团合作,提升化学期刊质量,可以促进我国化学科技期刊的发展。  相似文献

【目的】 研究中国高校主办的SCI收录期刊对基本科学指标(Essential Science Indicators,ESI)学科发展的贡献度。【方法】 利用ESI和InCites数据库,研究2007—2017年高校主办的42种SCI收录期刊对ESI学科的贡献度。【结果】 高校主办的SCI收录期刊从发文量和被引频次两个方面对其高校ESI学科建设作出较大贡献,但整体而言期刊的学术影响力落后于学科发展。【结论】 高校主办SCI收录期刊的影响力有待提高,以更好地助力学科建设;高校可进行综合性学报改革,以提升高校主办期刊的专业影响力,也可依托ESI学科优势创办新刊,填补ESI学科空白。  相似文献

【目的】 了解我国英文科技期刊学科分布情况,为创办英文科技期刊提供学科方向参考。【方法】 基于Web of ScienceTM(WoS)学科分类,利用InCites数据库对各学科及期刊2016—2017年发文情况进行分析。【结果】 WoS共有252个学科,其中自然科学有176个学科,我国在144个自然科学学科中有相关期刊被SCI收录,其他32个学科还没有相关期刊被SCI收录。在还没有相关期刊被SCI收录的32个学科中,我国学者在其中17个学科的SCI收录期刊的发文量超过1000篇;在有相关期刊被SCI收录的144个学科中,我国学者发文量在2000篇以上且在我国期刊发文量占在全球期刊发文量的比例低于3%的学科有45个。【结论】 我国英文科技期刊的发展远远落后于科研水平的提升,不足以支撑科研论文的发表,建议加快创办英文期刊的进程,加大创刊力度,填补学科空白。  相似文献

【目的】 梳理高校综合性科技期刊发展面临的现实困境,剖析深层次的原因并提出建议。【方法】 根据《陕西师范大学学报(自然科学版)》的办刊实际与统计数据,梳理高校综合性科技期刊发展中出现的问题;从评价体制、办刊原则、主办方诉求等多种角度分析原因并提出宏观与微观两个维度的破解之道。【结果】 稿源受限、栏目设置与主办院校学科发展不匹配、期刊与校内学者关系发生改变、作者学术素养不高,以及办刊经费不足等,是高校综合性科技期刊面临的新难题,这不仅与高校期刊与生俱来的内向性办刊原则有关,更是当下学术评价体制及主办院校追求赶超发展目标所导致的结果。【结论】 高校综合性科技期刊应制定合理的期刊发展目标,不以学术评价为唯一追求目标;采取改变组稿方式、取得感情认同、提供增值服务、争取政策支持等多种途径,促进期刊发展。  相似文献

【目的】 对比分析中外生物类英文SCI收录期刊论文引言部分的体裁特征,找出国内外作者在宏观语步结构和微观步骤选择方面的显著差异,为国内作者论文写作提供借鉴。【方法】 从生物学领域的权威中外英文SCI收录期刊中分别选取第一作者母语为英语或中文的论文各40篇,根据修正的CARS模型对引言部分的体裁特征进行定性和定量分析。【结果】 中外英文SCI收录期刊论文引言的宏观体裁结构相似,但是在微观步骤选择方面,国内作者忽视了中心议题的建立和理论背景的介绍,缺乏从研究背景向现有研究的过渡,未能有效聚焦现有研究、吸引读者的阅读兴趣。【结论】 国内SCI论文作者和期刊编辑应深入了解国际学术社团的写作规约,熟练掌握SCI论文的语篇构建机制和纲要式结构,进一步规范国内英文SCI收录期刊的语言表达。  相似文献

【目的】 分析中国肿瘤学论文的发表现状,探讨中国肿瘤学稿件外流现象与相关对策。【方法】 利用Web of Science数据库,对2013—2017年中国作者发表的肿瘤学论文及发表期刊进行分析。【结果】 我国肿瘤学英文论文发表平台有限,大部分论文发表于国外期刊。中国作者倾向于选择发文量大、中国作者论文占比高、影响因子≤3的期刊,论文影响力有限。发表于国外SCI收录期刊的中国肿瘤学研究论文数量逐年提高,而中国科学引文数据库收录期刊发表的我国肿瘤学研究论文总量却逐年降低。【结论】 中国高质量肿瘤学稿件外流现象较严重。我国肿瘤学期刊尚有较大发展空间,应在采取各种有效措施提高自身办刊效率基础上,扩大宣传范围,出台配套政策,以鼓励中国作者向本国期刊投稿。  相似文献

