图书馆面向产业提供信息服务的创新性实践与思考

[目的/意义] 针对国内产业整体面临转型升级发展的需求和图书馆为产业提供信息服务所面临的系列困难,通过研究已有创新型实践案例来为图书馆开展产业信息服务指明方向。[方法/过程] 通过文献调研、网络调研和实地走访,初步调研国内外目前已有的产业信息服务理论研究和实践探索现状,并详细介绍中国科学院文献情报中心近年来所取得的产业信息服务成果。通过综合分析所有的调研成果,在结合产业信息服务独有特点的情况下,思考图书馆开展产业信息服务的具体方向。[结果/结论] 从已有的创新性实践探索出发,为图书馆开展产业信息服务总结归纳出5个可取方向：以满足用户的具体需求为服务核心、以多元化的合作方式为服务策略、以管理模式的革新为服务保障、以服务方式的创新为服务动力、以产业平台的建设为服务途径。  相似文献   

State feedback control for stochastic Markovian jump delay systems based on LaSalle-type theorem

This paper investigates the problem of stochastic stability and stabilization of stochastic Markovian jump delay systems (SMJDSs) based on LaSalle theorem. The time delays are assumed to be time-varying and numerous stochastic disturbances are considered. Attention is focused on the design of the mode-dependent state feedback controller for SMJDSs based on LaSalle theorem such that the closed-loop SMJDSs are almost surely asymptotically stable. The sufficient conditions for the solvability of the state feedback control problem are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). When the LMIs are feasible, the desired state feedback controller is also given. Two numerical examples including the vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) helicopter system are employed to demonstrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the method proposed in this paper  相似文献   

Quantized stabilization of switched systems with switching delays and packet loss

This paper is concerned with the problem of designing an observer-based quantized feedback controller for the continuous-time switched linear systems, in which the transmission of switching signal is subject to unbounded delays and packet loss. To deal with the unbounded switching delays, we design a constant $\overline{d}$ to determine that the switching signal received by controller is ignored or not. Based on that, if the signal is timestamped, the controller’s mode is uniquely determined. Moreover, we adjust the quantizer parameters in real time depending on the actual transmission situations to ensure the unsaturation of quantizer and thus the boundness of quantization error. Within this setup, we derive a maximum allowable packet loss rate ensuring the mean square stability of the closed-loop switched systems. An illustrative example is given to show the usefulness of the proposed framework for the quantized stabilization of some classes of switched systems.  相似文献

Electrocardiogram (ECG) patterns of left anterior fascicular block and conduction impairment in ventricular myocardium: a whole-heart model-based simulation study

Left anterior fascicular block (LAFB) is a heart disease identifiable from an abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG). It has been reported that LAFB is associated with an increased risk of heart failure. Non-specific intraventricular conduction delay due to the lesions of the conduction bundles and slow cell to cell conduction has also been considered as another cause of heart failure. Since the location and mechanism of conduction delay have notable variability between individual patients, we hypothesized that the impaired conduction in the ventricular myocardium may lead to abnormal ECGs similar to LAFB ECG patterns. To test this hypothesis, based on a computer model with a three dimensional whole-heart anatomical structure, we simulated the cardiac exciting sequence map and 12-lead ECG caused by the block in the left anterior fascicle and by the slowed conduction velocity in the ventricular myocardium. The simulation results showed that the typical LAFB ECG patterns can also be observed from cases with slowed conduction velocity in the ventricular myocardium. The main differences were the duration of QRS and wave amplitude. In conclusion, our simulations provide a promising starting point to further investigate the underlying mechanism of heart failure with LAFB, which would provide a potential reference for LAFB diagnosis. the angulation of impaction having little effect on facture risk.  相似文献

中国科技创新-产业升级协同度综合测度

基于复合系统协同度模型,实证分析了2000—2015年中国科技创新-产业升级相同基期和相邻基期协同度。结果表明:2001—2015年中国科技创新-产业升级相同基期协同度显著提升,但科技创新系统有序度一直低于产业升级系统有序度,是制约相同基期协同度提升的关键;2001—2015年中国科技创新-产业升级相邻基期协同度在[0.014,0.089]之间,处于低度协同演变状态;科技创新与产业升级平衡发展更能促进复合系统相同基期协同度提高,即发挥"2×2>3×1"的整体协同效应,也更能促进复合系统相邻基期协同度稳定演变。  相似文献
