[目的/意义] 旨在深化对国内生物医学数据库的元数据研究,提高国内生物医学数据开放水平。[方法/过程] 本文基于基因组学研究人员的元数据功能需求,归纳出结构需求、内容需求、关联需求和使用需求4个维度,提出生物医学元数据功能需求维度模型。通过引入内容结构视图作为分析元数据结构的模型,对国内外生物医学数据库的元数据方案进行比较研究。[结果/结论] 国内生物医学数据库可以从数据结构优化、数据质量控制、丰富研究条目和分类汇总链接4个方面推动数据开放的水平。  相似文献

Quality can be defined as the ability of a product or service to satisfy the needs and expectations of the customer. Laboratories are more focusing on technical and analytical quality for reliability and accuracy of test results. Patients and clinicians however are interested in rapid, reliable and efficient service from laboratory. Turn around time (TAT), the timeliness with which laboratory personnel deliver test results, is one of the most noticeable signs of laboratory service and is often used as a key performance indicator of laboratory performance. This study is aims to provide clue for laboratory TAT monitoring and root cause analysis. In a 2 year period a total of 75,499 specimens of outdoor patient department were monitor, of this a total of 4,142 specimens exceeded TAT. With consistent efforts to monitor, root cause analysis and corrective measures, we are able to decreased the specimens exceeding TAT from 7–8 to 3.7 %. Though it is difficult task to monitor TAT with the help of laboratory information system, real time documentation and authentic data retrievable, along with identification of causes for delays and its remedial measures, improve laboratory TAT and thus patient satisfaction.  相似文献

The basic structure of MORPHS was described at the Fifth Cranfield Conference when emphasis was placed on the automatic root finding/role applying procedures based on linguistic principles. This skeleton remains, but it has since been clothed with relatively complex, iterative search strategies. The major strategy employs the normal Boolean operators either in the form of strings without bracketing or in the form of marked steps. The latter enables back-tracking to be carried out. Recycling of search strategies is only limited by the number of tracks available for storing searches on the disc unit before over-writing takes place. Printing-out does not interfere with searching. A second strategy treats a string of keywords as a compound word; if it fails to find it the compound is then decomposed into its elements, which are then automatically treated as a string connected by AND logic; incidentally this technique also acts as a bracketing technique, but without the inconvenience of physical brackets. SDI procedures have been evolved as a by-product.Ultimately it is hoped that it may be possible to develop a degree of question answering ability: this could be achieved in several ways. The simplest (based on the modifying effect of certain interrogatory elements, e.g. WHO) has been evaluated and works. With the exception of the SDI system which employs 16k, all of the above systems were developed and originally operated in 12k of core with 16 bit words on a minicomputer. Nevertheless, despite this severe restriction on space it has been possible to implement searching strategies for dedicated on-line searching which are at least as good and in many ways better (e.g. automatic synonym substitution) than many employed in the large time-sharing systems currently available.  相似文献

[目的/意义]全面调研和分析137所“双一流”建设高校图书馆自建特色数据库建设现状,为后续发展提供建议。[方法/过程]综合运用问卷调查、图书馆官网浏览、文献调研和国内外比较分析方法,系统把握“双一流”建设高校图书馆自建特色库的总体分布、区域分布、主题类型分布及其主要特点,剖析建设中存在的问题和不足。[结果/结论]“双一流”建设高校的自建特色库建设,存在对外开放程度和检索利用效率较低、资源揭示和更新维护力度不够、一流学科特色库覆盖面有限等问题。图书馆应坚持用户需求驱动和协作共建原则,提升自建库的整合揭示和开放访问程度,加快资源统一检索系统和移动服务平台开发,建立稳定的项目化更新维护团队并辅以系统自动更新等技术手段,方能有效提升自建特色库的使用效益和可持续发展能力。  相似文献