【目的】 采用期刊评价指标的统计分析数据阐明目前高校自然科学学报(以下简称“高校学报”)在中国科技期刊中的学术地位和影响力,指出新时期制约高校学报整体发展的主要因素。【方法】 以进入中国科学技术信息研究所遴选出的2017年中国科技核心期刊目录(自然科学卷)中高校学报为研究对象,结合同年《中国科技期刊引证报告(扩刊版)》中期刊评价指标,统计分析高校学报在中国科技核心期刊中的占比,及其各项评价指标与其他核心期刊和非核心学报的差异。【结果】 2017年中国科技核心期刊中高校学报占比14.6%,与其他核心期刊相比,高校学报整体评价指标偏弱;不同层次、类别高校学报的评价指标差异明显。【结论】 以期刊评价指标衡量,高校学报整体学术质量和影响力偏低。现阶段制约高校学报整体健康发展的主要因素有办刊定位固化、主办高校综合创新能力不均衡、科研评价体系的偏向,以及僵化的办刊模式和缺乏竞争的办刊环境。  相似文献

【目的】 基于期刊网站英文界面再加工中文论文,提升中文科技期刊的国际显示度。【方法】 通过统计分析复旦大学及其附属医院主管或者主办医学类期刊网站英文界面的建设及维护情况,总结我国中文科技期刊网站英文界面的现状,提出需要解决的问题以及建议。【结果】 我国中文科技期刊网站英文界面内容和功能等形式单一、形同虚设。以中文科技论文为核心内容,提供英文长摘要,推出网络出版与英文出版相结合的中文科技论文英文网络出版,将发表在国内科技期刊上的优秀科研成果利用国内数字平台实现国际化传播与推广。【结论】 再加工中文论文后通过期刊网站英文界面发布,是提升中文科技期刊国际显示度的可行措施。  相似文献

【目的】根据党的二十大报告精神,探讨中国科技论文本土发表对中国式现代化发展的支持作用,为中国高校科技期刊提升服务本土能力提供思路和参考。【方法】从历史视角出发,梳理中国式现代化与科技论文本土发表之间的逻辑关系、唯SCI论历史演化及其危害,分析中国科技界积极发表SCI论文、转向本土发表2种不同的历史语境,探讨论文本土发表的必要性。运用中国知识资源总库,整理、分析《厦门大学学报(自然科学版)》在唯SCI论兴起前后发表论文情况差异的实例,探讨高校科技期刊服务本土的方式。【结果】科技自主、创新是中国式现代化的重要保障;足量科技论文本土发表,知识产权、问题框架在我,则是科技自主、创新的重要保障。强调发表SCI论文和本土发表论文是中国科技在不同历史阶段的发展策略。SCI论文至上的潮流影响着《厦门大学学报(自然科学版)》,造成本校科技论文流失等问题。【结论】通过本土发表实现的科技论文权益本土化,是中国科技自立自强的重要保障,也是中国式现代化的必要环节。中国科技期刊亟需树立自信,提升服务本土能力,充分发挥自身学术传承和创新载体的作用。  相似文献

【目的】 探讨我国英文科技期刊被ESCI数据库收录的策略。【方法】 以2016年ESCI收录的我国31种英文科技期刊为样本,从出版周期、国际出版社合作和其他数据库收录、国际编委比例与引文影响力4个方面采集数据进行分析。【结果】 国内英文科技期刊申请ESCI收录的策略包括创刊时采用季刊或双月刊出版;与国际出版社合作,采用国际投审稿系统处理稿件等。在申请ESCI收录的同时,多数期刊也在寻求被其他重要数据库如Scopus收录。国际编委会在提升期刊学术质量和影响力方面发挥重要作用。此外,注重文章被引频次的积累,从而提升竞争优势,争取被ESCI收录后能快速被SCIE收录也是多数期刊采取的重要策略。【结论】 建议国内英文科技期刊借鉴已收录期刊的经验,重视ESCI对提升期刊影响力的作用。  相似文献

