目的：通过观察不同剂量CLT和FT对于垂体后叶素引起的急性心肌缺血大鼠心电图的影响，探讨其抗大鼠急性心肌缺血、保护心肌的作用。方法：灌胃给药7d，尾静脉注射垂体后叶素2次．并描记心电图。结果：第2次注射后15min，造模组和FT组ST-T的升高超过1mV．出现急性心肌缺血，并且心肌缺血阳性率升高；CLT小、大剂量组ST—T升高值明显降低，心肌缺血阳性率明显减少。结论：CLT有预防和减轻大鼠急性心肌缺血的作用，FT没有此作用。  相似文献

Standard chemotherapy regimens for remission induction of pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (AML) are associated with significant morbidity and mortality. We performed a cohort study to determine the impact of reducing the intensity of remission induction chemotherapy on the outcomes of selected children with AML treated with a low-dose induction regimen plus granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) (low-dose chemotherapy (LDC)/G-CSF). Complete response (CR) after two induction courses was attained in 87.0% (40/46) of patients receiving LDC/G-CSF. Post-remission therapy was offered to all patients, and included standard consolidation and/or stem cell transplantation. During the study period, an additional 94 consecutive children with AML treated with standard chemotherapy (SDC) for induction (80/94 (85.1%) of the patients attained CR after induction II, P = 0.953) and post-remission. In this non-randomized study, there were no significant differences in 4-year event-free (67.4 vs. 70.7%; P = 0.99) and overall (70.3 vs. 74.6%, P = 0.69) survival in the LDC/G-CSF and SDC cohorts, respectively. After the first course of induction, recovery of white blood cell (WBC) and platelet counts were significantly faster in patients receiving LDC/G-CSF than in those receiving SDC (11.5 vs. 18.5 d for WBCs (P < 0.001); 15.5 vs. 22.0 d for platelets (P < 0.001)). To examine the quality of molecular response, targeted deep sequencing was performed. Of 137 mutations detected at diagnosis in 20 children who attained hematological CR after two courses of LDC/G-CSF (n = 9) or SDC (n = 11), all of the mutations were below the reference value (variant allelic frequency <2.5%) after two courses, irrespective of the treatment group. In conclusion, children with AML receiving LDC/G-CSF appear to have similar outcomes and mutation clearance levels, but significantly lower toxicity than those receiving SDC. Thus, LDC/G-CSF should be further evaluated as an effective alternative to remission induction in pediatric AML.  相似文献

Severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is a common acute abdomen clinical problem characterized by high mortality, multiple complications, complicated pathogenesis and difficult treatment. Recent studies found traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)monomers have markedly good effect for treating SAP. Many TCM monomers can inhibit pancreatin, resist inflammation, improve microcirculation and immunoloregulation, etc. to block the pathological progress of SAP in multiple ways, reduce complications and lower mortality with rapid effects. It is significant for enhancing SAP treatment to deeply understand the current situation in TCM monomers for treating SAP and take precious references therein. 青年学生四肢急性运动损伤救治和预防研究

分析4年收治的235例大、中学生四肢急性运动损伤，发现75．3％为轻微皮肤和软组织挫、擦、裂伤，18．3％（43／235）遗留瘢痕；24、7％属于高能量损伤导致肌腱韧带和骨质、关节严重损伤，5．1％（12／235）遗留活动功能障碍，认为缺乏安全保护意识是导致损伤的主要原因，而及时、正确的救治才能有效减少并发症和后遗症的发生，切实改善运动场地条件、加强保护、防止暴力冲撞、维持良好的纪律，才是预防运动损伤的基本措施。  相似文献

Study on the action mechanism of inflammatory mediators generated by the severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) in mul-tiple organ injury is a hotspot in the surgical field.In clinical practice,the main complicated organ dysfunctions are shock,res-piratory failure,renal failure,encephalopathy,with the rate of hepatic diseases being closely next to them.The hepatic injury caused by SAP cannot only aggravate the state of pancreatitis,but also develop into hepatic failure and cause patient death.Its complicated pathogenic mechanism is an obstacle in clinical treatment.Among many pathogenic factors,the changes of vasoac-tive substances,participation of inflammatory mediators as well as OFR(oxygen free radical),endotoxin,etc.may play important roles in its progression.  相似文献

目的 :总结严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)的胸部X线表现及变化规律。方法 :分析 5 1例经临床确诊的SARS患者一系列胸部X线进行统计分析。结果 :患者均以发热为最早发病症状 ,10 0 %患者在发病后 1周内X线胸片出现局灶性斑片状模糊阴影 ,2周内达到高峰 ,15 .6 %患者为双肺多肺炎性病变 ,5 2 .9%患者为左肺 ,右肺为 31.4 % ,大部分肺野受累 ,病情重 ,98%患者在 4周内肺部阴影逐渐消散。结论 :肺部病变越早 ,范围越广 ,发展越迅速 ,临床症状越重。  相似文献

通过对比观察不同运动量急性运动后及恢复期红细胞免疫功能的变化发现,三种不同运动量急性运动后,RBC-C3bR活性与安静相比显著下降,其下降程度与运动量大小呈正依存关系;运动结束后即转入恢复过程,至运动后3小时,表现为运动量愈大,其恢复速度愈慢,反之亦然。运动后15h均恢复到安静时水平,小运动量运动对RBC-IC花环率影响不大,随着运动量加大,RBC-IC花环率显著增高,45分钟组运动后及恢复期RBC－C3bR花环率和RBC-IC花环率呈现显著负相关关系。  相似文献
