高度普及的网络生活,促进了电子商务的快速发展。在此背景下,一方面,传统的门店商务受到前所未有的冲击;另一方面,我国的传统税收体制也受到前所未有的挑战。也正因为如此,我国正面对着"电商征税,该不该""电商征税,难不难""电商征税,谁受益"等问题。将主要分析征收电子商务税的必要性以及征收电子商务税所带来的冲击,由此探究如何合理征税、增加财政收入、创造公平竞争平台和网络环境、提升就业率等,并提出相应的解决对策。  相似文献

甲螨采集和分离技术的研究

本文采用电热分离法、清水漂浮法和振动分离法对不同样本中甲螨的分离时间、数量，样本的放置时间及电热分离所用热光源作了比较。结果证实，分离土壤甲螨时．采土深度以１０ｃｍ为宜，土壤放置７天与立即分离所获甲螨数无差别。少量土样直用清水漂浮法，大量土样宜用电热分离法。而植被样本宜用振动分离法。  相似文献

Scholarly and curricular uses of comics extend to many disciplines in higher education, resulting in increased demand for institutional access to such materials. Despite nearly twenty years of justification in the literature for inclusion of such materials in libraries, there are not widely adopted conventions or models for engaging in the business of a comics collection. At San Diego State University, this presented an opportunity to pioneer new modes of access, from cataloging and organization to storage and retrieval. This session highlighted trends in continuing resource collections and collection management throughout the 30-year period from 1985 through 2015. Electronic resources became available in the 1990s and grew in prevalence from the 2000s through the present, changing the make-up of library collections and also how libraries measure collections and collection usage. Two librarians and two vendors shared their perspectives on these changes in collection development, describing how library collections now contain a combination of older formats and older ways of collecting data, and new, electronic content and automated ways of collecting and disseminating data about collections.  相似文献
