鉴于在半刚性钢管混凝土组合框架设计中缺乏平齐端板连接钢管混凝土组合节点在正弯矩作用下的抗弯承载力计算方法,基于力学平衡原理,利用塑性分析方法,考虑不同塑性中和轴位置,获得了在正弯矩作用下此类组合节点的承载力计算方法.将试验结果与所得计算公式进行比较,所得简化的计算方法具有一定的准确性,且偏于保守.研究表明,该计算方法可以用于半刚性钢管混凝土组合框架设计.  相似文献

采用有限元分析方法考察梁和柱的截面尺寸、角型连接件尺寸、铆钉直径及端距等对节点性能的影响,根据计算得到的弯矩-转角曲线拟合出三参数模型中形状系数n 值的近似计算公式。结果表明,柱翼缘厚度和角型件厚度对节点初始刚度和极限承载力影响显著,梁高和铆钉端距的影响次之。形状系数建议公式计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,可为该类连接节点设计方法提供理论依据。  相似文献

对八个带双腹板顶底角钢连接以及外伸端板连接空间钢框架进行了非线性有限元分析,并与刚性连接空间钢框架进行了分析对比,从而探讨了空间钢框架的静力承载性能与节点刚度的关系,得到了不同节点刚度对空间钢框架位移和内力的影响结果以及随楼层变化半刚性连接对钢框架性能的影响。研究结果为半刚性连接空间钢框架在工程中的应用提供了一定的理论依据。  相似文献

为深入了解双层钢板混凝土组合剪力墙的抗剪性能,采用数值模拟的方法研究了钢板厚度、混凝土厚度、混凝土强度及组合剪力墙的跨高比等主要参数对该组合剪力墙抗剪性能的影响规律,并提出了该组合剪力墙弹性抗侧刚度及抗剪极限承载力的简化计算公式.研究表明:随着钢板厚度、混凝土厚度、混凝土强度等级的增加,组合剪力墙的抗剪性能均有较显著的提高;组合剪力墙跨高比的变化对其弹性抗侧刚度影响较大,而对其抗剪极限承载力的影响并不明显.通过将公式计算结果与有限元计算结果进行对比分析,发现提出的简化计算公式较合理,能较好地反映双层钢板混凝土组合剪力墙的实际受力状态.该结论可作为双层钢板混凝土组合剪力墙初步设计的参考建议.  相似文献

以顶底角型件高强螺栓连接铝合金梁柱节点为研究对象,利用有限元软件建立数值模型,并根据试验实测数据验证了有限元的准确性。探讨了轴压比、节点域厚度和顶底角型件厚度对节点力学性能的影响。对算例计算所得弯矩-转角曲线进行分析,拟合回归了三参数模型中形状系数的近似解析公式。结果表明,节点在合适的轴压比、节点域厚度和顶底角型件厚度下能表现出良好的抗震性能。提出的形状系数近似计算公式较为准确可靠,可为实际工程的连接设计方法提供理论依据。  相似文献

文章通过SAP2000程序,建立了半刚性组合节点理论分析模型,采用转动弹簧单元来模拟实际中钢管柱与组合梁的半刚性连接。通过分析比较节点在低周反复荷载作用下的荷载(P)-位移(Δ)关系滞回曲得到,组合节点的承载力、刚度和耗能能力有所提高,耗能较好,但承载力相差不大,所以在正常的施工条件下,应优先选用方钢管。  相似文献

为研究疲劳荷载对钢桁腹-混凝土组合外接式节点静力性能的影响,设计并制作了3个1∶3节点模型,分别进行了静载破坏试验和疲劳后静载破坏试验,获得了节点破坏模式、荷载-位移曲线及节点板荷载-应变曲线,研究了节点屈服荷载、极限荷载、节点刚度及延性系数等力学性能指标的变化.试验结果表明:节点板是组合节点受力关键构件,节点板破坏是外接式节点的典型破坏模式;疲劳荷载对节点屈服前的受力性能影响较小,但对节点屈服后的受力性能影响显著;与仅承受静载的试件相比,未疲劳破坏试件的极限承载力减小4%,延性系数减小28%,有疲劳破坏试件的极限承载力减小25%,延性系数减小52%;疲劳裂纹引起了节点板应力重分布,增大了无疲劳裂纹区域的应变,且应变增长率随着与疲劳裂纹距离的增加而减小.  相似文献

