中非之间的交往历史源远流长,有文字记载的历史已达两千多年。丝绸和瓷器始终是古代中国与非洲贸易的主要产品。随着历史的演进,中非之间的互动贸易渠道不断增多、内容不断丰富、手段也呈多样化,所有这一切构成了一幅古代中非交往的壮丽史诗。新中国成立以后,中非关系取得了巨大的进展,中非之间在相互反殖、反帝、反霸斗争中建立了深厚的友谊。改革开放以来,中非关系在经贸领域发展迅速,特别是近年来,中非关系进入了一个重要的历史机遇期。尽管当前中非关系中存在一些不稳定的因素,但总体来看中非关系仍将继续大步向前发展。 相似文献

Black South African students have a poor success rate in school leaving mathematics examinations. This paper attempts to offer an alternative framework for assessing education delivery in South Africa. Its purpose is to develop an analytic approach for understanding education delivery in South Africa in the last 11 years and to use this framework to pose a set of strategic questions about how policy might be framed to deal with delivery. The paper begins with a quick review of the country's achievements and challenges in education and shows that a failure to produce a high quality education system remains the country's primary challenge. The broad approach that is taken is to suggest that dominant approaches for understanding this lack of performance underplay the specificity of the country's context and specifically so its apartheid legacy. This legacy, it is argued, continues to be determinative in shaping, and accounting for the character of current social behaviour in the country, including the performance of children in schools. 相似文献
