通过评估来衡量高校办学水平、教育教学质量的高低,已成为政府、社会监督和促进高等教育改革与发展的一个重要手段。本期组发的“高校教学评估”专题文章,从多个角度反思、分析了我国高校评估工作的经验与教训,尤其对本轮普通高校本科教学工作水平评估进行了比较全面而深入的剖析,并从理论和实践层面提出了改进和完善这项工作的建议,包括制度构建、模式创新以及如何将民主取向体现在其中等大家所关心的问题。相信关注和从事高校评估工作的人士从中可以得到许多有益的启示。  相似文献   

Visualization of structured packing with laser induced fluorescence technique: Two-dimensional measurement of liquid concentration distribution

A method of using laser induced fluorescence(LIF)technique was applied to two-dimensional measurement of the liquid concentration distribution in the 250Y structured packing sheet. The experimental structured packing sheet was made of perspex so that the laser could pass through it. The visualization of the distribution of the liquid concentration in the structured packing sheet was realized. The calibration of the thickness and liquid concentration was carried out firstly and the regression formula I=kcd was acquired, in which concentration c and the liquid film thickness d were both considered. Then the liquid feed of uniform tracer(rhodamine)concentration entered the perspex structured packing from the top under different spraying densities. The corresponding thickness of liquid film on the packing was calculated. Finally, tracer(rhodamine)with a high concentration was injected only at one fixed point of the structured packing under different spraying densities of the liquid. With the known liquid film thickness, the concentration distribution of the tracer can be calculated inside the structured packing sheet.  相似文献

以我国高等教育立法为基础,分析了高等学校法人地位的确立过程、高等学校法人的性质以及高等学校自主权的内容,在此基础上对高等教育立法的赋权模式和其他具体问题做出评价,提出建议。笔者认为,高等学校法人既包括其在民法上的民事主体资格,也包括其在教育法(行政法)上的教育主体(行政主体)资格;高等学校自主权在性质上是一种公共权利,其内容应由教育法加以规定。应当继续改进教育立法的模式,以更好地落实高等学校自主权。  相似文献

在当季不施肥,皮棉产量50kg/667m~2以上的生产条件下,棉花施用惠满丰有机复混肥30-70kg/667m~2,伏前桃增加1-1.5个,株高增加9.9-17.1cm,茎粗增加0.2-0.8mm,有效果枝增加约1.3个,单株成铃数增多1.1-3.1个,单铃重约增加0.4-0.5g,霜前花率提高3-9个百分点,衣分、子指也有所提高,比对照增产皮棉14.1-31.8kg/667m~2,增幅27.4％-61.1％(平均45％)。在等养分量情况下,惠满丰有机复混肥肥效优于化肥。惠满丰有机复混肥的经济合理施肥量为70kg/667m~2。  相似文献

目的：探讨5-Fu肠腔化疗辅助结直肠癌根治术的应用及其机制。方法：总结我院1995年2月～2005年5月125例结直肠癌在根治术中辅助应用5-Fu肠腔化疗的临床资料。结果：本组125例无一例死亡，2例术后吻合口漏。经再次手术后治愈；96例随诊1～5年，失访29例，5年存活82例，其中并存肝转移者3例，骨转移者2例。5年生存率65．6％。结论：直肠癌根治术中辅助5-Fu肠腔化疗方法简便，效果明显，值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

Culturally diverse as they are, Asian-American children and youth share quite a few features among themselves. Most of them are children of foreign-born parents who came to America during the post-1965 immigration waves. As they grow up in culturally isolated environment, they are often faced with identity crisis. The society’s racial exclusion makes them feel like “forever foreigners,” while at home or community their American frame of reference is often in conflict with parents’ traditional values.
