目的:依据人体生物节律,探讨择时有氧运动对人体神经体液调节激素的影响。方法:20名健康青年男性以最大心率80%进行有氧运动,运动形式为蹬功率自行车,两次择时运动时间为上午6:00-7:00和下午16:00-17:00,随后的1小时为恢复期,以同一时间安静时为对照,从开始运动至恢复期结束,每30min取血一次,测定血液中皮质醇、NE、ANP和ALD的含量。结果:安静时血液中皮质醇、ANP和ALD水平上午高于下午,NE水平上午低于下午。运动时,血液皮质醇、NE、ANP和ALD水平均显著升高。上午运动与下午运动比较,皮质醇、ANP和ALD水平上午高于下午,NE水平下午高于上午。结论:机体皮质醇、NE、ANP和ALD水平均呈近日节律变化的特征。有氧运动时,皮质醇、NE、ANP和ALD水平均升高,并在运动后恢复期下降。上午有氧运动与下午有氧运动时,皮质醇、NE、ANP和ALD水平依然存在节律性变化。  相似文献

Abstract

In this study, we examined the effect of rapidly increased training volume and intensity on hormonal responses (salivary cortisol [C] and urinary dehydroepiandrosterone sulphate [DHEA-S]) and recovery-stress state perceived by 12 female cyclists. Over the 4-day experimental period, there was an average increase in training load of approximately 122% compared with that during the previous 12 days. Scores on subscales of the Recovery Stress Questionnaire for Athletes increased for the somatic component of stress (Fatigue, Emotional Stress and Social Stress; P < 0.05) and decreased the factor indicating recovery (General Well Being; P < 0.05) after the heavy training period. The training programme increased resting concentrations of salivary cortisol (P < 0.05) and decreased the DHEA-S/C ratio (P < 0.05). The increase in training load of cyclists was correlated with this hormonal ratio (r = ?0.48, P < 0.05). Changes in resting cortisol concentration as a result of heavy training stress were positively related to the change in Physical Complaints (r = 0.69, P < 0.01). Negative relationships were also found between changes in the DHEA-S/C ratio and changes in the somatic component of stress. The present results suggest that there is a dose–response relationship between increased training load, resting DHEA-S/C ratio and subjective assessment of stress and recovery, implying that this ratio could be used as an indicator of training status in female athletes.  相似文献

Abstract

Limited research exists on rest-pause or cluster-set (CS) protocols. Acute effects of a traditional set (TS) and CS protocols of resistance exercise on serum growth hormone (GH), cortisol (C), blood lactate (BL), countermovement vertical jump (CMVJ) and standing long jump (SLJ) were compared. Eleven resistance-trained males (22.9±2.6 year; 176.9±10.6 cm; 78.5±1.6 kg; 12.9±3.1% BF) completed one repetition maximum tests for clean pull (CP), back squat (BS) and bench press (BP). Subjects were then randomly assigned to TS or CS protocols for sessions 2 and 3, and performed CP and BS lifts followed by two circuits of three sets of three exercises. GH, C, BL, CMVJ and SLJ were measured pre-exercise (Pre), mid-exercise following completion of CS or TS protocol (Mid), immediately (IP), 15 (15P) and 30 (30P) minutes post-exercise. Repeated measures ANOVAs examined differences in GH, C, BL, CMVJ and SLJ. No differences (p>0.05) existed between protocols for GH and C. GH levels 15P were elevated (p<0.05) above 30P (15.78 + 4.66 vs. 12.10 + 4.66 µg.L?1). C levels 30P were elevated (p<0.05) above Pre (716.85 + 102.56 vs. 524.79 + 75.79 nmol.L?1). Interaction (p <0.05) existed between protocol and time for BL; mid-BL was lower for CS than TS (7.69±3.73 vs. 12.78±1.90 mmol.L?1). Pooled data for CMVJ and SLJ were greater (p <0.05) across the CS protocol. The less metabolically taxing CS protocol resulted in better sustainability of jump measures.  相似文献

