我国高职院校需要制定一个体现科学发展观的高职院校十二五发展战略规划。国际标准化组织(ISO)即将正式颁发的IS09004:2009版为我们制定高职院校发展战略规划提供了方法指导。可持续发展和战略导向是战略规划的重要特征。明确表述使命或者愿景,明确战略导向,即确定提升的能力等是发展战略规划制定的关键,而这些需要基于对环境的深入和透彻的分析。  相似文献

多元化教学模式在康复医学教学中的应用

康复医学课程包括三部分内容,即康复医学概论和康复医学相关基础、康复医学评定和康复治疗技术和疾病康复。由于内容涉及理论、操作和病例的分析,LBL教学容易导致学生理解、记忆困难。基于上述特点,我们构建了PBL、LBL、CBL和微课等相结合的多元化教学模式;并采用学习考核、学生满意度调查等方式考核该教学模式,以期建立一种生动、易懂、直观的教学方式,增加学生对康复医学知识的掌握程度和学习兴趣。  相似文献   

Menaquinone-7 production from maize meal hydrolysate by <Emphasis Type="Italic">Bacillus</Emphasis> isolates with diphenylamine and analogue resistance

A menaquinone-7 (MK-7) high-producing strain needs to be isolated to increase MK-7 production, in order to meet a requirement of MK-7 given the low MK-7 content in food products. This article focuses on developing MK-7 high-producing strains via screening and mutagenesis by an atmospheric and room temperature plasma (ARTP) mutation breeding system. We isolated an MK-7-producing strain Y-2 and identified it as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, which produced (7.1±0.5) mg/L of MK-7 with maize meal hydrolysate as carbon source. Then, an MK-7 highproducing strain B. amyloliquefaciens H.β.D.R.-5 with resistance to 1-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid, β-2-thienylalanine, and diphenylamine was obtained from the mutation of the strain Y-2 using an ARTP mutation breeding system. Using strain H.β.D.R.-5, efficient production of MK-7 was achieved ((30.2±2.7) mg/L). In addition, the effects of nitrogen sources, prenyl alcohols, and MgSO4 on MK-7 production were investigated, suggesting that soymeal extract combined with yeast extract, isopentenol, and MgSO₄ was beneficial. Under the optimized condition, the MK-7 production and biomass-specific yield reached (61.3±5.2) mg/L and 2.59 mg/L per OD₆₀₀ unit respectively in a 7-L fermenter. These results demonstrated that strain H.β.D.R.-5 has the capacity to produce MK-7 from maize meal hydrolysate, which could reduce the substrate cost.  相似文献

Pharmacokinetics of mycophenolic acid in Chinese kidney transplant patients

To assess the influence of cyclosporin A (CsA) and tacrolimus (FK506) on mycophenolic acid (MPA) and correlation analysis of the pharmacokinetic parameters and patient characteristics, clinical outcome in Chinese kidney transplant recipients, the pharmacokinetics of 1000 mg mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) twice daily was measured by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). PKS (Pharmaceutical Kinctics Software) 1.0.2 software package was used for the calculation of pharmacokinetic parameters. The meanC _max,t _max, and AUC_(0–12) were (21.88±10.52) μg/ml, (1.20±0.95) h, and (52.546±13.215) μg·h/ml, respectively. The level of AUC_(0–12) in the FK506 group was significantly higher than that in the CsA group. MPA appeared not to be affected by renal function. MPA AUC_(0–12) showed statistically significant difference according to the patient's gender. Equivalent thickness of materials of fused silica and stainless steel in the flow of microtubes

The deviation of flow characteristics from the predictions of the conventional theory for microtubes was attributed to the change of fluid viscosity resulted from the interactions between the molecules on solid wall and in fluid. The degree of this departure is dependent on the microtubes materials. A concept of equivalent thickness with which conventional theory can be used to predict the flow in microtubes without modifying the fluid viscosity was put forward. The values of equivalent thickness for fused silica and stainless steel materials were determined as 1.8 μm and 1.5 μm, respectively, by repeated numerical simulation.  相似文献

作为对捷克斯洛伐克“二月事件”的反应，美国在关贸总协定机制下的对捷政策随即发生了根本性转变，其战略意图就是孤立和排斥捷克斯洛伐克，其主要目标是寻求中止对捷克斯洛伐克的关贸总协定义务。凭借美国在关贸总协定机制中占据主导地位的影响力并经过积极的外交努力，美国的战略意图和政策目标基本实现。因此，1948—1951年问美国在关贸总协定机制下的对捷政策再次表明，美国在一定意义上已经将1947年关贸总协定机制作为推行“冷战”战略和遏制政策的有力工具。  相似文献   

Frequency and type of inheritable mutations induced by γ rays in rice as revealed by whole genome sequencing

Mutation breeding is based on the induction of genetic variations; hence knowledge of the frequency and type of induced mutations is of paramount importance for the design and implementation of a mutation breeding program. Although γ ray irradiation has been widely used since the 1960s in the breeding of about 200 economically important plant species, molecular elucidation of its genetic effects has so far been achieved largely by analysis of target genes or genomic regions. In the present study, the whole genomes of six γ-irradiated M₂ rice plants were sequenced; a total of 144–188 million high-quality (Q>20) reads were generated for each M₂ plant, resulting in genome coverage of >45 times for each plant. Single base substitution (SBS) and short insertion/deletion (Indel) mutations were detected at the average frequency of 7.5×10^?6–9.8×10^?6 in the six M₂ rice plants (SBS being about 4 times more frequent than Indels). Structural and copy number variations, though less frequent than SBS and Indel, were also identified and validated. The mutations were scattered in all genomic regions across 12 rice chromosomes without apparent hotspots. The present study is the first genome-wide single-nucleotide resolution study on the feature and frequency of γ irradiation-induced mutations in a seed propagated crop; the findings are of practical importance for mutation breeding of rice and other crop species.  相似文献
