基于班网的高校育人模式建构与实践

班网是以班级为单位建立的网页。班网育人模式拓展了高校学生德育的平台,创设了学生自主学习的有效环境、实现多主体互动,使教师、学生、家长、学校共同参与育人成为现实,丰富了班级管理的内涵。完善对班网的构建,通过建立资源建设小组、建立互动机制和建立反馈机制实现育人功能,从而提高学生的综合素质。  相似文献   

对一位大班数学学习困难儿童的个案研究——重点考察幼儿园和家庭环境中的负面因素

目前关于数学学习困难儿童的研究大多关注其行为表现和认知特征,较少涉及其生活环境中的负面因素。本研究以一名大班数学学习困难儿童为研究对象,通过对儿童本人及老师、父母和同伴的访谈以及对儿童日常活动的观察,对其生活环境中的负面因素进行分析,为认识早期数学学习困难儿童的发生、形成和持续的原因提供了一个生态视角。研究结果表明,数学学习困难儿童在师幼交互、同伴友谊、家庭环境、父母教育方法、亲子关系等诸多方面有负面经历,而这些经历直接或间接地影响了儿童的数学学习。  相似文献   

Ecological Mural as Community Reconnection

Murals are particularly visually captivating forms of public art due to their size and accessibility. Mural images also capture public attention and provoke viewers to explore layers of meaning and find hidden stories. They are often in places that people come to visit, study, play, congregate and discuss matters that may relate to the content of the mural. To this end, murals can be effective tools for helping communities think about their environmental issues. This article discusses the Mystic River mural project in Somerville, Massachusetts, USA. It addresses how the local art councils, mural artists, local students, community members and non‐profit organisations collaborated to carry out this ongoing mural project. The purpose of this research is to examine how Mystic River eco‐murals were created, what challenges and benefits the eco‐murals provided, how local social concerns were represented through the eco‐murals, how eco‐murals can continue to promote environmental awareness and inspire youth about their community and the local environment, and how the mural can continue to reflect or affect the meaning of the place. This process can serve as an example for other communities that seek to address their environmental concerns through public art.  相似文献   

幼儿园研讨型公开课存在的问题及其解决对策

为教学研究而组织的研讨型公开课是促进教师专业成长的有效途径.然而当前研讨型公开课在实施过程中存在着教学设计花哨,不能真实反映日常教学状况;课后研讨流于形式,不能围绕一个问题深入开展;研究结果缺乏梳理和总结,不能较大提高研究水平等问题.为真正实现研讨型公开课促进教师专业成长的作用,需要明确各方参与人员的角色定位;课后研讨应由评价教师教学行为向研究儿童、研究教学、教师共同建构实践知识转变;研讨后应有反思和整理,在梳理认识与疑惑的基础上生成下一步研讨的问题.  相似文献

本研究采用自编量表对陕西省地震灾区648名中小学教师被试的工作满意度现况进行调查。结果显示：（1）教师工作满意度处于中等偏上水平,学校办学条件改善明显,教师工作积极性显著提升;（2）性别、学历、职称、办学类型、学校所在地对教师工作满意度有显著影响：（3）与非地震灾区相比,地震灾区办学条件改善明显,但教学及学生管理工作仍需不断提升。  相似文献

Quantification of the Atmospheric Corrosion of 304 and 2205 Stainless Steels Using Electrochemical Probes Based on Thevenin Electrochemical Equivalent Circuit Model

Stainless steel(SS) is one of the most widely used engineering materials in marine engineering. However, its corrosion in the marine atmospheric environment due to the high concentration of Cl~- is a problem. The SS corrosion is a threat to the development and security of marine industry; therefore, evaluating the corrosion resistance of SSs is necessary. In this work, atmospheric corrosion detection probes based on a symmetrical electrode system were used to study the corrosion behaviors of 304 SS and 2205 duplex stainless steel(DSS) in a simulated marine atmosphere. A theoretical model for electrochemical noise(EN) data analysis based on the Thevenin electrochemical equivalent circuit(EEC) model was established. The relationship between the EN characteristic parameters and the corrosion rate was obtained. The Thevenin EEC model analysis showed that the relationship between the noise resistance( R_n), the noise impedance [ R_(sn)(f)], and the impedance modulus(| Z( f)|) was R_n≈ R_(sn)=■. Thus, R_n and R_(sn) can be used as indicators for quantitative corrosion evaluation. The results of EN detection for the 304 SS and 2205 DSS showed that in a simulated marine atmospheric environment, the passive fi lms on the two SSs were relatively intact at the initial exposure stage, and their dissolution rates were slow. The corrosion resistance of the 2205 DSS was higher than that of the 304 SS. With the deposition of Cl~- on the SS surface, pitting was initiated and the dissolution rate increased. The pitting initiation process on the SS surface was random, and part of the active pores could be repassivated.  相似文献

陪审制度在美国的运作是成功的，而在我国的司法实践中陪审制度运作的实效却是甚微的，这导致部分学提出在我国陪审制度的改革中必须勇于移植美国的陪审团制度。由于我国人民陪审制度和美国陪审团制度存在很大差异，我们不能移植美国陪审团制度。在完善我国人民陪审制度的历程中，我们应从我国国情出发，客观评价和合理吸收美国陪审团制度的成功之处，逐步显示我国人民陪审制度在追求审判公正司法民主中的强大生命力。  相似文献
