以战略管理理论中竞争优势来源的经典观点为依据,提出并分析了质量管理可以通过知识转移这一中间变量对企业绩效实施影响的逻辑路径,由此构建了质量管理与企业绩效关系的全模型。通过实证研究得出:质量管理实践对于知识转移具有显著影响作用以及传统路径和知识路径之间交互作用并不显著等主要结论。研究的主要意义:从内在逻辑解释了质量管理能够与创新活动相协调的理论依据,发展并完善质量管理与企业绩效关系模型,知识路径的存在为质量管理与知识管理两大实践体系的相互整合提供理论基础,也成为企业开展质量管理活动重要的决策依据。  相似文献

本文的目的是希望通过研究长三角制造业企业国际化竞争优素潜在竞争力水平的现状,为在“十一五”过程中具有较强国际竞争力的优势企业的发展提供政策建议。本文在对长三角地区569家制造业企业进行问卷调研的基础上,对影响制造业企业国际化竞争力的“技术水平”、“创新能力”、“管理体制”等十项竞争优素进行了研究,分析了长三角制造业企业在不同的竞争优素潜在竞争力水平上的优势与劣势,指出了需要进一步改进的问题。  相似文献

A framework consisting of a conceptual model and a closed-loop knowledge work outsourcing decision model is developed. A process flow model of a medical device company's product development function is analysed, where this framework is applied to understand various outsourcing options for the company. The conceptual framework describes major attributes related to outsourcing decisions, parameters associated with various attributes and the relationship intensity of parameters with three knowledge work outsourcing options – in-house, near-shoring, and off-shoring. The proposed model is closed loop, emphasizing the importance of regular re-evaluation needed for an off-shored function. The modeling framework contributes to a company's decision whether or not a particular knowledge-based function should either be kept in-house, near-sourced or off-shored. The general perception of off-shoring is to reduce costs but, the proposed model takes into account additional factors such as, market accessibility, strategic partnership, reduced time to regional market, access to overseas talent pool, and governmental incentives, etc. These factors play a vital role in determining an outsourced function. The paper discusses various options and makes recommendations for tapping into technological advancements around the world, their effects on supply chain management and other competitive advantages presented by off-shoring.  相似文献

以设计过程为视角,探讨概念设计知识管理中知识流的内涵、特征和机理。结合知识流理论和SECI模型,依据概念设计过程分析概念设计中知识流的内容和流动模式;在知识流建模相关研究的基础上,对概念设计中的知识流节点进行分析和建模;基于角色模型分析角色与工作流、知识流之间的映射过程。根据概念设计过程,分析并揭示了概念设计中需求确认、总体方案设计、总体方案求解、方案评价和决策4个主要步骤的知识流动机制;对概念设计的知识流节点进行建模,按照知识汇集模式将概念设计知识流分为连续知识流、合并知识流、拆分知识流、广播知识流、循环知识流5类,按照知识传递模式将概念设计知识流可分为经验知识流、协作知识流、援助知识流3类;提出概念设计中基于角色模型的工作流和知识流整合模型,并以反后坐系统概念设计为例进行模型验证。通过本文分析和建模,能够在一定程度上揭示概念设计中知识流的内涵和机理。  相似文献

This paper presents a conceptual model to explore the knowledge integration (KI) practices of internal and external company actors involved in the New Product Development (NPD) process of the aerospace industry. The model is based on the linkage of elasticity principles, particularly Hooke’s Law, to Knowledge Management theory. KI practices are considered as a force pushing the NPD process and are metaphorically described as the spring addressed by Hooke’s law. The integration of the knowledge of internal and external company actors impacts NPD, reducing the dimensions of the whole process, in terms of phases, through the application of the concurrent engineering approach. The whole NPD process is improved in terms of the reduction of uncertainty and complexity, and with an ‘integrated energy’ that sustains the pressure of the fast-changing competitive environment. The model is explored to provide an interpretation of the conceptualisation phase of a new aerospace product development process. Qualitative data were collected and analysed. Insights regarding the applications of the model and the theoretical implications are also provided for applications in other industries.  相似文献

制造企业已经意识到服务创新的重要性,但服务创新的动力机制依然模糊。梳理了制造企业服务创新相关理论,解构制造企业服务创新三种驱动力---外界触发、企业创新意识和内部创新,通过结构方程模型对制造企业服务创新的驱动力以及不同驱动力之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,外界触发、企业创新意识和内部创新基础三者均推动制造企业服务创新,并且外界触发和企业内部创新基础还通过创新意识这一中介变量对制造企业的服务创新起正向作用。  相似文献

本文基于中国主要彩电的企业竞争行为及所在战略网络的调查,分析了企业所嵌入的战略网络结构对企业间进攻回应行为的影响。研究表明,不同战略网络的结构特性,例如中心性、结构均衡性、网络密度等对企业的进攻回应行为有不同的影响,即位于战略网络不同位置的企业,其动态竞争行为存在着差异。战略网络中占据好的位置为企业带来了潜在的竞争优势,从而增加了企业采取进攻行为的可能性,同时也潜在地降低了遭遇其他企业进攻的可能性。  相似文献

