体院普修课铅球技术优化组合--顺进式教学的实验研究

依照体院田径教学大纲的基本精神和学生的实际情况,对体院学生推铅球技术进行教学改革.本教法在常规教法的基础上采用优化组合教学--顺进式教学,教学结束时用高速摄影机现场拍摄学生的技术动作,结果表明本教法使学生在有限的时间内获得较大的教学效果,为今后体育院系铅球教学实际和教学改革提供参考.  相似文献
