本文回顾性研究和分析1991年1月至1997年5月经CT平扫证实的42例无偏瘫型脑出血患者．其结果表示：在42例病例中,对例（78.6％）大于60岁活动中起病35例（83.3％）．临床表现多种多样．38例入院时神志清醒,入院前与入院后CT平扫发现出血位于脑的不同部位,且量较少,约0．5～60ml（平均79±11.5ml,出血破入脑室10例（23.8％）本文显示：无偏瘫型脑出血临床症状多种多样,典型的症状不是很明显,所以给诊断带来困难．放对此类病人应尽早行头CT平扫,同时应详细采集病史和进行神经系统查体,以助确诊和避免误诊． 相似文献

1993～1998上半年间住院分娩总数5284例。其中产后出血166例。产后出血的原因主要有子宫收缩乏力性出血,胎盘、胎膜滞留及软产遭损伤。其中以子宫收缩乏力性出血为主。在分娩方式中,以手术产中产后出血发生率最高,产后出血量≥800ml时休克的发生率明显增高,提示:减少人工流产,减少前置胎盘的发生。加强围产期保健,积极纠正胎位异常,治疗妊娠高血压综合征,减低剖宫产率。 相似文献

目的:分析急性脑出血术后患者合并医院获得性肺炎(HAP)的相关危险因素,并探讨有效的预防措施.方法:回顾性分析我院的86例急性脑出血术后患者的临床资料,其中合并HAP患者34例.通过对年龄、有无糖尿病病史、有无饮水呛咳、GCS评分来分析脑出血术后患者与HAP发生率之间的关系.结果:脑出血术后患者HAP的相关危险因素有:年龄60岁、有糖尿病病史、有饮水呛咳、GCS8分等.结论:详细了解脑出血术后患者发生HAP的危险因素,根据相应危险因素采取有效地干预措施,加强防治,有效地减少HAP的发生. 相似文献

高血压危象是短时间内血压急剧升高引起的一种危及生命的临床综合征 ,在某种诱因作用下血压忽然升高超过 2 0 0 / 130mmHg ,同时伴有心、脑、肾急性器官损害。临床常见高血压急症有高血压脑病、蛛网膜下腔出血和脑出血 ,主动脉夹层瘤或急性心梗伴有严重的高血压等。高血压危象发病急、病情重、危险性大 ,护士细心、准确的病情观察为诊治提供了依据 ,精心的护理是患者早日康复的保障。 相似文献

目的:探讨自发性脑出血患者术后再次出血的可能原因及预防再出血的措施;方法:3例自发性脑出血患者行开颅血肿清除术,其中2例行小骨窗神经内镜血肿清除,1例常规大骨瓣开颅血肿清除并去骨瓣外减压;3例患者术前均行血管调查,CTA或者DSA均未见明显血管异常,其中一例术后6月临近部位再出血患者,术前再次行血管调查,DSA未见异常,再次行小骨窗内镜血肿清除手术.结果:1例接受再手术患者恢复良好,其他2例未再手术,放弃治疗后死亡.结论:脑血管调查结果阴性的脑出血患者,手术后仍有再出血的可能,再次出血后者预后差,无论患者有无高血压,术后均需控制血压水平. 相似文献

目的:讨论急性心急梗死(AMI)溶栓后1小时心电图ST段下降>50％对早期预后的评价.方法:将66例AMT患者按溶栓后1小时心电图分为ST段下降>50％组和ST段下降<50％两组,比较两组住院1个月内严重室性心律失常的发生及死亡率.结果:溶栓后1小时心电图ST段下降>50％组住院1个月内严重心律失常的发生率及死亡率均低于ST段低于下降<50％组,且两者间差异具显著性.结论:溶栓后1小时心电图ST段变化有助于评价患者早期预后及检查出高危患者. 相似文献

ARDS(急性呼吸窘迫综合症)是一组临床上常见的症候群,其发病率及死亡率均较高,本文通过对32例ARDS患者的综合分析,总结了ARDS合并MODS(多脏器功能不全综合症),后使死亡率由62.5％上升到90.9％,证明MODS是影响预后的关键因素.因而在治疗上密切监测呼吸和其它脏器的功能,以免发生MODS,才能提高ARDS的救治水平。 相似文献

目的:探讨如何降低经典入路人工髋关节置换术给患者尤其是老年患者所带来的损伤及风险.方法:采用改良式Moore切口,与Moore不同之处:切口在大转子最高点后侧1.5cm进入,前长6—8cm远离坐骨神经,外旋短肌群不切断,出血少,臀中肌用电刀作部分有限切开,确认转之间窝及髋关节囊后纵形切口直达髋关节.结果:本组手术切口平均长度7.5 cm,术中出血量平均350ml,术后12h平均引流量150ml,术后并发症相应减少,平均术后13天出院.按Harris关节评分,3个月内不低于72分,6个月内不低于80分,1年以上不低于90分,符合优良标准.结论:小切口行人工髋关节置换术,与经典入路相比减少了损伤及出血,降低了风险,值得推广. 相似文献

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent. This paper looks at the way drama works to bring a model of an arts curriculum into reality. He also shows how drama is valuable when discussed as a separate, autonomous subject in the school curriculum as opposed to one subsumed within English. He argues for a view of the arts and gives an example of a sequence of work in an English GCSE class based around Arthur Miller's play View from the Bridge. From this he draws out several strands about the relationship of the drama curriculum to the individual students and teachers, the school, and to culture.
