目的 :探讨脑挫裂伤后大鼠脑皮质神经元c -fos基因表达的意义。方法 :采用Feeney’s自由落体致伤法 ,复制大鼠大脑皮质挫裂伤动物模型。伤后 1h、2h、4h、8h、12h、2 4h、4 8h和 72h杀死大鼠取脑组织 ,制作冰冻切片 ;SP免疫组织化学染色。结果 :病灶中心区阳性细胞很少 -而在挫裂伤灶周围区则阳性细胞密集。阳性细胞主要是锥体细胞和星形细胞。伤后 1~ 2hc -fos阳性细胞密度较高 ;伤后 4 8~ 72h阳性神经元减少或消失。结论 :脑外伤可以导致皮质神经元c-fos基因表达 ,而且有时间依赖性。 相似文献

目的:采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术,研究P2X受体在大鼠神经胶质瘤和嗜铬细胞瘤及原代培养皮层神经元和星形胶质细胞上的表达差异。方法:取新生1-2 d SD大鼠大脑皮层,分离纯化神经元和星形胶质细胞,并采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,比较P2X受体在大鼠胶质瘤C6细胞、大鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤PC-12细胞、星形胶质细胞和皮层神经元上的表达差异。结果:C6细胞P2X2、P2X3和P2X5表达水平显著高于星形胶质细胞,P2X4、P2X6和P2X7表达水平显著低于星形胶质细胞,PC-12细胞P2X1、P2X2、P2X3和P2X6表达水平显著高于皮层神经元,P2X5和P2X7表达水平则显著低于皮层神经元。此外,还发现P2X2、P2X5和P2X6在C6和PC-12细胞上的表达水平存在显著差异。结论:大鼠胶质瘤和嗜铬细胞瘤细胞表达多种P2X受体,且与原代培养细胞存在表达差异,提示核苷酸介导的信号传递系统可能作为潜在的肿瘤治疗靶点。 相似文献

The Dutch Pictorial Scale of Perceived Competence and Social Acceptance for Children with Cerebral Palsy was translated and administered to an English sample. This scale was developed to assess the child's perception on cognitive, physical and social domains. Thirty-two children, aged 4 to 9 years, were tested twice. The results indicate good test/retest reliability and good internal consistency. The results on the intercorrelations between the four sub-scales supported internal validity of the pictorial scale. It is concluded that the pictorial scale for young children with cerebral palsy is a reliable and valid instrument for determining the perception of children with cerebral palsy, and application in clinical and class settings is discussed. 相似文献

Objective: The purpose of this study was to differentiate between cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) and hypertension (HTN) based on hemorrhage pattern interpretation. Methods: From June 1994 to Oct., 2000, 83 patients admitted to our service with acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) were investigated retrospectively; 41 patients with his-tologically proven diagnosis of cerebral amyloid angiography and 42 patients with clear history of hypertension were investigated. Results: Patients with a CAA-related ICH were significantly older than patients with a HTN-related ICH (74.0 years vs 66.5 years, P<0.05). There was a significantly higher number of hematomas>30 ml in CAA (85.3%) when compared with HTN (59.5%). No basal ganglional hemorrhage was seen in CAA, but in 40.5% in HTN. In CAA-related ICH, su-barachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) was seen in 26 patients (63.4%) compared to only 11 patients (26.2%) in HTN-related ICH. Lead is found in small but appreciable quantities in air, soil drinking water and food. Exposure to such amounts of lead does not cause acute lead toxicity, but produces subtle effects, particularly in children. The CDC advocates “safe” or “acceptable” levels of blood lead up to 10 μg/dl, while OSHA declares blood lead levels up to 40 μg/dl as “safe” or “acceptable” in the occupationally exposed. The objective of the study was to see if blood levels considered “safe” can cause changes in the biogenic neurotransmitters in the developing brain which may cause neurobehavioral defects like hyperactivity and other cognitive disorders. Albino Wistar rats were divided into the control and lead-treated groups. The control group was given unleaded water, while the lead-treated group was fed with 50 ppm lead acetate in drinking water. On day 45 the animals were subjected to a passive avoidance test, their blood analysed for ZPP and lead. They were then sacrificed and the neurotransmitters—Norepinephrine (NE) and its metabolite—methoxyhydroxyphenylglycol (MHPG) estimated in the brain areas associated with learning and memory—the frontal cortex, hippocampus and the striatum by HPLC-ECD. Our results showed significant increases in blood lead, NE and MHPG, while ZPP increase was insignificant. The rats showed neurobehavioral abnormalities as assessed by the passive avoidance test. We concluded that low blood levels of lead cannot be considered “safe” or “acceptable” as it causes neurotransmitter alterations. Based on different mechanisms of blood coagulation, coexistence of venous thromboembolism and arterial thrombosis in a single individual is extremely rare in clinical practice. Both antiplatelet and anticoagulation therapy should be adopted for patients with arteriovenous embolism. Balancing the risk of ischemia and hemorrhage is especially challenging in these patients in order to achieve an optimal clinical benefit. We report on a 55-year-old female with acute pulmonary embolism (PE), subsequently diagnosed as having acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and a cerebral infarction. Examinations had been carried out, excluding potential arteriovenous shunts, cancer, antiphospholipid syndrome and other common hypercoagulable states. A combination of an anticoagulant drug (rivaroxaban, an Xa inhibitor) and an antiplatelet agent (clopidogrel, an ADP receptor inhibitor) was prescribed with a β-blocker and atorvastatin. The embolus was gradually shrunk during the next 10 months, and then it turned back into expanding. During the 16 months’ follow-up, an aneurysm of left ventricular apex was found through an echocardiogram and an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor was administered. We conclude that combined anticoagulation and antiplatelet therapy significantly relieved the symptoms and improved the prognosis in patients suffering from arteriovenous embolism without any major clinical bleeding events. 相似文献