为研究新型装配式梁端削弱型节点的抗震性能,对4组不同削弱深度与厚度的拼接板耗能构件进行梁端循环加载试验,对比分析其滞回曲线、骨架曲线、承载力退化曲线、刚度退化曲线、延性及耗能能力等.试验结果表明,加载位移达到105 mm时,梁柱焊缝不出现脆性破坏.滞回曲线呈反S形,存在较明显的滑移现象,且主要发生于耗能板与梁翼缘连接处,产生原因在于耗能板螺栓直径略小于孔径.滑移现象的存在会导致骨架曲线没有明显的屈服点,节点延性系数小于3.0,初始转动刚度较小.耗能板屈曲是造成节点承载能力快速下降的主要因素,适当减小削弱深度、增加耗能板厚度可延缓屈曲现象的发生,提升节点的延性.  相似文献

In the present paper, a dynamic plastic damage model for concrete has been employed to estimate responses of a reinforced concrete slab subjected to blast loading. The interaction between the blast wave and the concrete slab is considered in 3D simulation. In the first stage, the initial detonation and blast wave propagation is modelled in 2D simulation before the blast wave reaches the concrete slab, then the results obtained from 2D calculation are remapped to a 3D model. The calculated blast load is compared with that obtained from TM5-1300. Numerical results of the concrete slab response are compared with the explosive test carried out-in the Weapons System Division, Defence Science and Technology Organisation, Department of Defence, Australia.  相似文献

Based on the introductions of a type of diaphragm-through connection between concrete-filled square steel tubular columns (CFSSTCs) and H-shaped steel beams,a finite element model of the connection is developed and used to investigate the seismic behavior of the connection.The results of the finite element model are validated by a set of cyclic loading tests.The cyclic loading tests and the finite element analyses indicate that the failure mode of the suggested connections is plastic hinge at the beam with inelastic rotation angle exceeding 0.04 rad.The suggested connections have sufficient strength,plastic deformation and energy dissipation capacity to be used in composite moment frames as beam-to-column rigid connections.  相似文献

Hollow core slabs are becoming of increasing interest as the construction industry attempts to minimise the impact of its activities on the environment. By forming voids in the interior of a concrete slab, the amount of concrete used can be reduced without significantly altering the capacity of the structure. In this study, we examined the inner force transfer mechanism of a column-supported cast-in-situ hollow core slab using finite element analysis. Both a hollow core slab and the corresponding solid slab were analysed using ANSYS and the results were compared. The orientation of the tube fillers causes the stiffness of the hollow slab to be orthotropic, potentially changing the distribution of load carried in the two orthogonal directions. Both the cross-section’s moments in the column strip and near the columns in the hollow core slab become larger than that in the solid floor. As well, the cross-section’s stiffness along the tube arrangement direction is larger than that of the radial cross-section, which causes the direction along the hole of the hollow core slab to carry more moment than the radial direction. The conversion factors of the two directions are proposed from the comparison for four typical areas of the hollow core slab, as are the moment distribution coefficients.  相似文献

在结构特点分析的基础上,考虑层间传力关系和横向相邻股道的影响,建立了大跨度连续梁桥上CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道纵向力计算的空间一体化模型和求解方法。计算分析了列车制动和温度变化作用下底座板伸缩刚度对大跨度连续梁桥上CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道纵向力的影响规律,结果表明:列车制动和温度变化作用下系统纵向力变化规律相同,随着底座板伸缩刚度降低,钢轨和桥梁墩台纵向力增加,复合板、剪力齿槽和端刺纵向力减小。  相似文献

A finite element model of one-arm planet carrier was built, and influence of structural parameters on strength and stiffness for one-arm planet carrier was analyzed. The stress and deformation of the round structure and the triangle structure for one-arm planet carrier were analyzed and compared. The finite element model of the same specifications arms planet carrier was established, and influence of the connecting slab thickness and input side plate thickness on strength and stiffness for arms planet carrier was analyzed.