对不同年龄足球运动员在大负荷训练下血清睾酮和皮质醇的变化进行研究,结果表明:1)训练前安静时的T值随着年龄增长呈上升趋势,三个年龄组之间的T差异显著,并且14~15岁年龄组与24~25岁年龄组之间T的差异极为显著。大负荷训练引起T值下降的幅度,24~25岁年龄组最大,14~15岁年龄组次之,19~20岁年龄组最小。2)训练前安静时的C值随着年龄增长也呈上升趋势,但14~15岁年龄组与19-20岁年龄组以及24~25岁年龄组之间差异显著,但19~20岁年龄组与24~25岁年龄组之间差异并不显著。大负荷训练引起C值下降的幅度,24~25岁年龄组最大,19~20岁年龄组次之,14~15岁年龄组最小。3)训练前安静时三个年龄组的T/C并无明显差别,其中14~15岁年龄组足球运动员T/C最高,24~25岁年龄组次之,19~20岁年龄组最低。在大负荷训练下,T/C变化与年龄并无明显关系。尽管T为从事力量性运动项目运动员选材和进行机能评定的敏感指标,但T/C更为准确和敏感。  相似文献

对大负荷游泳训练下机体免疫系统、血清睾酮与皮质醇等生理生化指标的变化以及免疫系统与血清睾酮、皮质醇之间关系进行了研究,结果表明:1)各项免疫指标及睾酮、皮质醇指标对大负荷训练的应答反应程度不相同,应用少数指标进行评定会有很大的局限性,应将各指标进行综合分析,评定机能状态;2)从各指标的变化规律来看,大运动量训练周期前或中等负荷训练后,T/C比值能够反映出机体的免疫水平,可用T/C比值作为机体免疫水平的衡量指标,但大负荷训练之后,T/C比值无法再反映机体的免疫水平,必须测定免疫指标来评定免疫水平。  相似文献

该研究目的在于研究不同强度有氧运动对机体脂蛋白、激素和心肌收缩能力的变化及其相互关系。笔者采用BECKMAN自动生化分析仪 ,RM - 6 0 0 0多道生理记录仪和放射免疫测定技术 ,对有氧运动大鼠高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)、血浆睾酮 (T)、皮质醇 (C)、血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )和左室压力的二阶导数 (d2 p/dt2 max)等指标进行观察、测试 ,并对血睾酮、皮质醇、HDL、LDL、AngⅡ和d2 p/dt2 max之间的相互关系进行分析。结果 :中等强度有氧运动大鼠体重、血压、尿蛋白恒定、心系数增加 ,心率降低 ,心肌收缩能力增强 ,皮质醇、血睾酮 /皮质醇、AngⅡ及HDL显著性升高 ,LDL显著性降低 ;大强度有氧运动大鼠体重、血压波动 ,尿蛋白异常 ,心系数增加 ,但心率上升 ,心肌收缩功能降低 ,AngⅡ、皮质醇大幅度升高 ,LDL、HDL出现异常波动。血睾酮、皮质醇与AngⅡ、HDL、LDL以及AngⅡ与HDL、LDL、d2 p/dt2 max之间的关系密切。结论 :中等强度有氧运动对维持机体健康水平有益 ;AngⅡ可能参与了血睾酮、皮质醇、HDL、LDL变化的调节  相似文献

This study determined the effect of 8 wk of mindfulness training (MT) on salivary cortisol (sCort) and rate of salivary Immunoglobulin-A (sIgA) secretion in wheelchair-basketball players during a competition period. The mindful group completed 8 weeks of MT in addition to training and competition. sCort and rate of sIgA secretion were measured at baseline, at 2-week intervals, the end and 2 weeks following the intervention. A significant time and group interaction was observed for sCort (= 3.297, P = 0.040, ES = 0.191); sCort increased in the control group from MT-BL to MT-2wk (= 0.001) and remained significantly elevated at MT-4wk (= 0.013) and MT-6wk (= 0.002). sCort decreased from MT-6wk to MT-8wk (< 0.001) and concentrations were not different at MT-8wk and Post-2wk to MT-BL (> 0.05). Mindful group sCort increased from MT-BL to MT-2wk (= 0.042) but decreased to concentrations no different to MT-BL for the rest of the intervention period (P > 0.05). There were no group differences in rate of sIgA secretion during the intervention (= 0.810). It was concluded that 8 weeks of MT attenuated the increase in sCort associated with the competition period.  相似文献
