基于风险源辨识的我国戒毒人员体质测评标准构建研究

摘要：为构建我国第一套针对戒毒人员的体质测评标准,以强制隔离戒毒人员为样本,采用实验与数据分析方法,揭示《国民体质测定标准（2014）》在戒毒人员体质测评中的局限性,指出风险源辨识在戒毒人员针对性测评标准构建中的必要性。在此基础上,基于由外部风险源确定测评指标、由内部风险源确定测试项目权重和评分常模的逻辑,通过戒毒人员与普通国民的体质数据比较,确定戒毒人员体质健康外部风险源为心肺适能、肌力适能、肌耐力适能、神经适能,形成测评指标;通过实验和自编去量纲差异度算法,确定构成内部风险源的各测试项目及权重（男/女）为6 min步行测试（0.167）、握力（0.067/0.246）、纵跳（0.154/0.186）、俯卧撑（男）（0.248）、1 min仰卧起坐（女）（0.063）、选择反应时（0.086/0.211）、闭眼单脚站立（0.278/0.126）,通过地域性因素分析、年龄与性别交互效应因素分析,确定不同性别、年龄戒毒人员的具体评分常模,形成完整的我国戒毒人员体质测评标准,为戒毒人员各类运动干预研究的开展提供科学化评估依据。  相似文献   

‘I hope someone castrates you,you perverted bastard’: Martin Cole's sex education film,Growing Up

This paper concerns the response to the sex education film Growing Up, made in 1971 by Dr Martin Cole, which used a combination of animation and live action to offer a frank and uncompromising account of sexual reproduction. As part of this, both male and female masturbation and an unsimulated act of male–female coitus featured in the film. Cole was widely denounced both by religious conservatives including the members of the Nationwide Festival of Light and by others involved in sex education. The former objected to what they took to be his promotion of precocious and promiscuous sex, and the latter charged him with setting back the cause of ‘responsible’ sex education by years or decades. However, evidence from various schools in which Growing Up was seen suggests that it was apparently well received by pupils. But an ad hoc alliance of religious conservatives and ‘responsible’ sex educators ensured that Growing Up was not widely distributed, and a tactic agreement of sorts has arisen that such explicit sexual imagery will not be featured in school sex education materials in the United Kingdom. Ethical control of innovation in a globalized and liberal world: Is good science still science?

The independence of science was long seen as of prime importance. This position has become less common today. The perception of scientific research as a public service has led to the opinion that it must be accountable to citizens and produce knowledge and innovation that meet their expectations. Numerous authors have voiced the need for anticipatory ethical control of innovation focusing on the scientific research process. This control is considered as the must-have guarantee for “good science.” The current article attempts to trace the ideological origins of the ethical control of innovation, examines its effectiveness against the challenge of globalization and technology-derived major threats and its compatibility with scientific methodology. It also suggests ways to both regulate the innovation process and preserve the independence of science. On the whole, we conclude that truly effective ethical regulation of innovation, i.e. one that protects the greatest number from its adverse effects, is achieved first and foremost by questioning our liberal economic model and the place given to science in our societies.  相似文献   

Engaged Journalism and News Work: A Sociotechnical Analysis of Organizational Dynamics and Professional Challenges

Building upon the sociotechnical perspective presented by Lewis and Westlund (2015, “Actors, Actants, Audiences, and Activities in Cross-media News Work: A Matrix and a Research Agenda.” Digital Journalism 3 (1): 19–37. doi:10.1080/21670811.2014.927986), this study examines organizational dynamics, technological affordances and professional challenges of engaged journalism practices by analyzing how Hearken, one of the most celebrated audience engagement companies, and its tools and services are being implemented in 15 U.S. news organizations. This framework identifies Hearken and organizations like it as important “external actors” providing technological “actants” that are shaping how newsrooms report the news by providing ways for audiences to be brought into producing the news, particularly during the earlier phases of the reporting process. Based on in-depth interviews, we find that nearly every news organization in our sample reports some measure of success by using Hearken for involving audience members throughout the production of news. At the same time, we also identify how this implementation is significantly shaped by organizational imperatives and the models particular organizations create for producing audience-centric news work. Ultimately, this study presents a partial update to the decades-long literature on participatory journalism by suggesting that engaged journalism practices actually create opportunities for meaningful audience involvement.  相似文献
