目的探讨乳腺癌中P53,nm23蛋白表达水平及临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组化方法对原发乳腺癌标本进行P53和nm23蛋白检测,检测结果按照年龄、肿物大小、病理学分型、分化程度和淋巴结转移等分组统计分析,组间显著性差异采用x2检验。结果 P53蛋白阳性表达与患者年龄、肿物大小和淋巴结转移无关,但与乳腺癌病理学分型和分化程度关联密切;nm23蛋白表达与患者年龄、癌肿病理分型及分化程度无关,但与癌肿大小和转移有密切关联。结论根据nm23检测结果筛选具有转移危险的患者,早期实施化、放疗;根据P53检测结果,早期预测乳腺癌患者肿瘤细胞分化程度。综合二者检测结果对判断乳腺癌预后具有积极的临床价值。 相似文献

To this day, autopsies and dissections have been essential in medical education, but declining autopsy numbers have endangered this long-standing tradition. Students' perceptions of these teaching methods should be constantly updated to help educators understand how to achieve their teaching goals. The purpose of this study was to explore the state of autopsy- and dissection-based teaching in two Finnish universities based on the experiences of the students, survey their perceptions of such teaching, and to compare the Finnish situation with students' perceptions in other countries as it emerges from medical literature. A questionnaire went to 859 second-, fourth-, and sixth-year medical students. The questions concerned dissection and autopsy classes these students had attended, the views of the students in regard to the number of classes, and the benefits of and attitudes towards autopsy teaching. An open question of how to improve autopsy teaching was included. The response rate was 19.4%. Most respondents requested more autopsy and dissection classes, especially practical education. They found autopsies most beneficial in learning anatomy and dealing with one's own emotions related to death. Their experiences proved least beneficial for interaction with the relatives of a deceased patient and for people skills. Integrational methods and focusing on the main learning outcomes were suggested as improvements. Overall, students found dissection and autopsy teaching important, but felt concerned about the diminishing autopsy numbers. Focusing on main learning objectives and better integration of autopsies in the teaching of different specialties could help to utilize autopsies to a greater extent. 相似文献

为了探索病理学实习课的教学方法,在2001级临床医学系本科中随机抽取了2个班分为对照班和实验班。对照班采用常规教学法教学;实验班则加用病例分析教学法。实验班和对照班期末通过综合能力测试成绩、病例分析测试成绩进行横向对比,实验班平均成绩高于对照班(p<0 05)。实验班问卷调查显示在病理实习课中应用病例分析教学法,有利于激发学习兴趣,巩固理论知识,提高了自学能力,表达能力,临床思维能力,分析问题、解决问题的能力,对提高医学生综合素质有明显效果。 相似文献

Over the last 20 years, virtual microscopy has become the predominant modus of teaching the structural organization of cells, tissues, and organs, replacing the use of optical microscopes and glass slides in a traditional histology or pathology laboratory setting. Although virtual microscopy image files can easily be duplicated, creating them requires not only quality histological glass slides but also an expensive whole slide microscopic scanner and massive data storage devices. These resources are not available to all educators and researchers, especially at new institutions in developing countries. This leaves many schools without access to virtual microscopy resources. The Virtual Microscopy Database (VMD) is a new resource established to address this problem. It is a virtual image file‐sharing website that allows researchers and educators easy access to a large repository of virtual histology and pathology image files. With the support from the American Association of Anatomists (Bethesda, MD) and MBF Bioscience Inc. (Williston, VT), registration and use of the VMD are currently free of charge. However, the VMD site is restricted to faculty and staff of research and educational institutions. Virtual Microscopy Database users can upload their own collection of virtual slide files, as well as view and download image files for their own non‐profit educational and research purposes that have been deposited by other VMD clients. Speech pathology students readily identify the importance of a sound understanding of anatomical structures central to their intended profession. In contrast, they often do not recognize the relevance of a broader understanding of structure and function. This study aimed to explore students' perceptions of the relevance of anatomy to speech pathology. The effect of two learning activities on students' perceptions was also evaluated. First, a written assignment required students to illustrate the relevance of anatomy to speech pathology by using an example selected from one of the four alternative structures. The second approach was the introduction of brief “scenarios” with directed questions into the practical class. The effects of these activities were assessed via two surveys designed to evaluate students' perceptions of the relevance of anatomy before and during the course experience. A focus group was conducted to clarify and extend discussion of issues arising from the survey data. The results showed that the students perceived some course material as irrelevant to speech pathology. The importance of relevance to the students' “state” motivation was well supported by the data. Although the students believed that the learning activities helped their understanding of the relevance of anatomy, some structures were considered less relevant at the end of the course. It is likely that the perceived amount of content and surface approach to learning may have prevented students from “thinking outside the box” regarding which anatomical structures are relevant to the profession. 芪蚣抗纤方对免疫性肝纤维化大鼠肝组织病理形态的影响 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
目的:通过用芪蚣抗纤方(QF)对免疫损伤性肝纤维化大鼠治疗前后肝组织病理结构变化的观察,进一步阐明QF抗免疫性肝纤维化机理.方法:采用猪血清腹腔注射法持续8周诱导大鼠免疫性肝纤维化模型,然后应用QF灌胃治疗四周,第十二周起,分批处死动物,取肝组织,常规制备石蜡切片和超薄切片,并对石蜡切片进行HE染色、胶原纤维特殊染色(Mallory)和免疫组织化学染色.光镜及透射电镜观察.结果: QF高低剂量治疗组较模型组肝细胞损伤都有不同程度好转,胶原纤维明显减少.结论:QF可能有保护和修复受损的肝细胞,抑制胶原纤维的形成,具有抗免疫损伤性肝纤维化作用. 相似文献
