经过探索和实践,笔者认为,在目前各大图书馆和信息中心社科文献的检索工具相对不足的情况下,尽管《社会科学引文索引》ＳＳＣＩ从严格意义上讲并非是一种专门的文献检索数据库,但它仍不失为一种实用和有效的国外社科文献的检索工具,而且在实际使用中,ＳＳＣＩ具有其他一般检索工具所不具备的独特优势。 相似文献

The classical concept of entropy is shown not to reflect the essence of the second law of thermodynamics both phenomenologically and theoretically. A new concept of entropy, S n , is given, which offers a particular physical meaning of entropy and provides an experimental determination of the entropy value.
