在二语习得过程中,输入、吸收和输出是其必要的关键环节。Krashen的"输入假设"认为足量的可理解性输入是语言习得的必要条件,但将语言输入视为语言习得的唯一途径;Swain的"输出假设"主张可理解性输出在二语习得过程中具有同样重要的作用。吸收是介于目标语输入和学习者中介语规则系统之间的一个有选择性的过程,被理解的语言输入并不等同于吸收,对语言输入的深加工有利于将其更好地转化为吸收。本文拟用信息加工理论的学习流程对二语学习环节中的输入、吸收和输出做出阐释,分析其在二语习得中的作用。  相似文献

大学英语读写课堂是教师利用课堂各种活动对学习者进行语言输入的重要场所。为更好地研究这一课堂过程,在二语习得相关理论的指导下对大学英语读写课堂教师话语特征及课堂互动进行实证研究,探讨了教师课堂话语与学习者语言学习效果之间的关系,以及如何提高教师课堂话语质量。研究表明,教师在课堂中应给予学习者更多的使用目标语进行表达和互动交流的机会,有意识地引导他们参加各种语言输出活动,达到二语习得的最终目的。  相似文献

Education involves interactive processes in which symbolization plays a major role. Poetry promotes a unique approach to symbolization that is characterized by (a) fostering creativity within the realm of meaning, and (b) generating the development of sensibility. Despite these important educative functions, poetry has never been recognized as part of the core curriculum in schools. However, poetry has continuously managed to promulgate its educative functions from the periphery of schools. Item response theory (IRT) has most often been used in research on computerized adaptive testing (CAT). Depending on the model used, IRT requires between 200 and 1,000 examinees for estimating item parameters. Thus, it is not practical for instructional designers to develop their own CAT based on the IRT model. Frick improved Wald's sequential probability ratio test (SPRT) by combining it with normative expert systems reasoning, referred to as an EXSPRT-based CAT. While previous studies were based on re-enactments from historical test data, the present study is the first to examine how well these adaptive methods function in a real-time testing situation. Results indicate that the EXSPRT-I significantly reduced test lengths and was highly accurate in predicting mastery. EXSPRT is apparently a viable and practical alternative to IRT for assessing mastery of instructional objectives.  相似文献

Basic work in universities is carried out in departments representing diverse disciplinary communities. While tasks, goals, perspectives, and social values may vary considerably between different disciplines, it is difficult to find research texts dealing with the question whether, and how, such differences should be taken into account in quality management. The paper is based on a recent study on quality management in diverse disciplinary settings, in which thirty-three interviews have been carried out in Finland and in the UK, and on the author's previous studies on the disciplines under study. The paper provides some preliminary interpretations of the effects of basic disciplinary features on the suitability of approaches of quality assessment in four diverse disciplines (physics, biology, sociology and history).  相似文献