The recognition of a spatial data infrastructure (SDI), as a two-sided market, leads the way to an innovative approach for analysing the strategies used to bring two groups of users into interdependent markets. The literature derived from the recent industrial organisation is rich in theoretical models, aiming at the study of price structure and product design, which maximise the participation of the groups, the profits of the firms, and the value created for the entire ecosystem. The current paper interprets and adapts the theoretical model of the two-sided market in order to fit the case of a SDI. The purpose is to highlight the relevance of a two-sided market approach for analysing a SDI dynamics. The focal research question is how spatial data infrastructure, through a platform management process, can transition from a government-funded entity to a self-sustaining operation. The analysis relies on the specific case of the GEOSUD SDI, focusing on strategies ensuring the interest of image-based application developers and satellite image users. The results show that the theory of two-sided markets brings complementary elements for SDI development strategies, by proposing a framework of reasoning, which not only allows for a better understanding of the outflows already established, but also provides tools to accompany the strategic reflection of public institutions and entrepreneurs, who tend to support the uses of data and services derived from remote sensing.  相似文献

随着我国“大众创业、万众创新”战略部署的推进,国民的创业热情被激发。然而,我国创业服务体系和营商环境仍不够完善,部分新生企业家在创业时存在战略导向迷失的情形。基于GEM指标体系,解析了服务环境对新生企业家创业导向选择的影响机制,并借助社会认知论探究了创业自我效能在服务环境与新生企业家创业导向间的中介效应。研究发现:(1)服务环境不仅能促进新生企业家追求产品开发,还能推动其实施规模扩张。具体而言,研发转移环境、制度支持环境更能激励新生企业家实施产品开发;而社会文化环境、中介服务环境更能驱动新生企业家寻求规模扩张。(2)服务环境能促进新生企业家感知创业机会、提高感知技能、强化风险承担和积极拓展网络,提升其创业自我效能,进而促进其选择与实施创业导向。(3)相比OECD国家,非OECD国家的社会文化环境、研发转移环境、中介服务环境、制度支持环境等创业服务环境相对滞后,因而对产品开发的激励效应相对较弱。  相似文献

[目的/意义]适应不断变化的信息技术环境和用户需求,实现服务内容多样化,是高校图书馆开展技术支持服务的必然要求。[方法/过程]运用网络调查的方法,选取2018年THE世界大学排名榜前50所高校图书馆中技术支持服务开展较好的12所进行调研,分析和归纳这些高校图书馆在技术支持服务实践方面的经验和特点,并为国内高校图书馆开展相关服务提供参考建议。[结果/结论]调研结果显示,各图书馆在栏目名称的设置上不尽相同,但又大同小异,其服务项目概括来说主要包括5个方面:计算机硬件与软件服务、打印与复印及扫描服务、其他技术设备借用服务、技术咨询与培训服务、综合型技术创新服务。基于国外良好实践经验,我国高校图书馆在开展技术支持服务的过程中应结合自身实际,从服务理念、资源建设和服务规范等方面着手。  相似文献

为了帮助用户全面了解中国知网、维普、万方三大中文期刊全文数据库的质量,采用文献调查和数据库检索相结合的方法,就期刊收录数量、收录年限、完整程度、论文可下载程度、数据处理效率、数据处理质量等6个非技术性因素进行比较分析,总体上中国知网优于维普和万方,万方则优于维普。针对数据库存在的质量问题,建议服务商从规范著录、质量反馈等方面加强质量建设,并建议用户选择中国知网期刊全文库检索论文以提高检全率,以及组建数据出版集团以提高竞争力。  相似文献

The paper defines and validates a scale—CC-Qual—to assess the quality of services provided through a Collaborative Consumption (CC) model.The authors have borrowed a set of items arranged in eight dimensions from the literature on CC. A panel of selected practitioners (seven CEOs of CC companies) assisted in the design of the questionnaire, which was launched in June 2018. A sample of 127 questionnaires was used for exploratory factor analysis. A second sample of 301 users was used for confirmatory analysis using EQS 6.4 software.A scale of 21 items gathered under five dimensions is proposed. Accordingly, the perceived quality in CC is composed of five dimensions: three of them related to the interaction with the platform (“site organization”, “platform responsiveness and agility” and “legal protection and trustworthiness”), another related to the perceived quality of the peer service supplier (“peer service provider”) and the last one to assess the encounters with other consumers and with the person who provides the service (“social interaction”).This study provides a useful measure for the assessment of the perceived quality of CC services, regardless of the activity sector. This instrument might assist managers for both assessing and benchmarking. The instrument also provides independent and reliable information for customers.  相似文献
