科技的飞速发展对人类社会和环境产生深远影响,科技与伦理之间的张力也愈发受到关注。科技伦理事件时有发生,相关议题引发热议。在我国,科技伦理事件的参与者主要是科技、科普领域相关专业人员。对比中外科技伦理事件中公众的理解与参与程度,可知我国公众对科技伦理事件的理解与参与仍需加强,可从伦理意识的提升和面向大众传播科学两个方面加以改善。  相似文献

Stochastic optimal control of first-passage failure for rectangular thin plate vibration model under gaussian white-noise excitations

A rectangular thin plate vibration model subjected to inplane stochastic excitation is simplified to a quasinonintegrable Hamiltonian system with two degrees of freedom. Subsequently a one-dimensional Ito? stochastic differential equation for the system is obtained by applying the stochastic averaging method for quasi-nonintegrable Hamiltonian systems. The conditional reliability function and conditional probability density are both gained by solving the backward Kolmogorov equation numerically. Finally, a stochastic optimal control model is proposed and solved. The numerical results show the effectiveness of this method.  相似文献

解读《钟形罩》中埃斯特·格林伍德的“理性疯癫”

《钟形罩》是美国自白派女诗人西尔维娅.普拉斯创作的唯一一部长篇小说。长期以来,众多学者用女性主义的视角来解读主人公埃斯特.格林伍德的形象,认为小说记录了埃斯特从自我疏离到疯癫,直至重建真实自我的心路历程。然而埃斯特是否真正疯癫却没有受到应有的关注。文章将从父权社会的压制和女性榜样的缺失两个层面来分析埃斯特精神崩溃的原因,从而揭示她的疯癫只是父权文化给予的标签,并不是其精神状态的真实反映。这种所谓的＂疯癫＂是20世纪50年代觉醒的美国女性对性别政治的反抗形式,是一种充满反叛精神的＂理性疯癫＂。  相似文献

Surface superconductivity in the type II Weyl semimetal TaIrTe4

The search for unconventional superconductivity in Weyl semimetal materials is currently an exciting pursuit, since such superconducting phases could potentially be topologically non-trivial and host exotic Majorana modes. The layered material TaIrTe₄ is a newly predicted time-reversal invariant type II Weyl semimetal with the minimum number of Weyl points. Here, we report the discovery of surface superconductivity in Weyl semimetal TaIrTe₄. Our scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy (STM/STS) visualizes Fermi arc surface states of TaIrTe₄ that are consistent with the previous angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy results. By a systematic study based on STS at ultralow temperature, we observe uniform superconducting gaps on the sample surface. The superconductivity is further confirmed by electrical transport measurements at ultralow temperature, with an onset transition temperature (T_c) up to 1.54 K being observed. The normalized upper critical field h*(T/T_c) behavior and the stability of the superconductivity against the ferromagnet indicate that the discovered superconductivity is unconventional with the p-wave pairing. The systematic STS, and thickness- and angular-dependent transport measurements reveal that the detected superconductivity is quasi-1D and occurs in the surface states. The discovery of the surface superconductivity in TaIrTe₄ provides a new novel platform to explore topological superconductivity and Majorana modes.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to analyze student achievement data from the first 3 years of the Memphis Restructuring Initiative (MRI). The MRI represents one of the first efforts by an urban school district to move past traditional top-down versus bottom-up reform debates by providing systemic support for outside-in/inside-out implementation and local co-construction of externally-developed reform designs in schools. Analyses of academic achievement focus on a state-of-the-art measure of value added assessments. At the end of 3 years the reforming schools had produced generally positive gains relative to locally matched control schools. Those results varied somewhat by reform type and by level of poverty in the communities being served. Based on the research methods used and the results, implications for future research and practice in educational reform are discussed.  相似文献   

体育舞蹈对大学生心理健康的影响

本研究采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对遵义师范学院2010级80名在校大学生的心理健康水平进行调查研究。结果显示,学习体育舞蹈前后,大学生的心理健康水平在躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执等六个因子上存在差异,充分说明学习体育舞蹈对大学生的躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执有明显改善。  相似文献
