G20机制化的原因探析

在应对金融危机与经济衰退的过程中,G20从“财政部长及中央银行行长会议”升级为首脑峰会,在匹兹堡峰会上迈出了机制化的第一步。G20机制化原因,从国际体系层面看,是由于国际关系行为体之间相互依赖加强造成的决策不自主;从国际格局视角看,起因于世界政治多极化进程深入发展;从国际秩序角度看,是世界进入多元文明国家竞争与合作的时代的结果。在当前全球治理机制改革步履维艰之时,中国应积极推动G20机制化不断完善。  相似文献

‘Being yourself’: everyday ways of doing and being gender in a ‘rights-respecting’ primary school

This paper engages with some everyday ways of doing and being gender which proceed from a dominant liberal rights policy and practice discourse within one English ‘rights-respecting’ primary school in England. Drawing on three ethnographic vignettes of data from different spaces within the school, it utilises a Butlerian analytic to interrogate the kinds of subjects that children are entitled and obliged to be as they take up different subject positions proposed to them in the school. The paper engages with this empirical data, to foster and ignite critical sensibilities, especially as these relate to ‘taken-for-granted’ discourses of children’s rights which presume the participation of all children regardless of their differently gendered subjectivities. This analysis puts in question the universal, normative and essentialising effects of the category of the rights-respecting child as always unproblematic and forever productive.  相似文献

双元性创新、全球创新网络与企业逆向创新研究——基于领先企业和后发企业的多案例比较研究

以归纳理论为基础,基于领先跨国企业和国内后发企业多案例比较研究,提出基于双元性创新和全球创新网络的逆向创新理论模型,展现这两类企业如何基于双元性创新和全球创新网络实现逆向创新。研究结果表明:在逆向创新产品化阶段,两类企业采取双元性创新和全球创新网络的组合模式不尽相同,领先跨国企业更需要增强利用式创新,构建当地外部网络并提升开放深度,而国内后发企业更需要增强探索式创新,构建全球创新网络并提升开放广度;此外,双元性创新与全球创新网络构成一个互动协同发展系统,对逆向创新产生叠加作用。研究结果旨在为不同企业实现逆向创新实践提供参考。  相似文献   

Making Bio-Expectations

This paper marks one attempt to open up the boundaries of humanitarianism to the diverse effects of scientific objects, practices and technologies. It follows the frontiers of their effects with one particularly consequential practice of scientific reductionism through its implication with vitamin A deficiency. I open up how the scientific articulation of vitamin A is not simply about reductionism as a process of limiting, but one that unfolds as something more malleable, more multiple; how it is a shifting, distributed reality that speaks of the ongoing effects of reductionism as giving life to, among other things, emotive abstractions, and efforts to widen a distinctly humanitarian promise. I show how this scientific practice puts into play a set of emotive abstractions around the figure of the ‘Third World child’, un/remaking the problem as a morally tense ‘bio-expectation’ that ensures the survival of children across the generalised expanse of the Global South.  相似文献

为定量探讨农产品贸易的耕地资源效应,本文在核算1986—2016年全球农产品贸易隐含耕地资源量的基础上,揭示了全球虚拟耕地资源流动演变特征;采用贸易引力模型,分析了影响全球虚拟耕地流动演变的因素。结果表明：①1986—2016年全球农产品贸易导致的虚拟耕地资源流动量增长1.74倍,虚拟耕地输出国（地区）主要集中在耕地资源充裕国家（地区）,且输出量迅速增加,虚拟耕地输入国（地区）则主要为人均耕地资源较低或经济发展迅速的国家（地区）。②从社会经济、资源禀赋及区域关联选取相应指标对虚拟耕地流动演变的影响因素分析表明,人口规模、人均收入、贸易协定对虚拟耕地流动具有显著促进作用,其中,人均收入增长对经济发展程度不同的国家（地区）影响具有显著差异;输入国（地区）土地和水资源禀赋对其虚拟耕地流动具有显著的负效应,贸易国（地区）之间的地理距离对虚拟耕地流动具有显著的负效应。中国自2004年开始成为全球最大的虚拟耕地净输入国,作为耕地资源绝对稀缺国家,随着中国人均收入的提高、人均农业资源短缺的加剧,虚拟耕地资源输入量将持续增加,应采取相应措施,保障虚拟耕地的可持续供给。  相似文献   

“Stop sending your kids across our border:” Discursively constructing the unaccompanied youth migrant

The recent migration of 65,000 children across the southwestern border, coupled with allegations of abuse by the U.S. Border Patrol, enables the investigation of an overlooked immigrant category: the unaccompanied youth migrant. Analyzing audience responses to news reports of the abuse, we find that established disparaging immigrant tropes apply, describing the children as an economic burden, disease carriers, and offspring of irresponsible families. We uncover two new themes: Youth migrants are channels whereby criminals may infiltrate the U.S., and manipulate legal authorities to remain in the U.S. Finally, we demonstrate how global compassion is strategically deployed to qualify harsh retaliatory measures.  相似文献
