采用2009-2015年中国31个省（市、区）的面板数据,从经济贡献率的视角对我国企业R&D活动的主体地位进行了再检验,并基于动态门槛面板数据模型分析了企业及政府两大R&D投入主体对区域经济的非线性差异性影响。研究认为,以R&D投入的经济绩效为评价标准,我国企业主体地位尚未真正建立;处于不同科技水平的地区,不同R&D主体的经济绩效存在差异：科技发展水平低于第一门槛时,政府R&D投入更利于促进区域经济;科技发展水平超过第一门槛时,企业才能显著促进区域经济发展;而科技水平超过第二门槛时,政府和企业对区域经济的带动效应趋于一致。我国现有研发活动中,政府和企业超过70%的R&D投入份额位于第二门槛之上,因此引导企业向中等科技发展水平地区的R&D投入,同时增大政府对科技落后地区R&D活动的扶持和补贴应成为我国科技政策的重要目标。 相似文献

在回顾相关科技型中小企业融资模式以及互联网金融研究的基础上,从云创新的视角提出科技型中小企业云融资模式的概念,并分析科技型中小企业云融资的适用性,构建其云融资模式理论模型,指出它由个人、企业、金融机构、风险投资机构等多主体参与,基于互联网平台在复杂的融资环境下按特有的运行机制进行的创新融资活动,进一步分析其运行机制。科技云融资模式将对科技型中小企业的健康发展、国家经济结构调整、产业升级改造起到助推作用。 相似文献

通过构建数理模型,揭示了金融发展水平提高缓解企业融资约束,并促进研发投资的传导机理.基于我国约30万家工业企业数据的统计分析,推断我国金融发展水平低所导致的结构性融资约束是我国研发企业比例低、研发行为不稳定、国有企业主导研发投资等特征形成的原因.实证检验证实,融资约束是制约我国企业研发投资的重要因素.金融发展水平提高,缓解了中小企业、私营企业的融资约束水平,并促进了企业的研发投资.为确保科技政策的有效性,应积极提高金融发展水平,拓宽研发企业的融资渠道. 相似文献

21世纪,经济全球化时代悄然来临,经济舞台越来越宽广。作为市场舞台的主体,企业不仅会受到本国其它企业的竞争,更会遭遇激烈的国际竞争。资本的积聚形成规模日益庞大的跨国巨头,而具有资金和技术密集特点的我国跨国企业集团在面临挑战的同时也有很多机遇。在对外投资上,要注重多因素互动,实现双向的多层面循环。在目标市场的选择上,既要能够对企业的产业结构或技术发展产生波及效应,又要遵循结构高度同质性基准,按照边际产业或边际生产环节的顺序对外投资,在发展中国家和发达国家选取不同的行业。在进入方式的选择上,要力争采取综合模式,有效利用各类基本方式的优点,避免各自的不足。中国跨国企业集团在发达国家投资宜采取购并方式,在发展中国家采取新建方式,调整投资、多渠道融资、高度重视现金流管理、严格成本费用控制和建立财务预警机制,必须正确认识合资方式的利弊和东道国的规定,实现和谐发展。 相似文献
