This paper is concerned with the stochastic synchronization problem for a class of Markovian hybrid neural networks with random coupling strengths and mode-dependent mixed time-delays in the mean square. First, a novel inequality is established which is a double integral form of the Wirtinger-based integral inequality. Next, by employing a novel augmented Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) with several mode-dependent matrices, applying the theory of Kronecker product of matrices, Barbalat’s Lemma and the auxiliary function-based integral inequalities, several novel delay-dependent conditions are established to achieve the globally stochastic synchronization for the mode-dependent Markovian hybrid coupled neural networks. Finally, a numerical example with simulation is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the presented criteria.  相似文献

In this paper, a sliding-mode approach is proposed for exponential H synchronization problem of a class of master–slave time-delay systems with both discrete and distributed time-delays, norm-bounded nonlinear uncertainties and Markovian switching parameters. Using an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, some delay-dependent sufficient conditions and a synchronization law, which include the master–slave parameters are established for designing a delay-dependent mode-dependent sliding mode exponential H synchronization control law in terms of linear matrix inequalities. The controller guarantees the H synchronization of the two coupled master and slave systems regardless of their initial states. Two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the method.  相似文献

This paper considers the passivity-based control problem for stochastic jumping systems with mode-dependent round-trip time-varying delays and norm-bounded parametric uncertainties. By utilizing a novel Markovian switching Lyapunov functional, a delay-dependent passivity condition is obtained. Then, based on the derived passivity condition, a desired Markovian switching dynamic output feedback controller is designed, which ensures the resulting closed-loop system is passive. Finally, two numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.  相似文献

This paper mainly focuses on the adaptive synchronization problem of multi-agent systems via distributed impulsive control method. Different from the existing investigations of impulsive synchronization with fixed time impulsive inputs, the proposed distributed variable impulsive protocol allows that the impulsive inputs are chosen within a time period (namely impulsive time window) which can be described by the distances of the left (right) endpoints or the centers between two adjacent impulsive time windows. Obviously, this kind of flexible control scheme is more effective in practical systems (especially for the complex environment with physical restrictions). Moreover, the proposed adaptive control technique is helpful to solve the problem with uncertain system parameters. By means of Lyapunov stability theory, impulsive differential equations and adaptive control technique, three sufficient impulsive consensus conditions are given to realize the synchronization of a class of multi-agent nonlinear systems. Finally, two numerical simulations are provided to illustrate the validity of the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of stochastic stability and stabilization of stochastic Markovian jump delay systems (SMJDSs) based on LaSalle theorem. The time delays are assumed to be time-varying and numerous stochastic disturbances are considered. Attention is focused on the design of the mode-dependent state feedback controller for SMJDSs based on LaSalle theorem such that the closed-loop SMJDSs are almost surely asymptotically stable. The sufficient conditions for the solvability of the state feedback control problem are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). When the LMIs are feasible, the desired state feedback controller is also given. Two numerical examples including the vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) helicopter system are employed to demonstrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the method proposed in this paper  相似文献

A hidden Markov model based control strategy is proposed to ensure the exponential mean-square admissible (EMS-admissible) of singular Markov jump systems (SMJSs) with mode-dependent singular matrix in this paper. The discontinuities caused by the mode-dependent singular matrix and Markov jump switching are investigated to make the results more practical. Concrete controller designing process is presented to tackle the instabilities brought by the hidden Markov model and the discontinuities. A new kind of Lyapunov function is constructed to characterize the switching features presented by Markov jump system and hidden Markov model based controller, which derives the stability conditions of the SMJSs. Then, a linearization strategy is proposed to reduce the coupled terms generated by the hidden Markov model. The hidden Markov model based controller is further designed based on the established conditions to ensure the EMS-admissible of the considered SMJSs. A numerical example and a direct current (DC) motor example are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the control approach.  相似文献

This paper deals with the input–output finite-time stabilization problem for Markovian jump systems (MJSs) with incompletely known transition rates. An observer-based output feedback controller is constructed to study the input–output finite-time stability (IO-FTS) problem. By using the mode-dependent Lyapunov–krasovskii functional method, a sufficient criterion checking the IO-FTS problem is provided. Then, an observer and a corresponding state feedback controller for the individual subsystem are respectively designed to solve the input–output finite-time stabilization problem for the systems. Finally, a numerical example on the mass-spring system model is investigated to bring out the advantages of the control scheme proposed in this paper.  相似文献

In this paper, the existence of synchronized stationary distribution for hybrid stochastic coupled systems (HSCSs) (here, also known as stochastic coupled systems with Markovian switching) is concerned. By the existence theory of stationary distribution as well as Lyapunov method and graph theory, two kinds of sufficient criteria are presented to promise the existence of synchronized stationary distribution for HSCSs. Our results exhibit that the existence region of synchronized stationary distribution has a close relationship with the intensity of stochastic perturbation. And when stochastic perturbation vanishes, synchronized stationary distribution will become complete synchronization. Then the proposed theoretical results are successfully applied to stochastic coupled oscillators and a Chua’s circuits network. Some existence criteria of synchronized stationary distribution are also obtained. The corresponding numerical simulations are carried out to verify the validity of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper concerns the exponential synchronization problem of stochastic complex networks with multiple weights (SCNMW). By the method of network split, SCNMW can be modelled as stochastic coupled systems driven by Brownian motion. By combining graph theory, Lyapunov stability theory and state feedback control technique, drive-response synchronization criteria of SCNMW have been obtained. Two kinds of exponential synchronization criteria are obtained, one is given with Lyapunov functions of vertex systems, and the other is shown with the coefficients of SCNMW. The obtained synchronization principles are closely related to the coupling strength of multiple sub-networks and the intensity of noise perturbation. Finally, a numerical example with some simulations is presented to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of robust synchronization of a class of complex dynamical networks with time-varying delays and reaction–diffusion terms. To reflect most of the dynamical behaviors of the system, the parameter uncertainties are considered. A sampled-data controller with m stochastically varying sampling periods whose occurrence probabilities are given constants is considered. The control objective is that the trajectories of the system by designing suitable control schemes track the trajectories of the system with sample-data control. It is shown that, through Lyapunov stability theory, the proposed sample-data controllers are successful in ensuring the achievement of robust synchronization of complex dynamical networks even in the case of uncertainity and Markovian jumping parameters. By utilizing the Lyapunov functional method, Jensen’s inequality, Wirtinger’s inequality and lower bounds theorem, we establish a sufficient criterion such that, for all admissible parameter uncertainties, the complex dynamical network is robustly synchronized. The derived criteria are expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities that can be easily checked by using the standard numerical software. Illustrative examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed results.  相似文献

