大数据时代,数据量呈现爆炸式增长,且在内容与形式上日益复杂化,造成数据质量下降、数据丢失等,即产生不完备数据。提出一种改进的C4.5算法,使其能更好地处理不完备数据。每次特征选择前对本次特征选择的数据子集使用子集匹配方法进行处理,通过比较数据清洗方法与子集匹配方法的结果,显示即便是在相同清洗规则下,子集匹配方法在算法分类准确率上也更有优势。实验结果证明,在利用C4.5算法进行特征选择时,在该数据子集上对不完备数据进行处理,可以得到较高的分类准确率,同时得到比数据清洗高的时间复杂度。 相似文献

互联网技术的发展使诸如微博等社会网络的规模迅速增长,对这些网络进行挖掘分析,揭示网络特性对研究人们之间的联系具有重要意义。因此,发现高质量的网络社区结构是当前社会网络分析研究中的重要方向。传统的关系圈挖掘算法复杂度高,在大规模网络结构中性能下降。相比于传统社区发现算法,标签传播算法（LPA）具有时间复杂度上的巨大优势,而且其改进的SLPA还具有挖掘重叠社区的能力,但是标签传播算法内在的随机策略使得算法稳定性不高。针对标签传播算法的缺点,提出一种基于节点相似度的标签传播算法（NS-SLPA）,根据节点相似度进行节点标签的初始化过程,以降低传播过程中的随机选择性。实验结果证明,NS-SLPA相比于SLPA,具有更高的稳定性和有效性。 相似文献

研究目的:ZNF533、DOCK4和IMMP2L在大脑发育过程中起到非常重要的作用,是孤独症研究的候选基因。高加索人群的研究结果发现,ZNF533、DOCK4和IMMP2L基因的5个单核苷酸多态性(SNP)位点与孤独症高度相关。为了探讨上述位点是否与中国孤独症发生相关,我们开展了东北汉族孤独症的核心家系研究。创新要点:孤独症候选基因多态位点的研究结果通常很难得到重复。本研究首次在中国东北汉族人群中验证了与高加索人群孤独症密切相关的候选位点。这一结果对孤独症的研究具有重要指导意义。研究方法:利用SNaPshot的方法,检测了中国东北汉族370个核心家系中ZNF533(rs11885327、rs1964081)、DOCK4(rs2217262)和IMMP2L(rs12537269、rs1528039)的分布情况,利用传递不平衡检验(TDT)分析了这些多态位点与孤独症发生的相关性。重要结论:ZNF533和DOCK4基因多态性与中国北方汉族孤独症发生存在显著关联。 相似文献

近年来,许多关于社区发现的优秀算法被提出并取得了较好的社区划分效果。但是到目前为止,没有任何一种算法能够同时在时间复杂度和准确度方面取得较好的表现。现实网络中往往存在一些有利于指导社区发现的标签信息,如must-link信息、cannot-link信息等。因此提出基于少量标签信息传播、拓扑结构的半监督社区发现算法S_LPA,分别在karate网络、dolphins网络、LFR基准网络上进行测试。实验结果表明,该算法S_LPA时间复杂度为O（m）,相对其它算法,S_LPA在karate网络和dolphins网络的NMI值高于CNM、InfoMap、LPA算法,在LRF网络上准确度高出约20%;提高参数u后,S_LPA算法可识别其它算法不能识别的社区结构。 相似文献

提出一种改进的事件检测算法,通过交叉特征学习实现相关样本的自适应利用。首先将相关性水平看成是有序标签,利用标签候选集中相邻两个相关性标签的最大容限准则进行模型学习。然后采用多核学习理论来定义标签加权问题,通过交叉特征预测来更新标签候选集合。重复上述步骤直到算法收敛为止,将最终获得的统一检测器用于事件检测。利用大规模TRECVID 2011数据集来测试本文算法,实验结果表明,就平均精度和Pmiss值而言,本文算法的检测性能优于当前其他算法。 相似文献

本文考察工作记忆容量对二语写作产出准确度、复杂度、流利度的影响。实验以某高校34名英语专业研究生为受试,进行工作记忆容量测试和二语写作测试。研究结果显示,工作记忆容量对二语写作产出准确度、复杂度有显著影响,呈正相关,对二语写作流利度无显著影响。在此基础上,本文还对二语写作教学、二语写作测试提出了相关建议。 相似文献

目的:检测分析EGR1和LAMA2基因序列中单核苷酸多态性位点(SNP)在中国汉族人病理性高度近视的遗传机制中的作用。创新点:检测了EGR1基因外显子序列中的SNP,验证了其与高度近视发病无关联;检测了LAMA2基因中热点区域中的三个SNP,发现在我国汉族人群中,这几个SNP与高度近视发病的遗传机制无关,与先前国外报道结果不同。方法:收集167个高度近视核心家系以及485例散发高度近视患者和499例正视眼对照者。根据Hap Map单倍型数据库以及先前的研究结果选择标签SNP(图1和2),测定所收集患者的相应基因型,采用Haploview和卡方分析软件作关联分析,并以关联分析效能软件计算本研究的计算效能(表3和4)。结论:本研究在汉族人高度近视人群中未检测到阳性关联信号,需要进一步的研究深入验证。 相似文献

传统的微博用户人格分析将人格分为五类,但未考虑人格类别之间潜在的关联性。为此基于多标签集成分类方法（RAkEL）进行改进,构建RAkEL-PA模型。RAkEL-PA模型使用标签集合中不同的随机子集训练相应的Label Powerset（LP）分类器,然后集成所有分类结果作为最终分类结果。在微博用户文本消息数据上进行实验,结果表明,RAkEL-PA模型的两个不同策略对用户人格分类准确率较高。RAkEL-PA模型充分考虑多个人格之间的相关性,以提高用户人格分类鲁棒性。 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size.