[目的/意义]结合区块链理念和技术特性,提出去中心化的竞争情报分布式管理,以提升竞争情报的安全可靠性,为组织竞争情报工作提供决策参考。[方法/过程]通过运用理论研究和模型构建的方法,分析了区块链技术与竞争情报管理的契合关系,设计了基于区块链的竞争情报分布式管理体系,构建了基于区块链的竞争情报分布式管理模式,并提出了基于区块链的竞争情报分布式管理策略。[结果/结论]在信息技术快速发展的时代,基于区块链的分布式管理模式可以为组织竞争情报提供安全保障,也更有利于竞争情报管理和组织战略决策的制定。  相似文献

实施先进制造技术(AMT)是21世纪全球制造业实现技术升级的重要支撑。本研究通过文献评述和问卷调研,建立了组织结构变革、工作变革、人员管理变革与实施AMT关系的结构方程模型,通过对全国307家装备制造企业的问卷调查,分析了三类组织变革行为对AMT实施效果的影响,并考察了情境因素和AMT类别对组织变革与实施AMT的关系。研究发现:(1)人员管理变革是影响企业实施AMT的最关键因素;(2)操作效益、组织管理效益与竞争效益之间存在路径影响关系;(3)实施管理/集成类AMT比设计/制造类AMT对企业组织变革的要求更加紧迫。  相似文献

针对我国国家科技重大专项(以下简称"重大专项")知识产权育成管理工作中存在的相对主观、规范性较弱等问题,基于重大专项知识产权育成流程分析,探索构建重大专项知识产权育成管理评价指标体系。首先对重大专项知识产权育成管理概念进行界定;其次综合前人研究,在分析重大专项项目立项、实施、验收及后评估阶段工作任务的基础上,从上述4个维度设计共包含29个指标的评价指标体系,结合MATLAB和SPSS数据分析软件,利用群组决策方程根法和Pearson相关性检验对关键指标进行筛选,得出评价的重点方向。并以某卫星型号项目为例,构建卫星型号重大专项知识产权育成全过程管理评价指标体系,验证所提出评价指标体系构建方法的可行性,为其他重大专项知识产权育成管理评价指标体系的构建提供参考借鉴。  相似文献

战略人力资源管理是企业取得绩效均势的重要途径。然而,现有研究却并未回答在不同生命周期阶段战略人力资源管理内部实践是否对绩效具有同样的影响路径这一问题。研究基于400余家科创企业,从能力-动机-机会(AMO)三个层面探讨了不同生命周期阶段下战略人力资源管理对组织绩效的影响路径。研究发现,初创期科创企业AMO战略人力资源管理通过双元学习能力与人力资本的连续中介作用影响组织绩效;而发展期与成熟期科创企业则仅通过双元学习能力的中介作用影响组织绩效。研究在资源-能力整合框架下厘清了不同发展阶段AMO战略人力资源管理对组织绩效的差异化影响机制,这为管理实践动态配比组织资源与能力提供了参考借鉴。  相似文献

Sustainable competitive advantage of a firm may lie in the firm’s ability to exploit its current competencies while simultaneously exploring new capabilities. However, this is hard to be achieved at the same time. Therefore, a conceptual decision-making framework is proposed to fulfil this task. First, to balance exploitation and exploration under punctuated equilibrium, a fuzzy analytic network process with goal programming is developed to help decision makers select the best projects under specific environments. Second, an executive committee, where experts use computer groupware with the Delphi technique to balance exploratory and exploitative activities flexibly, is formed to allocate limited resources during the implementation of the projects. After a practical investigation, the research concludes that the strategy targeted for balancing exploitation and exploration should be periodically adjusted, and the limited resources should be allocated during the execution of projects. Specifically, the proposed model for sustainable competitive advantage is recommended to practitioners in developing and implementing projects.  相似文献

This paper presents two different forms of research practices: Mode 1 and Mode 2. These forms of knowledge production are adumbrated not so much to demonstrate their radical differences, though there are some, but as a way of calling attention to the fact that, in both modes, static and dynamic competition are at work. It will come as no surprise to academics to be told that their research is carried out in a competitive context. Competition for ideas and for intellectual leadership in a particular field or sub‐field is the bread and butter of academic life. In industry, too, the observation that research takes place in a competitive environment would be uncontentious were it not for the fact that researchers in business management seem reluctant to take on board the uncertainties that competition generates and to put their intellectual energies into developing specific strategies that are appropriate to two diverse forms of competition. The argument moves on to spell out the differences that specify static and dynamic competition, as they occur in the innovation process. This raises the crucial question of the importance of boundary work in generating innovation in both academic and industrial contexts. The nature of boundary work is then related to different types of competition and then to the appropriate organisational imperatives of each. The paper concludes by asking for how much longer can research into business management carry on ignoring the fact that fundamentally different approaches to management are required in these two radically different environments.  相似文献

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology expands the boundary of business practice, inducing the emergence and application of business intelligence (BI) that has promoted the transformation of information techniques to optimize business decision and operation. However, there is a lack of theoretical consensus and measurement of the technology embedded in BI at present. This study exploratively develops the Sense-Transform-Drive (STD) conceptual model of BI based on dynamic capabilities theory and organizational evolutionary theory to explain the core BI capabilities. By using factoring analysis and structural equation modeling analysis, we extract the latent constructs and empirically verify the validity of the STD model and further examine the correlation and mode of interaction of the three core BI capabilities and the impact of BI application on firm performance in the real economy with a sample contextual to Chinese business practices. The study results show that there are direct and high-intensity cumulative positive effects among the structural components of the STD conceptual model and BI-related dynamic capabilities can enhance operating efficiency and firm performance.  相似文献
