关于我国引进外资的利弊分析

十一届三中全会以后,我国确立了改革开放的方针,外商纷纷来华投资。引进外资弥补了我国建设资金的不足,给我们带来了先进的技术和管理经验,增加了就业,强化了竞争机制。但随着外资的进入,外资企业抢占中国市场,冲击中国民族工业,危及我们的国家经济安全,同时,外资企业并购国有企业、导致国有资产流失。因此,我们在利用外资过程中,必须制定正确的政策,维护自己的利益,这样才能达到互惠互利,共同发展的目的。  相似文献   

Control-value appraisals,achievement emotions,and foreign language performance: A latent interaction analysis

Based on control-value theory (CVT), this study (N = 550 Chinese university students) examined relations between control-value appraisals, subsequent achievement emotions, and resulting performance in foreign language (FL) learning. The results show that perceived control and value related positively to positive emotions (enjoyment, hope, pride) and FL performance, and negatively to negative emotions (anger, anxiety, shame, hopelessness, boredom). Control and value interacted in predicting all eight emotions and FL performance. The multiplicative impact of the appraisals on performance was mediated by four of the focal emotions. These findings elucidate the impact of appraisals and emotions on achievement and support the generalizability of CVT to foreign language learning. Directions for future research and implications for education are discussed.  相似文献

顺应经济全球化的发展,中国对外贸易微观基础建设完成了以产权制度改革为目标的对原有一元化主体的重塑,创立了多元化主体为特征的微观基础。面对经济全球化的挑战,对外贸易微观基础结构需要进一步完善。微观基础中的各个主体应该充分发挥自身优势,培育其特有的核心竞争力,以错位竞争、优势互补的理念确立各自在外贸行业全球化发展中的不同的功能定位,实施相应的经营战略,避免过度竞争和无序竞争,形成一个灵活协调的、健康完善的外贸微观主体结构,提升中国对外贸易行业应对经济全球化挑战的整体优势。  相似文献

国外高校教师积累了培养研究生科研能力的成功经验,这些经验主要体现在在教学和指导中,前者包括提供明确具体的教学指导、教授科学的教学内容、采取灵活多样的教学方式、布置大量的课外学习任务和进行合理有效的课程考核,后者包括重视对申请者科研潜力的判断、双向选择确定指导关系、制订完整的培养计划、改进指导技巧和方法、注重科研训练、严格指导撰写学位论文以及探索指导方式。我国高校教师应该学习和借鉴。  相似文献   

Mapping and explaining the gender gap in students’ second language proficiency across skills,countries and languages

This study discusses the generalizability of gender differences in the second language competences of European adolescents across three languages, three skills and fourteen countries. In most cases, females do better than males but the effect sizes are small or medium at best (Cohen's ds < −0.46). However, English appears rather gender-neutral on average, with males sometimes outperforming females. We also found evidence for cross-skill variation: writing turns out to be more prone to gender differences than listening or reading. Thirdly, we found cross-country variation in the gender gap, which supports the hypothesis that gender is primarily a social factor rather than a biological factor in learning. Multilevel mediation analyses with constituents of motivation indeed show that in most cases where females outperform males, up to 60% of this advantage can be explained by the differential appeal of the students' L2 course and by the instrumental, integrative and intrinsic value that students attribute to the L2.  相似文献   

我国数据安全治理发展趋势、问题与国外数据安全治理经验借鉴

我国的数据安全治理处于起步阶段，总结国外相关措施经验，为我国数据安全治理提供参考借鉴。从政策、法律、制度、行业等方面分析我国数据安全治理进展，剖析目前在数字基础设施建设、数据保护法律体系、数据安全监管、国家数据主权方面存在的问题；分析美国、德国、日本、韩国的数据安全治理措施，总结得出其主要经验包括加强政府规划引导和数据安全顶层设计、强化法律规范建立数据安全保护体系、加强行业和企业的数据安全管理、规范数据安全治理的规则与标准等。据此提出“十四五”时期完善我国数据安全治理工作的建议：加强数字基础设施建设；完善数据安全治理的法律体系；设立数据保护专职机构；在企业层面强化数据安全机制；重视数据人才培育。  相似文献
