体育旅游在西方国家,特别是北美和欧洲地区早已广泛流行,近几年才在我国兴起。海南建设国际旅游岛,消费群体逐渐多元化,体育旅游将会成为推动海南旅游和经济发展的重要战略手段之一。但海南体育旅游尚处于初步阶段,与旅游发达国家、城市相比还存在一些问题。文章通过分析海南体育旅游现状,找到问题结症,提出解决问题的对策与建议,对推动海南体育旅游不断进步具有一定意义。  相似文献

HPLC法测定复方氨苄西林胶囊中氨苄西林和氯唑西林钠的含量

采用HPLC法,以十八烷基键合硅胶柱(4.5mm×150mm)为固定相,乙睛-0.27%磷酸二氢钾(37:63,用氢氧化钾调pH5.0±0.1)为流动相,流速0.8mL.min-1,检测波长为225nm,进样量为10μL,测定复方氨苄西林胶囊中氨苄西林和氯唑西林钠的含量。结果氨苄西林和氯唑西林钠在100-700μgomL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率99.87和100.16%(n=9)。本法快速,方便,准确,适用于该复方制剂中两种成分的同时测定。  相似文献   

Using visual methodologies to understand pre-service Health and Physical Education teachers’ subjectivities of bodies

Socio-cultural theorists have argued that having a diverse understanding of subjectivities of normal/ideal bodies is important for Health and Physical Education (HPE) teachers. When teachers hold a single understanding and perception of normal/ideal bodies, such as a thin body as normal or ideal body, which are usually informed by dominant discourses, they may (re)produce narrow understandings of bodies among their students. This paper focuses on how a group of pre-service HPE specialist teachers (11 females and 3 males, aged between 18 and 26 at the time of the first interview) from an Australian university, discuss issues related to subjectivities of bodies. It draws on visual methodologies and semi-structured interviews to understand how these pre-service HPE specialist teachers construct discourses of bodies. Foucault’s concepts of normalisation, surveillance and biopedagogies are used to explore discursive constructions of bodies, with a particular focus on how some discourses are normalised via surveillance techniques. The results of the study invite us to reflect on how images may promote certain ways of thinking about and considering the body among pre-service HPE specialist teachers. In light of contradictions which were found across the comments of two participants who constructed different discourses during the interviews, we posit that making sense of subjectivities of bodies is complex and often contradictory. Furthermore, the results suggest that photo elicitation is a useful visual method for theorising issues related to bodies. Results can inform teacher education and policy in how to better prepare pre-service HPE teachers to teach about bodies.  相似文献   

Inclusive dyslexia-friendly collaborative online learning environment: Malaysia case study

Currently available web page accessibility guidelines focus more on reading and writing, with inadequate attention to other aspects of online learning such as computer-mediated communication. This study aims to explore the engagement of Malaysia secondary school students with dyslexia and students without dyslexia on various synchronous and asynchronous communication interaction technologies in an online collaborative learning environment. Multiple case within subject qualitative study was employed to investigate the engagement of students using a semi structured interview guideline. The findings revealed that (1) text chat is unsuitable for learning discussion for all learners, (2) forum affords self-paced and organized formal discussion for most learners and (3) video conferencing is suitable for interactive face-to-face, verbal discussion for most learners.  相似文献

基于激励的“挤出效应”,研究面子观对个体知识共享行为的影响,以及团队奖罚的跨层次调节效应。以74个知识团队为样本的跨层次实证分析表明：挣面子与知识共享正相关,而丢面子与知识共享负相关;团队奖罚会弱化挣面子对知识共享的促进作用,也会弱化丢面子对知识共享的抑制作用,表明团队奖罚对面子的作用存在挤出效应。最后,提出了相应的管理建议与对策。  相似文献   

我国空手道裁判员现状调查研究

采用文献资料法、专家访问法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对中国空手道协会注册的79名裁判员,2007-2009年国内比赛的裁判员执裁,国内组织的8次裁判员培训班的状况进行调查.得出:我国空手道裁判员数量不多,业务水平亟需提高,地区发展不均衡.建议以科学发展观为指导,扩大对外交流,形成独特的管理体系,使裁判员业务水平快速提高,由此带动运动员技战术水平.  相似文献