Aresearch group led by Prof. ZHAI Qiwei from the Institute for Nutritional Sciences under the CAS Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences has discovered that even relatively low doses of resveratrol--a chemical found in the skins of red grapes and in red wine--can improve the sensitivity of mice to the hormone insulin, according to a report in the October,2007 issue of Cell Metabolism. As insulin resistance is often characterized as the most critical factor contributing to the development of Type 2 diabetes, the findings“provide a potential new therapeutic approach for preventing or treating” both conditions, the researchers said.  相似文献

This study examined how students who had no prior experience with videoconferencing would react to the use of videoconferencing as an instructional medium. Students enrolled in seven different courses completed a questionnaire at the beginning of the semester and again at the end of the semester. Students at the origination and remote sites did not differ in their reactions toward videoconferencing but there was a significant difference for gender. Women reacted less favorably to videoconferencing. Compared to the beginning of the semester, students reported significantly less positive attitudes toward taking a course through videoconferencing at the end of the semester. There were no significant differences in students' attitudes toward videoconferencing across courses at the beginning of the semester but there were significant differences across the courses at the end of the semester. The results suggest the need for better preparation for both students and instructors.  相似文献

Ajoint study by Prof. ZHANG Zhibin from the CAS Institute of Zoology and his co-workers from Norway, US and Swiss have indicated that historical outbreaks of migratory locusts in China were associated with cold spells, suggesting that China's projected climate warming could decrease the pest's numbers. A computer-mediated group is a complex entity whose members exchange many types of information via multiple means of communication in pursuit of goals specific to their environment. Over time, they coordinate technical features of media with locally enacted use to achieve a viable working arrangement. To explore this complex interaction, a case study is presented of the social networks of interactions and media use among members of a class of computer-supported distance learners. Results show how group structures associated with project teams dominated who communicated with whom, about what, and via which media over the term, and how media came to occupy their own communication niches: Webboard for diffuse class-wide communication; Internet Relay Chat more to named others but still for general communication across the class; and e-mail primarily for intrateam communication. Face-to-face interaction, occurring only during a short on-campus session, appears to have had a catalytic effect on social and emotional exchanges. Results suggest the need to structure exchanges to balance class-wide sharing of ideas with subgroup interactions that facilitate project completion, and to provide media that support these two modes of interaction.  相似文献

Electronic data interchange (EDI) provides means for interorganizational communication, creates network externalities, requires an advanced information technology (IT) infrastructure, and relies on standards. In the diffusion of such innovations, institutional involvement is imperative. Such institutions contain governmental agencies, national and global standardization organizations, local government, and nonprofit private organizations like industry associations. The last type of organizations we call intermediating institutions. They intermediate or coordinate ("inscribe") the activities of a group of would-be adopters. Unfortunately, little is known of how these organizations shape the EDI diffusion trajectory. In this article we examine one specific type of intermediating organizations?industry associations?and how they advanced the EDI diffusion process in the grocery sectors of Hong Kong, Denmark and Finland. We identify six institutional measures, placed into a matrix formed by the mode of involvement (influence vs. regulation) and the type of diffusion force (supply push vs. demand pull), that can be mobilized to further the EDI diffusion. Industry associations were found to be active users of all these measures to varying degrees. Their role was critical especially in knowledge building, knowledge deployment, and standard setting. Furthermore, institutional involvement varied due to policy and cultural contingencies and power dependencies.  相似文献

This essay focuses on universal service and the Internet as means to support social and political participation. The emphasis on access to telecommunications systems in conventional approaches to universal service is contrasted with access to content. A model of the information environment is described that accounts for the roles of content and conduit, both of which are necessary conditions to achieve true access. The increasing prospects of digital piracy has prompted the perceived need by electronic publishers to adopt technical systems of protection, and governments to reform their copyright laws. This article is a preliminary study of the management of intellectual property by electronic publishers, defined as those involved in the production of online databases, and CD-ROMs. It focuses on three main issues: (1) how electronic publishers view the increasing threat of piracy; (2) the methods of protection employed to protect intellectual property in digital format; and (3) the importance of technological protection of intellectual property in electronic publications. The analysis is based on a sample of 23 UK electronic publishers. The interviews revealed an interesting assortment of protection methods and did not show that technological protection was a preferred way. Instead, the means of protection, in addition to copyright law, comprised niche markets, pricing, trust, bad publicity, and nontechnical and technical means.  相似文献
