[目的/意义] 对中外网络经营者收集与传输个人数据行为的法律规范进行对比分析,以期发现我国目前法律规范中存在的具体问题并借鉴先进法律规范经验提出完善建议,从而有效解决我国网络经营者收集与传输个人数据行为日益凸显的问题。[方法/过程] 采用比较研究的方法对主要国际组织与国家现行相关法律规范进行梳理与比较,从立法原则、法定义务、法律责任以及特殊用户(即儿童)4个方面,分析对网络经营者收集与传输个人数据行为进行法律规范的异同。[结果/结论] 通过比较分析指出我国现行相关法律规范存在着法律规范宽泛笼统、个人数据主体维权困难、缺乏专门监管机构等主要问题,借鉴先进的国外立法经验提出相应的改进建议,对我国相关立法的研究与完善具有一定意义。 相似文献

In recent years, the extraction of fossil resources, especially oil and gas in deep and ultra-deep water areas has been playing a more important role and been paid more attention to. For this reason, the working depth of submarine pipelines, which are used for the transportation of oil and gas, has been increasing sharply. As the main failure pattern of deep-water pipelines, buckling and its propagation problem have drawn more attention of many research institutions and engineering units around the world. Based on the existing research, the summary of experiments and their outcomes of deep-water pipeline buckling failure is made in this paper. The diagnostic value of virtual colonoscopy versus colonoscopy was compared in detection of colorectal neoplasia. Virtual
colonoscopy was performed on 29 patients with suspected colorectal diseases, Results were compared with colonoscopy for each
case. Virtual colonoscopy was successfully performed on each patient. All patients tolerated virtual colonoscopy well, had
no complications. All colorectal malignance were identified both by virtual colonoscopy and colonoscopy. Twenty-five polyps
were detected with colonoscopy, whereas only 16 polyps were defined by virtual colonoscopy. Detection rates of polyps greater
than 1.0 cm, between 0.5–0.9 cm and less than 0.5 cm in size were 90%, 62.5% and 28.6% respectively. Virtual colonoscopy is
fast, minimally invasive and well tolerated. This technique is a valuable clinical method in diagnosis of colorectal malignance

This study begins by examining the way in which, in both England and Wales, Religious Education has become implicated in political discussion regarding the role of education in promoting community cohesion. The relationship between taking Religious Education as an examination subject and attitude towards religious diversity (as an affective indicator of community cohesion) is then explored among 3052 14- to 15-year-old students. After controlling for contextual factors (school type and geographical location), personal factors (sex and age), psychological factors (psychoticism, neuroticism and extraversion) and religious factors (Christian affiliation, worship attendance, personal prayer and belief in God), a small but significant positive association was found between taking Religious Education as an examination subject and attitude towards religious diversity. This finding may be interpreted as supporting the view that Religious Education works to promote community cohesion, although the wider debate that the community cohesion agenda has generated among religious educators needs further exploration. 相似文献
