国家综合档案馆在社交媒体信息存档中的角色定位研究

社交媒体信息是网络时代人类实践活动的重要记录,是社会记忆的特殊组成部分。鉴于社交媒体平台的不稳定性,如果不对有价值的社交媒体信息进行合理保存,宝贵的公共历史与记忆资源就有可能消失。国家综合档案馆作为公共信息机构,有必要积极开展与参与社交媒体信息的存档实践,发挥相应的作用。国家综合档案馆应成为政务社交媒体信息存档工作的责任主体,在其中充当主导者的角色;应在非政务社交媒体信息存档中扮演协助者与参与者的角色,为个人或组织的社交媒体信息存档行为提供指导与帮助。  相似文献   

近十年体育教师专业能力研究综述

通过对近十年我国体育教师专业能力的文献收集,将其分为中小学和大学两大类,并对每类文献做结构、现状、策略的综述。研究方法为文献资料法,逻辑分析法。研究结果:学者对体育教师专业能力结构的见解具有交叉性,但缺少统一的认识,研究范围较小,不足以代表合格教师所应具备的专业能力;现状和策略的研究较为陈旧,对提出的策略没有进一步跟进,策略缺乏创新,需要更深层次的研究。  相似文献   

Simultaneous changes in seed size,oil content and protein content driven by selection of SWEET homologues during soybean domestication

Soybean accounts for more than half of the global production of oilseed and more than a quarter of the protein used globally for human food and animal feed. Soybean domestication involved parallel increases in seed size and oil content, and a concomitant decrease in protein content. However, science has not yet discovered whether these effects were due to selective pressure on a single gene or multiple genes. Here, re-sequencing data from >800 genotypes revealed a strong selection during soybean domestication on GmSWEET10a. The selection of GmSWEET10a conferred simultaneous increases in soybean-seed size and oil content as well as a reduction in the protein content. The result was validated using both near-isogenic lines carrying substitution of haplotype chromosomal segments and transgenic soybeans. Moreover, GmSWEET10b was found to be functionally redundant with its homologue GmSWEET10a and to be undergoing selection in current breeding, leading the the elite allele GmSWEET10b, a potential target for present-day soybean breeding. Both GmSWEET10a and GmSWEET10b were shown to transport sucrose and hexose, contributing to sugar allocation from seed coat to embryo, which consequently determines oil and protein contents and seed size in soybean. We conclude that past selection of optimal GmSWEET10a alleles drove the initial domestication of multiple soybean-seed traits and that targeted selection of the elite allele GmSWEET10b may further improve the yield and seed quality of modern soybean cultivars.  相似文献

不同语料下基于LDA主题模型的科学文献主题抽取效果分析

[目的/意义]潜在狄利克雷分布(Latent Dirichlet Allocation,LDA)在科技情报分析中用来发现学科主题、挖掘研究热点以及预测研究趋势等。对常见的科学文献文本语料库(关键词、摘要、关键词+摘要)进行LDA主题抽取效果的评价,以揭示不同语料库的主题抽取效果,提高LDA在科技情报分析中的应用效果。[方法/过程]对上述3种语料库下的LDA主题模型进行对比研究,采用基于查全率、查准率、F值以及信息熵的定量分析和基于主题抽取的广度和主题粒度的定性分析相结合的方法对主题抽取效果进行评价。[结果/结论]通过国内风能领域的科学文献数据实证研究发现,无论是从定量分析还是从定性分析来看,摘要和关键词+摘要作为语料的LDA主题抽取的效果均优于关键词作为语料的LDA主题抽取效果,并且前者在主题抽取的广度方面表现更好,而后者抽取的主题粒度更细。  相似文献

在语言的实际应用中，人们可以把动词、形容词转化为名词，句子转化为词组。这种变化被称作语法隐喻。Halliday（1985）指出，名词化（nominalization）是语法隐喻的主要来源。结果表明：语法隐喻方式有助于意义的有效识解，有利于认知效果的获得，它增强了语篇的语义联系和关联度。  相似文献

This article reports on a mixed-method inquiry into pre-service and in-service secondary school teachers’ knowledge about Attention-deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and attitudes toward students with this disorder in Hong Kong. The inquiry revealed no differences between pre-service and in-service secondary school teachers concerning their knowledge of ADHD and attitudes toward students with ADHD. It also identified possible sources of participants’ knowledge and a variety of factors underlying their attitudes toward students with ADHD including sociocultural beliefs and working conditions. The findings call for teacher educators to develop better education programmes to support both pre-service and in-service teachers in undertaking the challenging task of teaching students with ADHD.  相似文献