This paper considers the sliding mode control (SMC) problem of a class of uncertain Markovian jump systems, in which there exist randomly occurring parameter uncertainties and random gain variations in the controller. By introducing two independent random variables obeying Bernoulli distribution, the random characteristics of parameter uncertainties and controller gain variations are described. A mode-dependent sliding surface is constructed, and then, the non-fragile SMC scheme is synthesized such that the specified sliding surface is reached in finite time. Furthermore, the stochastic finite-time boundedness over both the reaching and sliding stages are ensured simultaneously under some sufficient conditions. Finally, the developed non-fragile SMC approach is verified by a practical example.  相似文献

The cluster synchronization issues are investigated for directed coupled inertial reaction-diffusion neural networks (CIRDNNs) with nonidentical nodes by imposing two effective pinning control. A novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) is established to directly analyze the dynamic behavior of CIRDNNs and deal with reaction-diffusion term, inertia term and coupling term. Moreover, based on different desired cluster synchronization states including a set of un-decoupled trajectories and the particular solutions of the decoupled node systems, two class of synchronization criteria in view of algebraic inequalities are derived under two different communication topologies, respectively. This paper investigates the passivity and synchronization problems for two classes of multiple weighted coupled neural networks (MWCNNs) with or without time delays. Firstly, by utilizing an impulsive control strategy and some inequality techniques, several passivity criteria for MWCNNs with diverse dimensions of output and input are established. Then, based on the Lyapunov functional, some sufficient conditions to ensure the synchronization of MWCNNs via impulsive control are derived. In addition, combined with the comparison principle and the impulsive delay differential inequality, the global exponential synchronization of MWCNNs with time-varying delays is considered under impulsive control. Finally, two numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

This technical note is concerned with particle filter for the discrete-time nonlinear networked control system. First, modified particle filter algorithm with Markovian packet dropout and time delay is proposed, and its error covariance is benchmarked by Markovian Cramér-Rao lower bound. Second, an upper bound of the Markovian Cramér-Rao lower bound is presented for some special nonlinear networked systems. Third, some necessary conditions for the boundness of error covariance are given by obtaining some sufficient conditions for the bounded Markovian Cramér-Rao lower bound. This investigation establishes the global synchronization of an array of coupled memristor-based neural networks with delays. The coupled networks that are considered can incorporate both the internal delay in each individual network and the transmission delay across different networks. The coupling scheme, which consists of a nonlinear term and a sign term, is rather general. In particular, it can be asymmetric, and admits the coexistence of excitatory and inhibitory connections. Based on an iterative approach, the problem of synchronization is transformed into solving a corresponding linear system of algebraic equations. Subsequently, the respective synchronization criteria, which depend on whether the transmission delay exists, are derived respectively. Three examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theories presented in this paper. The synchronization of the systems in two examples cannot be handled by existing techniques.  相似文献

The robust stochastic convergence in mean square is investigated for a class of uncertain Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with both Markovian jump parameters and mode-dependent time-varying delays. By employing the Lyapunov method and a generalized Halanay-type inequality, a delay-dependent condition is derived to guarantee the state variables of the discussed neural networks to be globally uniformly exponentially stochastic convergent to a ball in the state space with a pre-specified convergence rate. After some parameters being fixed in advance, the proposed conditions are all in terms of linear matrix inequalities, which can be solved numerically by employing the LMI toolbox in Matlab. Finally, an illustrated example is given to show the effectiveness and usefulness of the obtained results.  相似文献

This work is concerned with the finite-time sliding mode control for a class of Markovian jump systems subject to actuator nonlinearities, where the elements in the transition rate matrix are uncertain or even completely unknown. A suitable sliding mode controller is designed such that the finite-time stochastic boundedness of state trajectories is attained during a given finite-time interval, in which two different robust terms are introduced for the known and unknown modes to deal with the effect of uncertain transition rates. Moreover, the connections among sliding functions under Markovian jumping for SMC systems are analyzed. Finally, some simulation results with a wheeled mobile manipulator are provided.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of exponential synchronization of coupled complex networks with time-varying delays and stochastic perturbations (CCNTDSP). Different from previous works, both the internal time-varying delay and the coupling time-varying delay are taken into account in the network model. Meanwhile, an impulsive controller is designed to realize exponential synchronization in mean square of CCNTDSP. Combining the Lyapunov method with Kirchhoff’s Matrix Tree Theorem, some sufficient criteria are obtained to guarantee exponential synchronization in mean square of CCNTDSP. Furthermore, we apply the theoretical results to study exponential synchronization of stochastic coupled oscillators with the internal time-varying delay and the coupling time-varying delay. And a synchronization criterion is also obtained. Finally, two numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of our theoretical results and the superiority of impulsive control.  相似文献
