统计学专业教学现状与改革的思考

大学生热考公务员现象探究——以武汉市大学生为例

通过对大学生热考公务员现象的问卷调查,分析了大学生对公务员认知与行为表现上的差异,得出结论：大学生热考公务员现象归因为整个社会制度的缺陷导致个体所做出的无奈选择,即高等教育制度的缺陷、社会保障制度的不健全、公务员制度的不完善、自主创新制度滞后等因素导致大学毕业生纷纷涌向公务员岗位。从政府和高校两方面提出扩大就业、加强社会保障体系建设、完善公务员机制与加强职业教育、强化思想教育工作、加强创业教育等对策。  相似文献

介绍一种基于无线通信的环境数据采集系统,该系统以PC机为主机,现场数据采集器为从机,配置FC211/AP无线数传模块构成无线数据传输通路。现场数据采集器以高性能低功耗ATmaga16单片机为核心,将风速、湿度、温度等传感器获取的环境数据,按照无线数据通信协议约定,传输给PC机,经PC机处理之后,以数值和图形方式显示并存储。  相似文献

Ds-echinoside A (DSEA), a non-sulfated triterpene glycoside, was isolated from the sea cucumber Pearsonothuria graeffei. In vitro and in vivo investigations were conducted on the effects of DSEA on tumor cell adhesion, migration, invasion, and angiogenesis. In this study, we found that DSEA inhibited the proliferation of human hepatocellular liver carcinoma cells Hep G2, with a half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC₅₀) of 2.65 μmol/L, and suppressed Hep G2 cell adhesion, migration, and invasion in a dose-dependent manner. DSEA also reduced tube formation of human endothelial cells ECV-304 on matrigel in vitro and attenuated neovascularization in the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) assay in vivo. Immunocytochemical analysis revealed that DSEA significantly decreased the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), which plays an important role in the degradation of basement membrane in tumor metastasis and angiogenesis. DSEA also increased the protein expression level of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1), an important regulator of MMP-9 activation. From the results of Western blotting, the expressions of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were found to be remarkably reduced by DSEA. These findings suggest that DSEA exhibits a significant antimetastatic activity through the specific inhibition of NF-κB-dependent MMP-9 and VEGF expressions.  相似文献

Theaflavins (TFs) are the dimers of a couple of epimerized catechins, which are specially formed during black tea fermentation. To explore the differences among four main TF derivatives (theaflavin (TF₁), theaflavin-3-gallate (TF₂A), theaflavin-3′-gallate (TF₂B), and theaflavin-3,3′-digallate (TF₃)) in scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS) in vitro, their properties of inhibiting superoxide, singlet oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, and the hydroxyl radical, and their effects on hydroxyl radical-induced DNA oxidative damage were systematically analyzed in the present study. The results show that, compared with (−)-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), TF derivatives were good antioxidants for scavenging ROS and preventing the hydroxyl radical-induced DNA damage in vitro. TF₃ was the most positive in scavenging hydrogen peroxide and hydroxyl radical, and TF₁ suppressed superoxide. Positive antioxidant capacities of TF₂B on singlet oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radical, and the hydroxyl radical-induced DNA damage in vitro were found. The differences between the antioxidant capacities of four main TF derivatives in relation to their chemical structures were also discussed. We suggest that these activity differences among TF derivatives would be beneficial to scavenge different ROS with therapeutic potential.  相似文献

针对我国旅游景区第二轮大投资、大开发、大建设高潮中,在旅游资源开发、保护方面出现的矛盾与误区,本文提出了旅游资源"低强度硬开发、高强度软开发与高强度保护"的理念。旅游景区景物、交通、接待服务类土木工程硬开发越少越好,景观美、景物文化内涵、景区整体氛围等软开发越多越好。实施旅游资源高强度保护要点为:坚持以生态环境为导向,重视发挥政府规制作用,正确把握科学保护与开发利用的合理"度",积极鼓励与支持公众参与,正确引导游客消费。  相似文献
